Lovely house. A bit out of the way for shops and restaurants but the view makes up for that.

Dandridge is a great little town and this house is right in the heart with great views of Douglas lake. Walking in the house you felt like you were home. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at this stay! The view was spectacular and the house itself was comfortable. The master bedroom has a lovely jacuzzi tub and the guest bedrooms are quite comfortable as well. My friends and I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was thoughtfully stocked, very clean, and the views were AMAZING. The property was spacious enough to accommodate two families comfortably, and the outdoor areas provided additional living spaces, allowing everyone to spread out and relax. Shelly and Chloe demonstrated outstanding communication throughout our stay, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to booking this home again in the future.

Perfect if you don’t want the hotel or resort vibe nor the price. Was just off the main drag so was easy getting to and from before hitting the traffic closer to the towns. Farthest part of Gatlinburg was only 25 minutes away maybe. Quiet minus the helicopter rides but those stopped at 8 PM and then it was peace and quiet. But really they hardly made a difference inside the home. Really you’ll forget they exist. Others complained of no salt, pepper, or even toilet paper. All that was there as well as coffee. Minus the creamer but there are plenty of grocery stores around to get that and food. Great having a washer and dryer right there to minimize packing. Was a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t available but it wasn’t anything worth giving this a horrible review in any way. Honestly it was like house sitting for your grandparents but there’s no food cause they eat out all the time and collect antiques! Would definitely stay again!!

Our family of seven spent our Thanksgiving at Lynda's. We loved the back porch views! My kids (old and young) enjoyed the variety of board games. I brought spices to cook our Thanksgiving meal and didn't even need to. She had plenty of spices and utensils. Not a big deal to some, but to me, it's the little things like that that made me feel right at home and a huge reason to choose an Airbnb over a hotel that doesn't offer any of those things. The home was very clean and accommodating. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets, storage for unpacking and stowing away luggage for the "right at home" experience. We brought our dogs and she already had leashes hanging by the doors. The wood burning fire place offered a cozy feel. The men loved the outdoor fire pit. The only disappointment was the lake was dried up which wasn't expected according to the photos. The men brought their poles and gear and were looking forward casting out. Overall great experience and definitely recommend!

The house was very nice and very well furnished. There were plenty of dishes and cookware, a good dishwasher, large fridge, and plenty of towels. Carrie sent very detailed instructions for the check in and check out process as well as how to find the house. There was a lot of rain when we came in and she even sent instructions on where to find candles and flashlights in case the power went out. She responded quickly to messages and was very friendly

The place is spacious with a huge backyard that my kiddos loved. The lake is beautiful even in the winter. The hosts are great!

FaB place to stay for our 2 night trip into the Smoky mountains and the surrounding area. Our accomodation had fantastic views of the mountains and a little walk up the road great sunset views. Communication with Kathryn was great

A wonderful spot! It’s surrounded by trees and has a nice yard with a fire pit. The living space was clean, cozy and well-lit. I arrived after dark and there were few street lights, so it was difficult to see the house number and driveway. But once I found the correct driveway, the check-in process was easy.

Have stayed here a few times, and it’s always very nice. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who may have pet or indoor allergies, as I’ve never had any issues during my stays. I highly recommend!

The Farmhouse was amazing! The rooms are spacious and inviting. The decor is beautiful. We loved everything about the space. The best part for us was that the Farmhouse wheelchair accessible so my parents could join in on the fun that is Pigeon Forge. We can’t wait to stay here again!

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

John’s place offered a great stay, and was very accommodating of my boyfriend and I and our dog! Super cute place, lots of hiking trails nearby and just 20 minutes from downtown gatlinburg. We had a great time!

Very gorgeous cabin! The neighborhood was peaceful and not too far from shopping/activities. Everything was neat and organized when we arrived. Overall, great place to stay. I would definitely recommend to others!

Katlyn’s cabin was very nice with amazing views. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The expensive windows in the living room made for a beautiful view over the valley and lake. Unlike many cabins closer into Gatlinburg, this cabin provided a very private, quiet setting with an outdoor area completely surrounded by trees and wooded area that included a picnic table and fire pit area. We’re glad we stayed here.

we were so grateful to spend the night at this beautiful lake house. very peaceful, plus tons of things for the kids to stay entertained. we especially loved kayaking on the lake, sitting in the hot tub at night, and having a bug free breakfast outside on the screened in porch. we wish we could have stayed longer!

We used Chelsey’s place to celebrate a long overdue family holiday. The space was perfect for everyone. We were able to get 3 families together under one roof. They had it decorated for the holidays making it feel less like a vacation home and more like our house. Chelsey was accommodating and very kind.

This was a fabulous cabin! Rustic but updated and very well appointed. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, updated kitchen. Back deck with hot tub was wonderful and looked out over the wooded area. The Front porch was beautiful as well with gates to keep the pets in. Plenty of firewood and a beautiful new fire pit area with string lights. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin was so clean and comfortable! Everything was as described and we had everything we needed! Mike and Micki gave us great suggestions for things to do in the area and very clear check in/checkout instructions! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive. Cabin was amazing! Location was beautiful! Far enough from the City, but still close. Thoroughly enjoyed everything!

We enjoyed our stay at Sticks Creek! We had a slight issue with the hot tub not having enough water to heat, but after reaching out to Justin we were able to get the issue resolved and enjoyed the rest of our stay.
