We stayed here for a bachelorette and the location was perfect. We were about a mile from the French Quarter but it was a beautiful walk the way there. We were close enough to walk to the French quarter and Frenchman st but far enough that we weren’t right in the mix. There was still a bit of noise through the night, but it was much better than being right in it. The beds were more comfortable than my bed at home and the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. The host even wrote us a sweet note and left champagne for us!

Ryan was an attentive and helpful host. The accomodations were exactly as described and worked well for my family of 5. Access to public transportation was just a short walk away.

Great spot. We wanted some place that could accommodate us four moms for a momcation that was somewhere close to Magazine street and this place was great. The house was quiet at night, especially in the back room, and the beds were cozy. Lots of towels too. It was a perfect spot for us to hang out in between our activities. Water pressure was a little low in the hall bathroom shower but it wasn't an issue for us. I mention that here only because water pressure can be hard for the host to change, but it might be important to some (it wasn't really for us)

Great place for the price and perfect ambiance to NOLA vibes

Staying at Thomas AIRBNB was AMAZING! It felt like I was in the comfort of my own home. Instructions were so clear and they were readily available to us if needed! Everything was as described! Walmart is within walking distance. BEAUTIFUL backyard and a wonderful home. The rooms and bathrooms were also very spacious! Not a far distance from anything in the city as well. I will be staying here again!

Kimberly's NOLA shotgun house was perfect for us! We traveled with our dogs, and felt very lucky to find her place. The home was modern and very, very clean. The Nespresso coffee maker was yummy! My husband and I are now debating getting one for ourselves at home. We had read that there wasn't a TV, and we were completely okay with that. We wanted to experience as much as we could of NOLA during our stay. The location is very walkable. It is approximately 2 blocks to the St Charles Trolley and 5 blocks to Stop 14 for the On/Off Sightseeing Bus! We were able to get to all the sights! Plus, right in the neighborhood is a coffee shop, a pizza place, an ice cream shop, and several other restaurants. I felt safe. The neighbor is her cohost and if he saw us out walking, he would stop and chat. He was very helpful! I can't say enough good things. The price is perfect too! I highly recommend this home!

We started here when a group of us were in town for our friend's wedding and it was lovely. So spacious, comfortable, and awesome location. The neighborhood is walkable and has such cute and colorful New Orleans homes and great restaurants. James was also really helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!

This place was even better than we expected. Very large and spacious inside. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The place is modern and well decorated. The bathrooms were so nice and clean, and have plenty of places to set all of your things. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Never had trouble finding a free parking spot for our large truck. There is a nice playground and big dog park less than a block away, and lots of folks are out and about with their kids and dogs. And at the next corner is a great coffeehouse. There is a local brewery called Port Orleans that you can walk to. They have great food there by Avo Taco. Also there is a very popular Snowball place just down the street. And so much to eat and drink on Magazine. And Tchop is full of more local breweries and fun places…Urban South, Abita, Tchop house, NOLA Distillery…. There’s a lot more to NOLA than the FQ! But here you are still pretty close to all the major stuff downtown too, without staying in a congested area.

Great location! We loved being so close to Freret Street and the restaurants there. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We had great time, felt safe, used the pool every day, minutes to down town, slept like logs, thank you for sharing your home.

We had two families spending a weekend in New Orleans, the place was great and we really liked the pool.

Overall an amazing stay, felt at home everything you could think of they had ready to go. They were extremely helpful. We had issues heating the pool & they responded fast and sent the pool man to help us. Super clean great home even with toddlers. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, driving distance to french quarter was no more than 20 min. Great communication with host and response time was good.

Extremely pleased with our stay. Var was very flexible and understanding about check in/out times. The place was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen and baths had everything you’d need. The patio and pool area was an awesome bonus to an already great place. It was only a short walk to some really good, off the quarter, markets and restaurants. It was only $8 for a 3 day pass to utilize the trolly and bus system. We took the trolly multiple times to the quarter and it took just a few minutes. I would absolutely stay again and recommend staying at Var’s.

I booked this place for my bachelorette weekend. We all had plenty of space and it was so easy to get around the city from where we were located.

The house was the perfect size to accomodate my friends and family, including 2 toddlers. It was super clean and welcoming! We definitely made the most out of the backyard space, which was perfectly fenced in and accomodating for our 2 and 3 year olds. Our host left clear instructions, was helpful, friendly, and responded quickly to our questions. Although it wasn’t super close to walk to the french quarter (with toddlers) we took very quick and affordable cab rides to get there. We are so happy we chose this house to spend our week! Highly recommend!

Everything was fantastic, I loved that every room had its own bathroom (so convenient), close to everything, clean and the showers got real hot water. The last BnB i rented in New Orleans the water only got lukewarm. Only issue was the people that live across the street was up all night being loud.

A great pet friendly Airbnb! The drive to New Orleans was about 30 minutes which was perfect. The surrounding area was good for me to walk my dogs around every day. The only notable observation was the walls aren’t very insulated so you can hear a lot from the owners side. This didn’t bother us at all though as we spent most of the day exploring and it was quiet at night! Highly recommend if you’re traveling with pets or just don’t like staying in the city!

Beautiful home with high end fixtures and furnishings. Great location - walkable to restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed the manicured back yard. Would definitely stay here again.

it's a very comfortable stay. I needed it just to sleep for 2 nights, but it was so clean and comfortable that I almost regret not spending more time relaxing in there.

Location. Location. Location. Close to what you want and need to do in NOLA. Every responsive and concerned host. Has a little issue with the smoke detector, he came right over to change then battery and directions on how to get to the ferry! Bees are super comfy!!!

We stayed here for a wedding! The home was very large. The neighborhood was friendly, however there were a lot of families and late night get togethers. The homes are close together so be aware of this. The backyard was a hot spot in our group, with many spending time on the porch watching the ducks. The bedrooms where as described, some in our party where upset at the lack of TVs in the bedrooms, and the firmness of the mattresses. My partner and I stayed in the master and our bed was perfect. The home was cleanly with only two pieces of trash that we found while on the couch, though we didn’t feel the floors were properly cleaned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the home to others.

We stayed here with two other families (6 adults and 7 kids in total) and it was absolutely perfect. The house itself is great and ideally located with lots of parking in front of the house. Would absolutely stay here again!
