we absolutely loved our stay. it was peaceful and away from everyone. it was the perfect get away while on business... my kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. We hope to visiting again soon.

The home was spacious and everyone had a room which was nice. Really liked the large dining room and table for meals and socializing. My one regret was not taking advantage of the fabulous front porch or town as our schedule left very little time to do so. No shower upstairs was a minor inconvenience but it worked out. Planet Fitness was nearby which was convenient. Never had to contact the host as their welcome email and book onsite covered it all so well we didn’t need to.

Very nice stay, felt comfortable and at home once settled in. Location of this property was very convenient for me and my needs. My stay was in January, very cold, snowy and ice, quite unusual for Louisville KY. Travis and Kara made sure the drive and walkways around the home were pavement clean, awesome, thank you. Being very cold outside the furnace ran nonstop however the location of the furnace is directly adjacent to the living room. This made it very difficult to relax and watch TV or work remotely when seated at the dinning room table. A minor discomfort, I was able to manage around this dissatisfier. Master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable for me however the bed in the other bedroom suited me perfectly. My stay was pleasant and enjoyable, I would recommend this property if you visit Louisville, Mt. Washington, KY. Regards, Jerry

This home has it all! Beautifully decorated, and super comfortable! Private, off-street parking - in a gorgeous backyard. Easy walk to Bardstown. Highly recommend & big thanks to Kristen for an amazing stay.

This location was perfect for visiting the local distillery's. The home as perfect and everything was thought of. Its such a nice touch to have coffee supplied and even shampoo, soap etc. The home was beautifully decorated and very cute. I am a real estate broker and stage homes so I am super picky but appreciated all the décor and amenities. If you are doing a bourbon trail with friends this is the place you need to stay. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! It’s obvious that Donna cares about her space and her guests. It was exceptionally clean with many small touches like a welcome basket, recommendations, toiletries and extra blankets that made you feel at home. The beds were comfortable as well. Would absolutely stay again.

I loved this air bnb. Amazing host. It has everything I could ever think of! The yard was perfect for my dogs. Quick hop over to Louisville and a very nice neighborhood. Will book again in the future!

Highly recommend!! Was in town for a show at the Mercury Ballroom and it was less than a 5 minute walk to the venue, 4th street, and a lot of restaurants downtown. Airbnb was very clean, felt safe, looked just like the pictures. Very quiet, did not hear the neighbors at all. This is right in downtown, but did not hear the traffic unless it was a loud vehicle. The bed was also very comfy. Parking garage was very convenient to get to and you can see your parking spot from the unit. Although getting in and out the garage in a Honda Civic was hard because of the tight corners. Longer vehicles like trucks and SUVs might have trouble, but just take it slow. Devin and his team was always nice, communicated very well, and gave detailed instructions. We didnt need anything from them, but always answered within minutes when we did message.

I understand why previous reviews were from repeat stays! Matthew's place is in a perfect location for anything you want to do inside of Louisville. Great street parking and the space is so comfortable, tastefully designed and welcoming. The hosts have done a great job caring for the space.

Great spot right on the best street in Louisville. There are tons of restaurants and it's easy to get to the rest of the city. We were worried it might be loud (being on a busy street!) but it was very quiet. Would stay again.

I’ve stayed a lot of places and this was among the best! The apartment is awesome. Everything is beautifully decorated, new and fresh, and SO CLEAN. Bethany has truly thought of everything and I can’t think of a single detail that would make it better. The location can’t be beat. It’s a little less than a block off Bardstown Road, which means it’s very walkable with lots of great restaurants nearby. Yet, it’s just far enough off the busy street that it’s quiet. Bethany was also extremely helpful and communicative. I came the morning after a winter storm and she was proactively in touch about the road conditions. I can’t say enough good things about this place and I hope to go back!

Jaclyn’s lovely little apartment is the perfect place to stay in Louisville! The design of the space itself is divine, and the bed is SO comfortable. We loved how walkable everything was even in the late winter chill. Her recommendations for where to eat and what to do were a highlight and so helpful. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for the most lovely getaway!

Kerry's blast from the past was everything it said it was. Nice and quiet location. Our favorite was the records on the walls and the old school phone. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Water pressure was amazing.

Karen and Doug’s place had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The house was super clean and we immediately felt right at home. They have thought of everything- snow shovel, coffee, hair dryer, snacks, plenty of mirrors for multiple people to get ready at the same time, comfortable beds…Karen and Doug were friendly and communication was easy! We had a great stay and look forward to going back.

Beautiful space and welcoming host. It’s unique reuse of property, old charm with contemporary comfort and amenities. NuLu is a perfect neighborhood to experience Louisville and easy to connect to rest of the area. Have stayed here before and look forward to a future return.

Super clean, spacious condo- perfect for our group of 4! We came into town for the St. Patrick’s Day parade and Dierdre’s place was the PERFECT location- included a parking spot and we were able to walk to various restaurants, bars, etc. Flexible check in process and very responsive to messages! Would definitely stay here again!

Katie's condo was perfect for our annual trip to KY. The space was very accommodating and had everything we needed. The condo was conveniently located near a grocery store and restaurants. Katie was very friendly and gave us great local recommendations. I will certainly look to stay with Katie again next year.

Beautiful view of the river and Louisville skyline. Several restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Enjoyed our stay.
