Exactly as described and pictured. One block from St. Charles trolley made getting around easy. Very clean, and all needed basics provided. Would stay again. For those with mobility issues, be aware, 17 steps between first and second floors.

Have stayed in a variety of New Orleans Airbnb properties over the years and unlike most of the places we stayed before - in this place everything works and is modern - doors close, the floors don't tilt this way and that, there are no cracks in the floors to let drafts in, the bath is state of the art, there is always a parking spot right out front and the street is not the typical patchwork of potholes. Audubon Park - a primo place for walk or a jog is 2 blocks away as are great restaurants that you can reward yourself at after you do your exercises.

The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our visit, uncluttered but decorated with a fun New Orleans vibe. Ryan was immediately responsive to a couple of questions we had upon check-in and set the tone for a very enjoyable stay.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my stay with David and Dag! They were responsive, helpful, and overall outstanding hosts. I have been to New Orleans often and have stayed in a lot of different places but this by far was my favorite! My husband and I had an amazing experience walking around the neighborhood and exploring all Magazine St and Uptown had to offer. The hosts left an excellent guide book full of recommendations for food and fun. It was quiet, clean, and so close to everything we wanted. You wont be disappointed!

We loved getting out of the touristy area and enjoyed their quiet, peaceful home. It was very walkable to restaurants/ bars and public transportation. Particularly enjoyed their serene backyard. You can tell the hosts are passionate about being hosts so we felt very comfortable. We hope to come back!

a straight shot into the French Qtr, about 20min walk tonthe middle of the action. there is a whole foods about 20min the other direction, though parts of that area are a bit sketchy. bed is comfy. has a great coffee maker. easy to find parking.

The place was really nice and I enjoyed my stay. Walkable distance to many restaurants, grocery store and bourbon street. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the staff were very friendly.

Incredible stay! Clean and full of character. Lots of thoughtful amenities. Very private but in the middle of so many options. A favorite stay by far!

Casey was very accommodating allowing us to drop off our luggage early and also she ended up letting us check in 2 hours early when our tour was cancelled due to heavy rain. The bed is comfy. Great neighborhood 2 blocks from Magazine Street. Apartment is up 20 curving steps. Safe neighborhood. Rooms./doors could use a little bit paint and a few repairs, but fine to spend a night or two.

Mathilde’s airbnb is absolutely wonderful! There are so many thoughtful touches that made our stay more comfortable from comfortable furniture, extra toiletries, zaps chips, large bottles of fresh water and extra umbrellas etc they really made it feel like home for the week! As previously Nola locals, we absolutely love the neighborhood. Walkable to bayou and city park as well as restaurants and coffee shops. We also appreciated the hosts responsiveness when we needed help with internet. We would 100% recommend and would stay again in a heart beat!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, the house was cozy and well stocked with all the essential necessities. The place was clean and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of grocery stores nearby. The home location was easy to find and all of our destinations were within 15 to 20 minutes. Gorgeous apartment, conveniently located on Esplanade, by everything and everywhere where you need to go/be in New Orleans. Super friendly host… highly recommended to anyone that wants the New Orleans experience,

We had such a great time staying here! It's in the best location with lots of space for larger groups. The back patio was arguably the best part, but it's hard to say! Everything was perfect for a fantastic price. I will definitely consider coming back.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo during a weekend trip to New Orleans. This airbnb is located across the river and was easily accessible by ferry to get to the city. It is a bit of a farther rideshare to get there fyi, about 20 min to French Quarter. It felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood, and we enjoyed going to a couple of local spots such as Congregation Coffee and Barracuda Tacos nearby. There is a walking/jogging trail along the river that is nice to enjoy the views and spend time outdoors. The actual condo was very comfortable, accurate to its description. Comfortable for 2 people. Very clean and amenities were included which was helpful as well. We would definitely recommend staying at Bea's!

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

Our stay at Jannette's was flawless. If you like to walk, the neighborhood is enchanting. Restaurants are within walking distance and a nice grocery store is only a couple of blocks away. The amenities are great. We felt very comfortable and safe. Jannette loves her home and it shows. We will be staying with Jannette again.

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying at Ian's place when we were in New Orleans for Mardi Gras. We loved how easy it was to walk to Canal Street for the big Endymion parade on the Saturday of Mardi Gras weekend. We were also easy walking distance (about 1 block) from a yummy restaurant where we had a nice breakfast. There is a grocery store incredibly close as well, which came in handy to stock the fully-equipped kitchen so that we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Ian gave us a lot of great information in advance so we better understood the parade situation and how to best enjoy it. He also furnished the rental with folding chairs for our use during the parade, and sunscreen, too! The house itself was very nice and spacious. We actually hung out there more than we expected to. It was nice to have a comfortable place away from the chaos of the French Quarter area, and we even did some laundry with the full washer and dryer provided.
