Andrew was a great host. We had 6 adults and 4 kids stay here for 6 nights. We had everything we needed and lots of room to spread out. The kids loved the pool! The adults loved the swings on the porch. This area is full of things to do! We would definitely rent this place again! Thanks for a memorable family vacation!!

Joe was a fantastic host - very responsive to any question we had. His house is very large and had plenty of space for us to spread out. It’s a great location - walkable to Carson Newman campus. We would definitely stay here again!

Would highly recommend this Airbnb. Was very clean, tons of amenities, beautiful space, and very responsive host! Would recommend for small or large gatherings looking for a peaceful weekend away!

We hope to return next year. It’s has very comfortable beds and pillows. Also the all the furniture through out were comfortable. Views through all the large windows were so beautiful. Enjoyed swimming in the pool at the campground too. People around were very friendly.

We loved staying at Joe's place in Sevierville. My husband and I went with our tween son and teen daughter, and one of our favorite things was all the family activities we did together in the house. We played pool (which was my son's favorite part), the arcade games, some board games, had popcorn and watched a movie. If you've got kids around the same ages, this was the perfect house if you aren't planning on being out and about the entire time. We cooked in the kitchen which had everything we needed (and I really enjoyed the coffee maker), loved lounging in the loft area (my son took over up there), and enjoyed using the grill and sitting in the hot tub in the evenings. The location was close to everything we wanted to go do and see, the longest ride for us was maybe 25 minutes at most. Organized with all the amenities you could ask for, and I loved the decor, especially the space themed room and the downstairs room with all the forest decor. You will love staying in this house!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and had tvs in every room. There was plenty to do in the house and was very comfortable. The only issue was the lake was gone lol but that obviously can’t be controlled. It was the most fun we’ve had in a long time. We will definitely rent from Julie again!!!

This was our second stay here and we all enjoyed it very much. It is clean, comfortable and has everything you could need for a short or long stay. We hope to visit again in the future! Thank you!

The place was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and just like the photos. Hosts were very responsive a super helpful. My son left behind a very personally valuable item and they were great in helping us get it sorted out. 100/10 would recommend and stay again!

We had the best week at Michael & Dawn’s for Thanksgiving with extended family. The houses and overall space was perfect for the amount of people - adults had the space to relax & talk while the kids had the space to hangout. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed, there was ample linens/towels and it really felt like home. We communicated with the owners many times and they were extremely responsive & helpful. We also met the property manager who was more than willing to help with issues, if they arose. It was exactly what we were looking for and we’re thankful Michael & Dawn opened their home to us!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Lake Luxury. The amenities were amazing! We had so much fun in the game room, watching movies in the theater, sitting on the back porch, and hanging around the fire pit. We had 14 adults and 3 young children in our group and we all were comfortable with plenty of space. The mountain views were absolutely beautiful and the drive to the tourist attractions wasn't bad at all. A couple of small maintenance issues came up while we were there, but Scot the property manager was quick to respond and readily available to swing by and help us get everything situated. Everyone was truly happy and we had a great Christmas. We would definitely stay at Lake Luxury again!

Dylan and Suzanne was extremely helpful and quick responding to any minor issues that I had. The house is beautiful and very spacious for large groups. House is located not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Our family spent Christmas there and we had an amazing vacation. Will definitely consider going back! Thank you Dylan and Suzanne for being so prompt with responses every step of the way. Directions to the house, checking in and checking out. They made the whole process easy and stress free!

Pictures are exact. Everything was perfect for our gathering. Grill was great. The space was awesome. We would definitely look at booking again this place. Near a gas station, grocery store that didn't close until 1130, and a dollar store. That's literally the 3 necessities lol the hosts were also super friendly and responsive to any questions and even after the trip.

This place was absolutely amazing! Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The screened in upper deck was our absolute favorite hang out spot. The house had great storage and room to spread out. The hot tub and fire pit were great! Everything was so peaceful and quiet. The only downside was the low water level of the lake but that is just the time of year. 10/10 recommend!!!

This place was gorgeous! Views are great of Douglas Lake but river is very low in winter. Rooms were all spacious and nice! Having 3 bathrooms is a plus especially on lower level where there’s entertainment and extra bedroom. The entertainment room was a hit every night! The only downside was I did not do my research on how far it is from Gatlinburg. If you want a secluded retreat this place is perfect! Alyssa the host was extremely friendly and responded quickly when needed.

Paige was an excellent host! She met us at check-in with the keys and gave us a tour. She was friendly and helpful; answering us promptly whenever we had a question. The property was beautiful and serene, while the home was very tastefully decorated and comfy. We will definitely want to stay here the next time we are visiting the area!

Enjoyed our weekend stay so much! Very nice place and the community is very unusual and quaint. Kyle was so kind to help guide us in when we had trouble finding the community entrance the night we checked in and then also responded quickly the next morning when I had a question. Great host! Perfect spot for what we needed for this trip. Close enough to attractions but far enough away as well! Would definitely book here again!

This was our first big family trip we have taken with our kids ranging in age from 7 to 16 and everyone loved this home, including me and my husband. The trails to walk to the lake were a huge hit, the front yard to play and fenced in back yard for our dog was perfect! Inside the home you felt right at home too. Made for the most stress free and amazing pricing for us to do more during our vacation!

From the moment we opened the door it felt like home and was a warm atmosphere. We instantly felt settled and began to relax. The home is decorated beautifully. Has all the features you need. The beds were all comfortable. Our family loved the pool table, outdoor patio with gliders and swing. Close to the city for a game or event but just far enough removed you feel at peace in the country. We highly recommend this home. We definitely plan to return for some family fun in Gatlinburg and the Smokies in the spring & summer. Thanks for everything.

The house was as advertised/described. The location was where we wanted to be. The only issue we had was a previous guest didn't follow the rules. A particular smell that lingered. Nothing Nikki could controll. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if our travels took us in that direction.

Travis did an excellent job and responded fast! We loved the house and amenities. I missed the note on the lake being drained, but we were informed. A few suggestions: additional seating in the front room, and hooks to hang coats/bags/etc on.

Loved our stay here! Easy to find, far enough out to be away from hustle & bustle, yet still close to conveniences. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We had everything we needed and when I discovered one small issue, they resolved it quickly and efficiently. Thank you for the lovely place to stay!

This Airbnb was so welcoming and cozy! The renovations were so detailed and unique, and definitely gave the farmhouse feel! I would definitely recommend this Home and the Host to anyone staying in the area! The Host were very attentive and helpful with the whole check in process and dismissal! We had a wonderful stay!! 10/10 recommend! 😊
