Not a bad deal for the price. Cabin is not insulated and get's cold at night. I'd recommend a few blankets or sleeping bag in the colder months which I believe she recommended. You need to meet with the owner at check in where she goes over rules etc. She also drove by to caution us about the campfire in the presence of winds. Overall, I felt the property was well worth the price.

We had a nice Spring Break getaway. It was a cute tiny cabin, plus it was close to all the things to do. Had a great time.

Beautiful cabin, I had a great stay. The view are beautiful, and the hot tub is also very very nice. A lot of space and the shower was very spacious. Location was close enough to stuff but also private

Cute little place for our family and small dog to stay a few nights while in the area. Beautiful view of Norris Lake. Dated but very clean and functional. We would return.

We loved staying at David’s place! It was so cute and peaceful! Tanya was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Would definitely come back!

We loved staying in the cozy cabin. It was a very peaceful location but close to all of the attractions & restaurants! Our favorite features of the cabin were the video game console(our grandson loved it), the nearby creek, the napping bed on the screened in porch & the jacuzzi! The cabin was cozy & comfortable! Brittany was very helpful with any questions & responded in a timely fashion We will definitely return!!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb! My sisters and I stayed there for our spring break, and I’m so grateful that the host let us enjoy her cozy little place. We all had such a great time, and it was the perfect spot for our getaway. The cabin is small, as the name suggests, but that’s what made it so charming and cozy! It was just the right size for all of us. Even though it rained the first night, sitting on the front porch and watching the rain was absolutely beautiful, so we never felt stuck indoors. Getting to the cabin was a bit tricky because of the steep hill at the end, but it was manageable. I had just bought a new car the day before the trip, and getting up that hill with a sedan without AWD was a bit challenging, but we made it. If you’re driving a car without AWD, it’s still doable, just take your time! Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely love to stay here again in the future. We were sad to leave and wish we could’ve stayed longer!

This cozy cabin was a perfect place to relax and get away for a few days. It was exactly as it appeared on the listing. We were greeted by Pam's dog, Max, immediately upon arrival. He is the sweetest boy!! The cabin was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and see. There is a very steep road to get to the cabins but Pam has set up a traffic light to ensure safety. The hot tub is extremely relaxing but you do have to walk around the cabin in order to get to it. This isn't a negative, just wanting to make sure everyone is aware. While soaking, you can enjoy the clear night sky surrounded by peace and quiet.

One of my favorite Airbnb stays! Dawne was a wonderful host and quick to respond. My daughters loved the loft and all of the animals, especially getting to interact with them. The treehouse itself was well stocked, clean, and had useful touches in every corner. The landscaping was relaxing and stunning, especially at night with the lighting. Tons on outdoor activities from corn hole, mini golf, horseshoe, and of course the turbo slide. Dawne and her husband built this treehouse and created this space through their own hard labor. We’re grateful they chose to share this oasis with travelers and we will be back!

My Fiancée and I stayed two nights here and loved it. Megan was an excellent host who was very responsive and helpful when we reached out. The property was clean, tidy, and everything we expected based on the description. The drive up to the cabin location is steep with sharp turns, but I had no issues getting my truck up to the property. Be prepared to have limited service up on the hillside, we had to load our gps directions on WIFI before going in town.

Absolutely an A+ booking. My wife and I have raved about this awsome little cabin since we showed up in the drive. If you are looking for a romantic get-away, small family get-away, local, or just a private place on the quite side of the Great Smoky Mountains then this is your jackpot. Great local restaraunts and a low stress, freindly community. I have been coming to Townsend, TN. since my childhood and there is no better place in the Smokeys to hang your hat for a few days. The river is the best and ther is plenty to in this fine town. Wears Valley, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, & Cades Cove all less than a 45 minute drive. Your host is fabulous and a great communicator. You will not be displease, I promise! Thank you Mrs. Wanda for a great and affordable stay. We'll be back very soon.

Bryan’s place was immaculate and exactly what we were looking for our extended weekend get away. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and definitely plan on returning. Bryan was kind, responsive, and a gracious host.

We stopped by on our way home from vacation with a last minute decision to extend. It was the perfect relaxation we needed after a busy week. Although we opted out of going downtown much, everything was a close drive away. Melanie even had another night available that she offered at a discounted rate (was super tempting), but we had to get home to the real life. Definitely a great place we hope to visit again on a long kidless weekend.

Great place and accurate to the listing, felt very cozy and was perfect for a pit stop during my road trip. I did get stuck trying to leave as it was raining heavily and I drive a RWD coupe, not a good mix for the graveled & inclined driveway. Place wasn’t too hard to find following the given directions. I’d stay here again as I loved the vibe it gives. just would be weary of how I parked.

Such a great quiet place. Thanks for the wonderful memories. The pond was cute with the sheep. The hot tub was AMAZING! The beds were comfortable. If I ever come back I would stay here again.

Such a beautiful tiny home. My husband and I had a peaceful getaway and couldn’t have asked for a better experience here.

House was exactly as described! It was tiny but so welll designed and decorated. This trip was too cold to take advantage of the covered porch, maybe next time. The Tiny Dam House was exactly all we needed for a few days. Dogs loved the freedom of the fenced yard and we loved knowing they were secured outside. Hostess communication was clear and in a timely manner. Would definitely book again

This was better than staying in a hotel. We could not of asked for a better location - it was far enough away from the noise yet close enough into town. It was dog friendly and plenty of space for the pups to go out to use the bathroom. There were so many amazing touches to the treehouse - like the towel warmer, fire place, and bath tub! We loved the decorations and didn’t want to leave! We will def be back!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Mustard Seed! The place is beautiful, extremely peaceful, and exactly as described. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. One of my favorite Airbnb experiences in a long time. Five stars and would highly recommend! ⭐️

I brought my 3 boys to this adorable tiny home for a couple of nights for an easy and fun staycation. Not only was it adorable and comfortable but also well equipped. Each little nook was efficiently utilized and there was leftover space for us to store all that we brought. Some of our favorite things were the screened in porch, the fire pit area, swing set, volleyball/badminton and mini golf. We loved it and my kids are already asking when we can go back! Thank you Robert and Courtney for being such great hosts!

I was in town for a Robotics Competition at Sevierville Convention Center. This was the perfect place to stay. I was the only one staying, but this location would comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1-2 children. Would happily stay here again if needed!
