I highly recommend this Airbnb! It is in a quiet neighborhood, but still walkable to SO much. I didn’t even take any Ubers, I just walked everywhere. There are so many great restaurants and things to do nearby. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

There kitchen was spacious, well furnished. The bedroom was cozy and the bed comfortable. the bathroom clean and nicely decorated. the entire place was interesting architectually and had character. Location was superb, right off Frenchmens Street. This is a great place to stay!

It was a nice area, beautifully decorated, close to everything New Orleans has to offer. I would caution that the tub is high for anyone vertically challenged such as myself. Two beautiful restaurants within walking distance, and many amenities and local fare close by.

I had a wonderful trip to NOLA staying at Mary’s place. We had great communication all along. The place is perfectly located next to the streetcar which is super convenient. Also, you have Magazine St., Freret St. and Prytania St within walking distance where you can find some of the best restaurants in the city. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. I will definitely come back.

Great apartment, accurate listing, couldn't be a better location for those wanting walking access to Frenchman Street and French Quarter. Hosts are wonderful too!

Lovely home base for us while we visited our son at Loyola. Had everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed! Hosts were so responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a bachelor party, we were centrally located, easy to get anywhere and not far from the airport. The host was awesome, very responsive and helpful with anything we needed! Had a great time in New Orleans, felt safe at the home, and there were a couple grocery stores within walking distance. Would stay again!

This unit was better than advertised. Avery is extremely responsive and kind. She has thought of everything in the beautiful, comfortable property. We appreciated the privacy of having bedrooms on three floors and the plunge pool is great. The unit is very clean and the garage is a wonderful convenience. The Warehouse District location is very walkable with museums, galleries, the Convention Center, bars, and restaurants nearby.

We could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. It was so clean and set up beautifully, I loved the exposed brick in our bedroom and the tub............awwwww!! So many places to walk to for drinks, coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner, it was GREAT!! I would love to go back sometime, and would absolutely chose David's place over and over again:)

This is a lovely home with a beautiful, quirky decor that we loved! Each room has a different theme, jazz, butterflies, birds. Super fun! It’s very roomy with extremely comfortable beds, which is #1 in importance to me. The master suite is amazing! The home is in a great neighborhood with Live Oaks lining the street. It’s within a few minutes drive of the French Quarter and all the action, but far enough away to have that safe neighborhood vibe. We loved it and will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Jordan was a great host and this home was beautiful and perfectly located. It was only 10 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to go. The kitchen was pristine and perfect for our family. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and just as described. We would definitely recommend this location!

I chose this place for a girls trip for Mardi Gras since my friend and I haven’t seen each other and awhile and felt we needed a break. This was our first travel experience together in a long time and I must say it was a great experience at both the house, the neighbors were friendly and helpful with great recommendations for food and places to go. I will definitely stay again and Cutie is an amazing host very responsive and proactive on making sure guest are enjoying themselves

Peter & Payton's place is in a great location. Quieter and less touristy than some of the other areas around NOLA. Loved that they were walking distance to a big grocery & city park. We also had great experiences at a couple restaurant in the area: Blue Oak, Alma Cafe & we got our obligatory crawfish boil at Clesi's! This Airbnb felt like they had actually put thought into what their guests might need. There were digital clocks in the bedrooms and a brita pitcher in the fridge just to name a couple. Oh, and the kids LOVED all the games!

Comfortable place with large airy rooms, high ceilings and beautiful wood floors. Driveway for off street parking a huge plus as was sitting on the front porch. GREAT LOCATION in nice Mid-city family neighborhood. 4 good restaurants within easy (2 to 3 block) walking distance. Wonderful City Park and many great bakeries, pubs, and restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. Rouses groc less than 5 minute drive Kitchen is nice ...not a lot of pots and pans for preparing a meal (who would cook in New Orleans anyway with so many restaurants to try), but plenty of plates, cups and eating utensils for serving take out food. I loved the dining area table and benches. It was a gathering spot for breakfast pastries and coffee and cocktails in the evening... plenty of seats for all. Beds were pretty comfortable with lots of extra blankets, linens. Full bath upstairs..good shower, plenty of towels. The half bath downstairs is great...and the reason I zeroed in on this place to begin with.

Great place in a perfect location. I was able to walk to the convention center for my conference. Walk to Jackson Square and French Quarter was a little further but totally doable. For those that don’t like getting steps in (we logged about 85K in the week we were there) Uber is only about $8. The place was private, peaceful and so quiet at nice which made for a great night’s sleep! So much right around there… try Magazine Pizza, Sidecar Patio Bar and Taqueria La Lucha taco place… all just a few blocks away! The rooftop patio was nice to relax on at night. Great communication and easy to follow instructions. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

I was very pleased with the accommodations!!! We discovered that the home was pretty centrally located. We walked to Whole Foods and a lot of the restaurants we wanted to go to were pretty close to Gary's property! The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and peaceful! There is a scrapyard across the street...but it wasnt too loud and didn't bother us at all. Treme is a very historical neighborhood and we enjoyed everything about it!! I would definitely book here again and refer my friends and family!
