The overall experience was great. It was very clean & organized. I definitely plan to book again. The price is a little steep with the cleaning fee in my opinion because you are expected to wash your own dishes, towels & take out your trash, which are things I wasn’t fully aware of until I checked out, even though I didn’t leave a mess. There was also a hiccup in communication. I received an email stating check out time was at 10AM but the app said 11AM, which was the time I planned on checking out. She did respond back about it, but unfortunately I had already checked out trying to honor what was requested. Overall though, like I mentioned before, it’s a great place to book. It’s conveniently located with a very responsive host. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars because of the hiccup with checkout & the expensive cleaning fee but everything else was great.

FaB place to stay for our 2 night trip into the Smoky mountains and the surrounding area. Our accomodation had fantastic views of the mountains and a little walk up the road great sunset views. Communication with Kathryn was great

I wish I was still there! Stunning silence, dreamy bed, complete privacy and sunlight nourished me so... and you don't need a car! walkable access to amenities, bike paths and the river...

This was the perfect stay for my husband and I! We have stayed at one of Dylan and Suzanne’s airbnb spots before and were thrilled to stay at another place of theirs. This place was exceptional and they were so responsive when messaging with me! My husband and I have already discussed booking this place again!!

Brad and Ruth were wonderful and responsive hosts! They responded quickly with recommendations. The condo was away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg, but still close. The view was breathtaking! We could not have asked for a better location! This stay was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Private and quiet! Check in and out was very easy.

Our family loved our stay! This house is absolutely gorgeous! From the outside to The inside. You’re close to town for anything you might need. The drive up To the house was very scenic. We really enjoyed the pool it was perfect temperature super clean. Also the pool Room was nice and warm so when we got out we weren’t freezing. We left some Pool toys for the next guest who enjoy this amazing house. Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy this little piece of heaven !

Absolutely loved the place. I go to Gatlinburg every year and stay somewhere different for my birthday and this was hands-down. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It’s perfect romantic couple getaway loved the hot tub, love the decor very modern. The bed was super comfy. It’s comes with everything you need. We will be going back.

My husband and I have stayed at one of Dustin‘s houses numerous times and we always have a great experience. This time we finally got a chance to eat at one of his recommended restaurants and see a beautiful park. Dustin is a great host and I just love working with him. Thank you so much! Our first impressions were great. Everything felt very welcoming when we walked in the door. The outdoor area was very relaxing and great to just sit and talk. There was plenty of seating and room to spend time with family.

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

Windows over Waterfalls was a beautiful location to relax and rejuvenate over spring break. The waterfalls are stunning and the deck has many places to sit and take in the view. The swinging daybed was the perfect spot to sit with a book. The kitchen was fun to cook in and the grill worked perfectly. My favorite part was waking up to the sound of waterfalls outside of the bedroom window.

We really enjoyed our time at Anusha’s place. The location was perfect. The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Our favorite part was the living room and dining room area. The area was open and easily accommodated our group(6 Ladies). We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at Rita's Airbnb! The house was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time there. The outdoor entertainment space was a highlight, perfect for unwinding or socializing. The kitchen was fully equipped with more cooking tools than we could have hoped for, including some unexpected but useful items that made meal prep a breeze. The bedroom setup was cozy and comfortable, and the TV setup was top-notch for quiet nights in. The location was ideal—centrally located to all the surrounding towns, making it easy to explore the area. The only thing that could have made our week even better would have been snow, but now we have another great reason to come back! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Initial trip was for our daughter’s cheer competition and the location was more than perfect! Nick was very responsive and instructions were clear. Check-in was so easy! Super easy to find & get in/out. Condo was clean with accurate representation of the listing. Matched perfectly & looked just like the photos. Plenty of sleep options inside the condo. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, etc. Same for the bathroom—just as Nick mentioned in his messages. Nick was super helpful & responsive. Location was perfect! We loved that it was walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. (a BIG plus that it was so close to the Convention Center for comp too). It was a breeze walking to explore the area with our kiddos because of the great location—age range 3-14. Kiddos loved the heated indoor pool too! Perfect for this time of year to keep em occupied. We would definitely visit again! Thoroughly enjoyed it!!!

If I had to book again, I would! Easy access, nice condo!

Amazing spot from top to bottom! I just wish we had more time to spend here. You are right downtown, by the river, and everything downtown (and honestly Worlds Fair area) is walkable. The apartment itself is very homey without being overly decorated with a bunch of crap. The location is on the 3rd floor, so you have some pretty sweet views. For being right downtown it was pretty secluded and peaceful with just the right amount of noise to complement the area. If I had to nit-pick it, coming from a Spartans fan I would say the only drawback was all the orange!!! ha ha. GO GREEN!! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Quiet area. Beautiful picturesque views of the Smokey Mountains! Not too far from downtown Gatlinburg. Bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed.

I can’t describe the level of satisfaction I received from staying here. The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The level of excellence was astonishing. Other host’s needs to take notes. I almost don’t even want to write a review because then more people will book and then when I want to book I won’t be able to. Jk. When I come to Gatlinburg this is where I’ll be. Complimentary snacks/water/soda/Jacuzzi/Firepit. The bed was comfortable. Mini Bar with coffee/cocktail ideas. Custom fireplaces in both living room and bedroom. AMAZING SHOWER HEAD AND BATHROOM SET UP. Love these host!
