This place was great!! The location was perfect, as everything was walking distance! We did not have to get an Uber once, which was extremely nice! Travis was extremely responsive, and was flexible when it came to accommodating an early check in! The place was clean and had everything that was on the listing. I would highly recommend staying at this place!

We've been Airbnb'ing for more than a decade and never has a site been more pleasant, well-represented in promotions nor more welcoming than Suzanna's home in the Bywater. We love our darling New Orleans. 732 Louisa is the ONLY place we will stay in the future when we are lucky enough to venture to the most interesting city in the US. Petit Clouet for coffee every morning. Satsuma for breakfast. Markey's for afternoon refreshment. Brine Bar for dinner. None of these spots could be more charming, and none are more than one freaking block from Suzanna's place. It's kind of ridiculous. We walked to Frenchmen for Aurora Nealand and the Royal Roses and walked home. We walked to the Ogden Museum and walked home. We walked to the incomparable N7 restaurant for the best dinner ever and walked home. We walked to Bachhanal for libations and walked home. Talk about a central location! And we arrived home to a secure, quiet, high-ceilinged, immaculate, restful home every night.

The AirBnB itself is very nice, it seems as it has been remodeled recently, with decent amenities, not too cluttered and very welcoming. It has a good parking spot up front, a nice porch, and a nice fenced-in backyard in case you have dogs. (Although I would check it first as the neighbors did not pick up after their dogs). Driving up to the neighborhood had a little sketchy feel with a bunch of clubs along the Main Street but at least it was nice a quiet in the AirBnB and felt nice, plus its a very close drive or Uber ride anywhere around the city. We had a small unfortunate situation where the water heater was broken from the first day, luckily the owner was super responsive and I worked with him to try and resolve the problem, but it was one of those things that happens, si he offered a refund if we wanted to find another place or discount if we wanted to still stay, and because of this I still gave him a high rating because he was a really nice guy and worked with us very well.

we arrived on a Sat, left on Tues. The condo was beautiful & looked like the pictures; however the couch/living area had different furniture. there was a daybed& trundle, as the couch & the chairs were different. This is not a bad thing, we sat/laid comfortably on the daybed to watch TV. There is lots of space and the beds are very comfortable. Although it was loud outside, it was extremely quiet inside. We parked at the garage across the street (Pan American build). It was $120 for 3 days but was not easy accessible b/c the building is closed during the weekend. you can still access it, you just have to walk around the bld. we did not need access to our vehicle because everything was in walking distance. there is another parking garage just a few steps away. This condo is absolutely beautiful and close to everything. Both baths & beds are large and the condo has fantastic lighting. The main door into the bld has a code to get in. We felt so safe & easy to access. we will stay again!

Never have my family of 5 stayed at such an amazing place and host! There are so many little touches Lisa and Tony do that made our stay in New Orleans the best Air B&B we’ve ever rented. From the little welcome card and gift, to the coffee bar, to the soda and water in the fridge, to the thickness of the towels (maybe that’s not important to some but compared to some of the paper thin towels we’ve used before at other places this was top notch to us), to the decorations inside and out for Mardi Gras. We truly felt like this was a home away from home! The backyard was a special gem for my kids as well. From looking at other places there didn’t seem to be a lot of options with a backyard and this one was big enough for us to have a good time in. Lisa also suggested plenty of things for my kids to do which included several parks very close to the house. I would recommend anyone coming to New Orleans to stay here!

The house was immaculate, gorgeous, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. I would 100/10 recommend. The kicker, though, was the incredibly sweet and helpful host. Roxane offered several tips for the trip, was incredibly responsive to all messages, and went well above and beyond to ensure our vacation was as pleasant as possible. My friends and I who stayed at Roxane’s ABnB are all highly grateful for our experience there, and cannot speak highly enough of the house or host. I feel that anyone who stays there will be more than satisfied with the experience. They will be ecstatic!

Paradise. Big easy for sure. You should definitely choose this spot. I use AirBnB often and this was my best experience yet. Craig and the rest of the crew were always around to help but never too close. We had a wonderful vacation and attribute much of it to this cozy spot and helpful staff on Mandeville. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Charles is a great host! He provided very prompt and clear communication, was friendly, and gave us some good local recommendations. As a female traveler who often travels alone or with other females, I felt safe staying at Charles' place. The location is a short walk from a few bus stops, which we appreciated. We met some friendly neighbors while hanging out and taking walks. There is neighborhood/city/dog noise, just a heads up if you have a hard time sleeping you might want to have your sound machine / app handy. The location provided us with a good home base and it was far enough from the congestion of downtown NOLA while still being close enough to easily walk or take a bus to get around.

This was a fantastic rental, and the house and location were great. It was a short walk to Magazine St to grab coffee in the morning and an easy walk or uber to other points of interest. We could have spent the whole trip on the amazing patio outside. I’m definitely hoping to be back!
