Cindy's place was immaculate and so very comfortable from one end to the other. The furnishings and decor were outstanding, and her special touches including the snacks, the eggs and beverages in the refrigerator, and the design of and appliances in the kitchen were above and beyond what we've ever experienced. If you're looking for a spot in the woods, within earshot of a babbling brook, this is a lovely option. Although some noise/movement from the upstairs neighbors is audible (this is a basement/back of house property) this didn't bother me. Reagan and Donnie are lovely humans and very accommodating hosts. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone who's looking for a rural stay in Waterford.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. It was in the perfect location to walk to old town Winchester and see all the different shops and restaurants. The decor was amazing and host was very responsive. We were so happy with our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

Gillian's place was perfect for our long weekend getaway! The location couldn't be better, being so close to the pedestrian mall, the library, and tons of restaurants. I appreciated all of the recommendations from Gillian - there were a lot of options, so having that personal touch is helpful when making decisions. The apartment was clean but also whimsical with nice personal touches. I appreciated the sound machines in each room - it was very relaxing! Overall, a wonderful stay!

Super convenient and lovely space. We have family in the area and this location was perfect. Loved the big TV and the comfy couch.

Really enjoyed the gas station. The garage door opening for lunch was superb. Also the jacuzzi is a great add. I would definite recommend staying here and also have a pizza up the street!! Delicious!

This AirBnb was recommended by a friend, and it was not a disappointment! Anyone with kids looking for a R&R vacation, this is the best spot! To have the whole house and all the amenities to yourself is wonderful! The pool, movie theater, games, full kitchen, master suite, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, dining room, and especially the laundry room is great! Judy responded very quickly and was always polite! The house and the pool was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes which is a huge bonus. We would definitely come back, and we would definitely recommend! Beautiful home and wonderful stay!

I would definitely recommend this home if you’re staying in the Berkeley Springs area. It’s close to downtown and easy to find. The house has a lot of beautiful natural light and is perfect for multiple people/groups. The amenities are as advertised and the home was peaceful. We would stay here again.

We loved Ana’s house! Beautiful remodeled, clean, in a very quiet/safe neighborhood. We would definitely recommend and the next time we are in town, we will keep a look out to rent again! Ana was very responsive and helpful as well :)

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay in this charming cottage! The location is ideal for walking—- either around the neighborhood or downtown. We loved the charm and cozy atmosphere and spent a lot of time on the sun porch too! Can’t recommend it highly enough and look forward to staying here again

The house was perfect for our family Middleburg weekend stay. It was clean, cozy, well stocked, and centrally located. The tavern across the street was so convenient and added a local feel. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Mary’s place was exactly what I needed. I needed a place to sleep with my 2 dogs & it had everything necessary. She was very responsive & has everything labeled. I also appreciate how close she was to the interstate.
