Frog town is a quiet little piece of paradise! We had a busy week driving all over Texas, and our final stop was Frog Town. It was the perfect last stop offering total peace, quiet, and natural beauty. The cottage itself is even more adorable than the pictures show! It's spacious, nicely furnished, and has just the right amount of homey decor. There is truly not one thing we could have wanted that wasn't already provided. Brandi and Steven are very thoughtful hosts who want their guests to have an amazing experience, and we did! In addition to the comfy and cozy inside, we also spent lots of time on the front porch swings and on the deck. You cannot go wrong by choosing to stay at Frog Town! We spend over 50 nights a year traveling, so we stay in many places. This is truly one of the best!

Lisa's place was beautiful and spacious. The pictures did no justice... the home even better in person. great views, spacious, and just all around lovely! She's responsive and proactive. gonna to return over and over

I've been wanting to visit Caddo Lake for some time now. I really just wanted to be among the moss covered cypress trees. Angela's house is perfect for this. I can't imagine a better back yard than this. We had the pond all to oursleves or at least it felt that way. We visited the state park and the main attraction there is the Saw Mill Pond. It is beautiful but I think the Paradise Pine pond, which is where this house is located, is better. The house is close to all the attractions. I recommend going over to the Johnson Ranch Marina for a boat tour, where you can see the actual Caddo lake and get some history of the area. Anyway, Angela's propery was a nice place to decompress and spend time with our family. The only thing I might have wished I would have brought with me was a kayak or paddle board. The back yard is perfect for it, at least in the cold while all the gaters were sleeping :)

Our family of 6 stayed at Grable Creek for almost two weeks. We were so fortunate to have that time. The home is lovely and comfortable. (The bed was fabulous!) I felt safe while my husband was out of town too! Highly recommend a family game of Sardines!

Throughout our stay, we kept saying, "This place is so cute." We really loved staying here and will be back!

Such a great spot! Patricia’s guest house was comfortable and has access to an amazing pool designed by her mother. We even were given a tour of her private residence that is a tribute to the talent women in her family. Will return again

Lisa's lake rental was exactly as described and so much more. The house is the prefect getaway in a quiet beautiful setting. Lisa is the perfect host and her house is decorated beautifully. We highly recommend staying here, it will not disappoint!

Wow!!! Joe’s place in the beautiful countryside was perfect for our family gathering! My kids were so excited to open the pool for the season and the adults enjoyed the serenity of the hot tub! Our two Labradors loved relaxing and exploring Joe’s secure acreage! Joe even welcomed our pups as if they were his own! We all got to stay together and Joe helped us with making memories to include special birthday celebrations! Full kitchen and grill for cooking! We slept great! Joe thought of everything and was extremely responsive to our needs! Thank you for a truly remarkable experience as we traveled back home to Colorado!

-Highly recommend- the house itself is a true one of a kind experience, where else can you stay in a replica of a French mansion? -Very quiet, picturesque setting but convenient to local stores/highway. -Unparalleled “service” by the house manager (even arranging to personally go pick up some toiletries that I forgot prior to my arrival) A true must stay place and top notch experience from start to finish.

Adrian is a wonderful host. We have a company and needed a place to stay for our crew working in the area. This is our second year to rent from Adrian's home in Longview. Our crew absolute loves staying here. The house is in a perfect loction plenty of shopping and eating choices close by. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice, felt safe and comfortable. The house is spacious, clean and you feel right at home. We will definitely book again for our third time if we work in the area again. Adrian is easy to communicate with and very responsive. My stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of wonderful! The highlight of the place was the peaceful atmosphere and the view that I enjoyed every morning. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and ensured that everything was perfect for my stay. The combination of enjoying the quietness and yet only 15 mins from grocery stores and a few food places was the perfect place for us to stay. My family enjoyed the amenities of the place from making s’mores in the fire place, having pool tournaments, driving past the cows, and fishing in the pond. We will be back to stay and if you’re looking for a spacious retreat that’s not too far from the city, this is it.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was blown away by how accommodating the hosts were. They were friendly and checked in on us since we had to drive across Texas. I will be recommending their booking to all of my friends and family. The cabin was perfect and I enjoyed saying hi to their ouos every morning.

Quaint little location, literally a cabin in the woods! Our 8-year old absolutely LOVED the lake, almost as much as the bunk beds. Very cozy and quiet, and right on-site for the attraction we came for. Exactly what we needed for an adventurous, yet relaxing, spring break. Would 100% recommend, can't wait to return. Thank you!! This is the perfect cabin for fisherman. It is less than 5 minutes to 3 different boat launches. The beds were comfy, I appreciated having WiFi due to poor cell signal! Will definitely be back!

This is such a cute little place. We had a great week and I would absolutely stay again!

I have used AirBnB around the world but I believe Donna may be the most generous host I've ever had. Not only is her space clean and private with all the usual accommodations, but she also has every kind of tea and coffee, little snacks, plush throws, tables to eat and write on, and even bath crystals for a foot soak. in addition, she offers a free breakfast! I got the avocado toast and it was like a little gourmet meal! She also responded almost instantly every time I texted her. highly recommended this little suite!

The property is well taken care and clean. Great bargain and amongst the best in Marshall. Great communication with the owner. No problems.

Kirk’s place is exactly as described. We went during a cold snap and it was very comfortable. The fireplace made it very inviting. The host is very responsive, even before booking. It is good to note that the home is also good if you have any wheelchair guests with you. The kitchen is also very well equipped, we had everything we needed. The view of the lake is peaceful. Perfect for birdwatching during the day and stargazing at night. I can imagine it would be beautiful during spring and summer.

Buzz’s place is nothing short of beautiful. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate but buzz had everything we needed or could even think of. Not to mention probably the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Can’t wait to come back with my dogs.
