Would definitely stay here again. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Safe and easy to walk to the main areas of New Orleans. Loved having use of the health club. Host was very responsive to the few questions I had.

I stayed here 4/2025 and I must admit this place is clean and look exactly how the pictures look. I will definitely be staying there again

The place was really nice and I enjoyed my stay. Walkable distance to many restaurants, grocery store and bourbon street. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly.

Good location and great host. The host prepared all we need. The bathroom door knob fell off when we checked in and the host came to get it fixed quickly

We had another great stay at this beautiful Vello Property. The room accommodation, parking accommodation and location made for an extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a great time and everything was conveniently located. The couches and beds were very comfy, the AC was on point. the decorations were so unique.

We took the kids on a cruise and needed a place to stay after we got off. This condo felt very, very safe. A code to get into a gated and secured parking garage, code to get in the building, and code to get in our unit let us sleep easy. I would absolutely stay here again.

I was traveling for a conference with a co-worker. It's a great place to stay. Check-in was easy. neighborhood felt safe to return to at night. Internet was fast (for any late-night streaming decompressing or early morning remote work). This place was perfect as both bedrooms were separated by the living space/kitchen area, giving complete privacy. Moreover, one bedroom had a shower, and the separate bathroom was right next door to the other bedroom. New Orleans is a place where you want to eat out! That said, we could store our leftovers and beverages in the spacious fridge and heat up through the stove or microwave. The location was a 25-minute walk from the French Quarter and within minutes from numerous hotels if you needed pick up for tours (we visited the swamps to see gators!). At the end of our stay, we used the washer and dryer to do laundry before heading back to reality. The hosts checked in frequently to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recomend!

We stayed for 6 nights/5 days for Mardi Gras! We are more than impressed with our stay! From the location, cleanliness, responsive host, the list goes on! The home was even better than described and we could have easily stayed here another week! Absolutely beautiful home and outside deck! Being right on the bayou and the ability to enjoy the wildlife and nature was unmatched! Not a far drive from New Orleans and felt very safe and at home! We will stay here every time we head to NOLA!!! If we could give 10 stars we would!

Absolutely beautiful spot, everyone loved it. One guest said it was the nicest Airbnb he’d ever been to. Perfect distance to the conference hotels on Canal St, close enough to walk but far enough to be quiet at night. No complaints whatsoever.

Genevieve's place is spotless and so cozy and comfortable. She even made us some amazing pastries a couple of mornings. It was the perfect place to relax and make your itinerary for the day. An added plus was lots of hot water to take a nice relaxing bath or shower after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend her place and Genevieve is a joy to interact with. She had lots of great restaurant suggestions as well. Can't wait to stay at her place again!

Very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. The place was clean and tidy. We didn’t have a chance to take advantage, but there was a pool a workout room and safe locked parking. There are a ton of restaurants and clubs walking distance and the by water is a great neighborhood away from the crowds on bourbon street. But if you like bourbon street it is there for you. We would certainly stay there again.

Great place. Highly recommend. Amazing value, lovely interior, located in a one of the best areas of the city. The only thing that exceeds this well decorated and lovely home is the warmth and responsiveness of its wonderful host. Great time - Will definitely come back and stay again.
