We were very please with Alexander's place and enjoyed our stay greatly. The place is very private/ quiet/ and cozy. We spent hours enjoying the shaded outdoor space next to the pool. The location was perfect for my wife and I to get around New Orleans as access to street car was only a block away. Also walkable to many restaurants / cafe's. I expect we will be back.

It was a beautiful, comfortable space with lots of room and felt very safe with the locking gate. The neutral ground was a very convenient spot to walk and exercise our dog. I was worried about parking as it is street parking, but there was plenty of room always and no one bothered our vehicles.

Great place, close to public transport and walkable to some cool restaurants and bars! Good for folks looking to stay a bit outside of the hustle of main tourist hubs!

I loved staying here! The house is full of character and decorated beautifully. I loved the neighborhood and felt safe the whole time. The home is even bigger than I thought, and you cannot hear anything from the front of the house to the back. It’s like two separate houses - which is nice! The house was really clean and it had all the amenities stated! I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Richard and David were outstanding hosts. I would definitely stay with them again and would highly recommend them to friends and family vacationing in New Orleans. Every question was answered in a timely manner with clear instructions and information. I could not have been more pleased. 5 stars for sure!!

Richard’s place was amazing. I found myself writing him about how satisfied I was with everything. It was squeaky clean, smelled nice, had all the amenities and enough space for the 4 of us. The strip or street of the air bnb had many many eating and hang out spots to go to. Bourbon was super close and downtown. It’s really a great location to stay to be close but out the way. It was peaceful and quite easy access to the floors and in and out of the garage. I really had the best stay and hopefully it’s available for our next visit there this summer. You will not be disappointed if you choose this location. Richard was excellent, he definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I really appreciated that.

We had a lovely time staying at this condo during a weekend trip to New Orleans. This airbnb is located across the river and was easily accessible by ferry to get to the city. It is a bit of a farther rideshare to get there fyi, about 20 min to French Quarter. It felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood, and we enjoyed going to a couple of local spots such as Congregation Coffee and Barracuda Tacos nearby. There is a walking/jogging trail along the river that is nice to enjoy the views and spend time outdoors. The actual condo was very comfortable, accurate to its description. Comfortable for 2 people. Very clean and amenities were included which was helpful as well. We would definitely recommend staying at Bea's!

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful experience during our stay! We genuinely enjoyed our time here; the space was spotless, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, always ensuring we felt comfortable and well cared for. It truly made a difference in our stay. The short walks to the barbecue shop and bakery just down the road were delightful, and we couldn’t get enough of the delicious food—definitely worth a 12/10! We spent five lovely days here for spring break and would love the chance to return in the future. For anyone looking to limit car usage, I’d highly recommend downloading the Le Pass app to navigate public transportation easily. It made our travels so much smoother!

Josh's place was a perfect stay for New Orleans! Family friendly, beautiful location, perfectly stocked and accurately described. Joshua was super helpful and laid back. He answered all of our questions and provided a lot of history about the neighborgood He helped explain how to ride the streetcar, and was super proactive in offering extra amenities during our stay. We will be back to stay again!

This is a very nice home that is well cared for and loved. The kitchen was awesome. If you love to cook, this is your place. Plenty of seating for a big family, HUGE TV for all the guys to drool over. Great games and tennis table. Backyard was peaceful and comfy. The location was centrally located. The downstairs bathroom was amazing! Bryan is a nice host who responds quickly. The home is pretty well stocked with some drinks and paper goods. Overall, I’d stay here again!

Me and my girls loved our stay here for my Bachelorette trip! Super close to everything we wanted to do! Never had to drive more than 15 minutes. Neighbors were nice. Beds were super comfortable! House was clean!

Great house for a group - we really appreciated the communication from the property team and liked the house! Comfortable and had everything we needed.

My wife and I have owned/operated and stayed in vacation rentals for over 20 years. Andrew takes hosting to a whole new level. His "shotgun" house is a creative oasis. The house was immaculate. The bed was comfortable for my wife and me—not too hard or soft. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and woke in the morning to chirping birds. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. If you like a cup of coffee, there is a Krieg for a single serving or a Mr. Coffee for brewing a large pot. Andrew also provided coffee and tea! A large room with a comfortable couch, a large dining table, and an open kitchen separates the two bedrooms. The open floor plan allows for bedroom privacy. The two small bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There is a collection of books on the history of New Orleans with an emphasis on architecture. My only wish was to spend more time in the house. Neighborhood shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
