The home is in a great location, very close to Magazine St. We appreciated having water and tea/coffee setup. We went during a cold snap so it took a little bit for the apartment to warm up. After the initial warmup the space heater downstairs did great. The space really had everything we needed! The hosts were great communicators. Very proactive.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights and it was just perfect, such a beautiful oasis in the city. Loved the tall windows overlooking gardens and their fabulous pool. Gorgeous high ceilings and artsy feel to the studio not to mention comfy & stylish chairs to relax in inside as well as a very comfy bed. Loved the porch with rocking chairs and pool loungers too (did some reading outside in these and it was lovely). Tamarin and Steve have a wonderful dog, Bodhi, who was just a pleasure to meet, clearly a kind and old soul & very friendly & quite happy for a good pat. They provided delicious coffee (or tea), cream, yogurt and homemade granola, a delight to have in the morning overlooking the gardens and pool. They were friendly and responsive, perfect hosts! Thanks again!

The neighborhood was very quiet which we enjoyed after a long night in French quarter. The place was SUPER clean which was great!. We LOVED the mattresses. We did have an issue with the lights going out in the bathroom, but they quickly helped us with that. It was just what we needed for our weekend trip to Mardi Gras. 😁

The room was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. Clean and had comfortable linens, towels, etc. Kim was a great host and gave recommendations while being responsive as well. 5 stars.

Such a great find! I was attending a wedding next door and this is the perfect spot. Very charming and the perfect size. The host Neil was very friendly and welcoming and awaiting my arrival from the airport. This is the perfect NOLA charm of a home. Will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 1.5 wks around d holidays with our 2 toddlers. We loved the walkable neighborhood, close to trolley and the park. The place itself is beautiful and includes extra amenities. Hosts are very responsive and kind. Highly recommend!

This was not our first stay in New Orleans, so we knew what to expect from the area. The hosts were very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of snacks, water, and coffee. The patio was a beautiful spot to work on our laptops while enjoying the atmosphere - complete with the charming (and ever-present) sound of roosters crowing. A great experience overall!

Exactly where and what i was needing~felt at home, walkable, lively, peaceful and comfortable

This was my first time visiting New Orleans, and Kate's place was an excellent home base from which to explore, even without a rental car. We were able to walk all over town from the house. The house itself is a comfy ADU in the back of Kate's house. There is a small pool and hot tub in the backyard that are very nice to use after a long hot day sightseeing. Kate is also a very responsive host and helped ensure we had a great time staying there.

Bon Maison is a charming place. Its location is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and unique bars and of course historically significant sights. Having the balcony gave us a different perspective to the goings on in the neighborhood. Beds and linens were plush and comfortable . Showers were great. An amazing Mardi Gras experience.

We had a great stay at Gracia’s place - the location was amazing (super walkable to everything you could want) and the bed was really comfy. Gracia was also a fantastic host - incredibly responsive and ready to help with whatever you need. Allowed us to store our bags after check out since our flight was later and even went out of his way in the middle of the day after we had already checked out to help us with something. Thanks for a great stay!

Fred was one of the most gracious Airbnb hosts I've encountered. The neighborhood was super quiet and a nice retreat from the NOLA Super Bowl activities. It was conveniently located and only 15 minutes from Frenchmen Street without traffic. We did not have any issues during our stay and found Fred to be quite accommodating. The space was as described and as it looked in the photos. A pleasant surprise were the complimentary beverages in the fridge. While we didn't need it, I appreciated the convenience and access to a washer and dryer. Also, we were allowed to park in the driveway. Fred was a great host.

Everything was great!! I was worried when I saw that the neighbors had dogs but I didn’t hear them throughout the night! 10/10

We had a girls trip to NOLA. Andrea’s guest house was very quaint and private. The beds were comfortable and the place was cute and very clean. We highly recommend it.

Ewan was incredibly accommodating and friendly. My flight was a lot earlier than my friends' who were also coming in and he very kindly allowed me to check in before the scheduled time. The neighborhood is lovely and there are several grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes. There's a bar right down the street that is open late. The French Quarter is only a 20 minute bus ride away but there's plenty to do without any commute. The room was as described and very cozy. The bathroom facilities were very nice.

Great location, lots of space, comfortable beds! Very comfortable stay for us. Be aware of: hot hot water! And the floors are quite uneven- if you have balance or mobility issues, I would not suggest this place.

We had a great stay overall! While we encountered a significant issue on our first night, the host's immediate and effective response turned things around completely. The rest of our stay was wonderful - clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We'd definitely book again.

I had the bachelorette weekend of my dreams in NOLA at The Dragonfly Inn. The house is perfect and Lore is such an amazing host. I can’t wait to come back!

We felt right at home at Craig’s place! It felt very private and was easily walkable to the quarter and all sorts of restaurants, groceries & more. Craig was always communicative and we were very comfortable! Thanks Craig!

Kristin is an absolute GEM! She was so helpful during our stay. The space was cozy and tucked away, and in a great neighborhood spot. We preferred our stay here over the other half of our trip in the French quarter!

We loved staying at Jason’s cozy place. It helped make our anniversary all about us and the time we needed together. Perfect location, great suggestions, so many fun things to do! Jason is a super tenative host and right there to do or help with anything we needed.

Perfect if ur working at nearby plants or even vacationing for Nola! Has everything you need and is surrounded by restaurants and things to do
