Our family gathered in Watertown to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives there and is stationed at Ft. Drum. We wanted a nice place on the water where the adults could stay and the family could gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane's place was nice and cozy for the adults who stayed and enjoyed by all who came for dinner. Jane was responsive to any communications and helpful when we thought our stay may have to be extended due to the threat of 60+ inches of lake effect snow. We were able to check out on time and would love to return when we could truly enjoy the yard, water access, kayaks etc.

Joel was very responsive to all communication and addressed everything in a timely manner. The furnace quit working and Joel had it repaired immediately. Great job! Great stay!

It was beautiful cozy cottage even in the off season there was plenty to enjoy. The frozen view was a breath of fresh air. 20 minutes in every direction was good food and drinks. Lauren was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction of what to see in are time of visit. Highly recommend get away will definitely be back!

I have stayed at quite a few Airbnb's over the past years, but Mary's place would be at the top of my list. Swan's Nest is the most well-equipped, cleanest, and organized Airbnb I have ever encountered. My three sisters and I spent a week in the Thousand Islands, enjoying the beautiful area and spending time together. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable and having three bathrooms worked out wonderfully for us. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more! Every night we enjoyed playing cards in the bar room downstairs. We also enjoyed late afternoon chats and reading in the downstairs sun room, which included a wonderful fireplace. Swan's Nest is located perfectly for visits to Clayton, Alexandria Bay, Gananoque, boat tours, and the many parks with hiking trails. We loved everything! I highly recommend Swan's Nest. It was an amazing Airbnb and located in a perfect area to explore!

Christina's cottage was a great place to relax and unwind with my friends. Seriously, we didn't want to leave. The house is clean, uncluttered, and perfectly decorated. The fully stocked kitchen and comfortable living room made our stay extra enjoyable. Christina has thought of everything that a traveler may need... snacks, games, toiletries, beach towels.. you name it. The back deck gave us a front row seat for the sunset, so nice! She was very responsive to anything we needed. Great house, great host. Thank you.

Our recent stay was incredibly comfortable & exceeded our expectations! The place was clean and felt like a home away from home. The games in the basement were a highlight- I played ping pong for the first time! The karaoke machine kept us entertained for hours, and the large TV was perfect for movie nights. This stay definitely had everything we needed, and we will definitely be back in the future. I highly recommend Melissa and Brian's house to anyone looking for a clean, fun, and relaxing getaway!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mama's Love Shack. It's hardly a shack. Such a lovely cottage right on the water. I watched spectacular sunsets while sitting by a fire enjoying peace and nature's beauty. Christine and Wes were perfect hosts who really showed they cared for their guests. The cottage was spotless and I've never seen so many amenities. I enjoyed my stay immensely and hope to return again. Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage!

absolutely love staying at this cottage

We stayed here 1 night with our dogs and loved it! The property is beautiful and right along the water. Canoes and kayaks were right next to our rental which was awesome. The town with a bunch of restaurants is only 5 min away. We will definitely be back!!

We totally loved Mexi’s place. It was super relaxing and restful for us. It was so comfortable, it felt like home. Mexi is very easy to communicate with which made it nice. Thanks, Mexi! And… Mexi had everything you might need on your visit away… from blow dryer and straightener, to shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and much more. One spot we really liked a lot was the porch. So peaceful. You won’t be disappointed. We would come back.

This is a great little beach cabin with miles and miles of walkable beach right out the door. This location is a perfect place to unwind, relax in the hammock, listen to the waves, read a book, and enjoy a beautiful sunset around a campfire. We’ve stayed here a couple times now and won’t hesitate to book again.

This place is awesome. Stayed for a fishing trip and the host was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely be back!

The “Sunset Cottage” felt like a cozy home away from home. An extraordinary lake view from the bay window was the perfect center piece for this modest, quaint escape. Carol and Pete are extremely personable and caring. Their hospitality made this trip a breeze. I highly recommend them and this AirBnB.

Diane was a very helpful and delightful host. She was very accommodating, as we had a boat and she was very flexible about our time constraint. We would definitely stay there again.

Robert is a great host! The place is perfect for a snowmobiling trip. My son and I felt right at home and Bob always checked in to see if we needed anything. Would defiantly go there again!

This is a fantastic property. If you are looking for a secluded cabin with modern touches & amenities, look no further. The cabin is perched on a small knoll overlooking scenic Grass Lake, giving it what might be the most scenic view of the whole lake! Clean, comfortable and inviting. This cabin is recently built, has a ton of character, and is well cared for. Tony was very accommodating at check-in and check-out. As this place is "off the grid", it does require that you understand how to use a generator and gas lights....not that difficult, but worth knowing up front. Tony will show you how to manage. If my crew gets back to the 1000 Islands Area, we'll be disappointed if we can't again spend time at Forever Wild Camp.

Another great visit at Randy’s cabin! Looking forward to staying again next year.

This was our first Airbnb stay ever, so I was a little nervous, but this place was amazing and our host Michael was VERY helpful and accommodating. Made lots of great memories with my family. 10/10 recommend. We will absolutely be back again soon!

Great place lots of room for big families to enjoy

michael was amazing with his responsiveness and checking in everyday through messages to make sure we were all good and if we needed suggestions on things to do in the area with our dogs!! they were super friendly, the cabin was beautiful and looks brand new, the screened in porch was our favorite part to relax day and night without bugs bothering us and the huge yard to watch the stars / let our dogs run around was just another plus!! i highly highly recommend staying with michael and if you’re looking for a peaceful, private, beautiful place to stay in the 1000 islands, look no further!! thanks again for being the best hosts & going above & beyond!! :)

We brought our new baby, dog, and two sets of grandparents for a fall getaway and everyone had a great time! The cabin is absolutely stunning and the setting is perfect and private. The porch and main living area are even bigger than they looks in the photos. Matt & Rebecca were very responsive and accommodating. The instructions were clear and the location was pretty easy to find. There were lots of amenities (even more than we expected) and we really had the best time hanging out as a family. It felt like home! It's also very close to Alexandria Bay and you have easy access to a nice Price Chopper store for all food and essentials. We'd definitely recommend this cabin to others if you're looking for a private, camp-style retreat in upstate New York!

We had such an amazing stay at this lakeside cabin! Looked just like the photos and the host, Jen is wonderful- so friendly and helpful. This is an absolute steal for the price. If you are looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to get away from the hustle and bustle, look no further!!! Could not recommend enough
