Great communication and easy check-in. This is in a very trendy location. Condo was exactly as described and clean and neat. We would stay here again.

Wonderful location. Saturday they were celebrating St. Patty's day a week early. We didn't know but felt we lucked out as it was right outside our door. Even though the street was closed we were able to come in the back way to the parking lot. Sleep machines definitely helpful due to the outside noise. Deidre even had snacks and coffee available. Condo temperature just right for all of us. Nice having separate TV's in both bedrooms and the living area. Beds were very comfy. 2.5 baths made it convenient so we did not have to share. Shower wonderful pressure and perfect temperature getting nice and hot for those of us who like especially hot showers. We had two parking spots making that another bonus!

We had a month-long stay at the condo and chose it because of its location close to our son and his family. It was perfect for our needs and felt like home. Even though activities were limited due to COVID-19 we still had a very pleasant and memorable visit using Stacy's condo as a home base while we reconnected with and enjoyed some much-needed family time. The condo was clean, perfectly supplied, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed coffee on the back deck, hosted a couple of family meals, and the park across the street was an instant hit when our granddaughter visited, and there was a grill there to use if you wanted to picnic in the park. The use of the garage was a blessing because we brought our bikes with us for the trip. We hope to come back next year. There is no reason to look anywhere else. Thank You Stacy!

This place is as-advertised. Clean, stylish, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. Would recommend.

This place was amazing. The pictures were accurate. The host was helpful when questions were asked. The house was super clean and cozy. The neighbors are super nice and friendly too. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in Louisville.

Kim's house was perfect. The house was in great condition and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better. Easy to walk to restaurants, shopping... Didn't need the car for breakfast or dinner. Try the donut shop a block away. Kim was very proactive and friendly. Highly recommend her house.

We came for our first Derby and this was a great value and awesome location! Close to Churchill Downs, Airport, and downtown. Adorable street with friendly neighbors. We hope to be back!

The house was in a super great neighborhood and felt super safe. There was extra towels and amenities that we super appreciated! There host we’re very friendly and easy to ask any questions and made amazing recommendations for things to do around town! Highly recommend

The host was nice and responsive. The house was as described. It's an interesting layout, to say the least. Outlets are few and far between since it's an older property so a small extension cord might be helpful. I was traveling for work, so the 3 of us that stayed there had plenty of room. We didn't have the time to use the hot Tub but it looked well-maintained. The first-floor shower was tiny for bigger working dudes, but it got the job done. Parking is very tight for pickup trucks but we made it work. Thanks for a good stay.

Great spot to stay. Great host, very clear instructions. Was a fun neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance.

We had a lovely girls weekend and rented both levels. Both upper and lower locations were spotless and beautifully decorated! The location was fantastic. It is walking distance from many restaurants, coffee places, shopping, bars and the main attraction was the Big Four bridge! We road our bicycles into Louisville for sight seeing and lunch. This is a spectacular place to stay and our hosts were great!! All my girlfriends were extremely happy and impressed with our stay, thank you!

we stayed at Eric’s place for our annual bourbon Trail event. The place was clean and Eric was very responsive. In fact, he reached out proactively several times just to make sure everything was fine and letting us know that if there is anything we needed to give him a call, we would definitely stay there again.

Great location, plenty parking & walking distance to Churchill Downs. Will absolutely be on my list if available next time around.

Gustavo’s place was clean and spacious. We stayed here while visiting family during Christmas. He even took the time to put up a Christmas tree for us so we felt at home for the holidays. He was always responsive to messages and communication.

Linda’s house was perfect for our trip. We were in Louisville for the Louder Than Life music festival. The house is a short Uber ride to the exposition center and very easy to get to. The interior of the house was really nice - hardwood, tile, new appliances/fixtures, etc. the beds were very comfortable as well. Linda was a great host! Overall, a great place - I wouldn’t change anything.

We loved our stay. The property is perfectly appointed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was great. Garage parking was very nice. Justin and Ann were so helpful and responsive. We will book again and highly recommend this property.

The place was nice, and clean, and was comfortable and as described, nothing was wrong with the Airbnb inside. The neighbors however were a little loud, especially the first night it seemed the whole lane was outside drinking together, same for night two. The way the lane is to get to the Airbnb was odd. a sharp turn and long dead end lane. This particular Airbnb was the last house on the street. The property had two campers across from our parking spot for most of our stay, which made it weird to both park and get into the house. The stairs are also small and easy to trip on. There are several houses on this particular lane, and you have to pass every single one to get to the property in question, and it seemed like nearly every night the neighbors were outside staring at us as we drove in.
