We had the pleasure of going back to St Francis and just had the best time. From the moment we arrived Tanya made us feel right at home. The location worked so well for us with youngsters going to Billies and we had easy access to the canals. We look forward to coming back :)

Die Unterkunft war super! Die nahe Lage zum Strand und die Küche mit dem eingebauten Braai war super. Zimmer sehr schön gestaltet bis auf eine kleine Ausnahme von der Wohnung welche auch schön gestaltet war jedoch nicht so modern wie die restlichen Zimmer ist. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen und würden dieses Airbnb auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

It was the ideal balance of serenity and convenience. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This holiday home was in the perfect location for us. We could stroll down to the beach to watch the early morning sunrise, we were lucky to see dolphins surfing and then we watched the full moon rise and experienced bioluminescence in the breaking waves in the evening. Nicola was great on letting us know where to fetch and drop off the keys and we have everything we needed for our stay.

wow! this house is absolutely stunning. we stayed as a large group of 5 households and there was no problem with space or rooms. There are multiple Braai areas which are just stunning and the pizza oven was a real crowd pleaser. The views from upstairs over the sea are stunning... as is the furniture!! sad that the beanbags arent delivered to the UK!! Sean was lovely at check in and so knowledgeable of the area. everything you need is nearby. would definitely return.. if we don't try and buy something similar nearby.. it's a lovely property in a spectacular location.

We didn't get to spend a lot of time at the house during the day, but when we were there, we had no issues at all. The location is absolutely beautiful, and the house had more than enough beds and bedding for everyone. The couches were incredibly comfy, perfect for late-night coffee chats. Even though we experienced loadshedding, we barely noticed it thanks to the inverter, and the gas stove was a great backup. Check-in was super easy, and our hosts were very responsive, answering all my messages promptly. The only downside was that the cleaners took much longer than expected to finish up, leaving an hour and a half after check-in, which was a bit frustrating for some of my family members. But overall, we had a great stay, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to stay in your lovely home. Thank you!

Happy returning customers to Chestnut Avenue, great location, 500m walk down to the beach, beautiful sunrises to wake up to and perfect sea views to assess surf conditions. Whilst the house is modestly furnished it is very well equipped right down to fresh crisp white linen and towels. We enjoy staying in this comfortable, warm and welcoming home.

We’re back again—and just as delighted as ever! Our stay was just as enjoyable as the previous ones. Charmaine’s excellent communication and quick responses are always greatly appreciated. The apartment is fully equipped, thoughtfully laid out, and ideally located—central yet peaceful, with a beautiful ocean view. The private, direct beach access, just a 20-second walk away, makes it an ideal getaway for any visitor. Thank you once again, Charmaine, for another wonderful stay!

We would recommend this place to anyone! Cobus was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. The space was equipped with everything you would need and is great for summer and winter stays. It has a great area outside with a pool, braai place and comfortable seating under trees, making it feel homey and like your own private oasis. It is within walking distance from a hiking trail, beach, two restaurants and a small convenience store. Overall it is a magical place and worth a visit!

The Canal House was great! All rooms have their on en-suites and 4 of the rooms have a lovely view of the canal. We were a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. It suited all our needs. The use of the kayak and bikes were a great extra.

Absolutely loved the place, it exceeded our expectations and was a lot bigger than what we thought. We cannot fault it, if anything, the pictures don't do it justice. Kathryn communicated well and is such a friendly host.

Sharon’s place is wonderful and very well located - a short drive from the restaurants and shopping. Wish we could have stayed longer than a night!

Beautiful Flat, Was nice and clean and had good Facilities. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the braai area where we were able to braai as a family. Enjoyed our stay a lot.
