Very clean place, we loved staying here. The location was great and Carla’s place was perfect for us for a long weekend!

This is the first year, we had a lengthy stay in this C3 unit and it was wonderful ! From the time we walked in, it was a great experience. Upon arrival, a nice note was left to" enjoy our stay" , and a few bottles of water and ice were available to us. The condo had a pleasant scent/fragrance and was so clean when we walked in. The unit itself was very updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and dishes etc. Nice to have a Keurig coffee machine that had a choice for a pot of coffee, or use with pods. Location of this unit was great for walking to the pier, beach and many restaurants and the sunshine we had sitting on our patio was wonderful. The king size bed is very comfortable, and lots of room for items in the walk in closet and dresser drawers. Extras that were there for our use were, clothes drying rack, 2 extra folding chairs for outside use , ironing board & iron, and hair dryer. Jodi was a great host, and we loved our stay.

We liked the apartment, the location and host provides very detailed communication. Will be back if we visit again.

This property was everything we were hoping for and more! It was a great location, walkable to a couple restaurants and shops. 5 minute drive to the closest public beach access. Katie was kind and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would love to come back and stay here again!

Great location, steps from the beach and easily walkable to the village. The view of the beach from the third floor balcony is very nice too. The place is nice but well used. The host was proactive on working to get some maintenance items fixed, but not all were fixed before we left.

My husband, dog and I stayed at Bobby’s place for a long weekend. We love the St. Simon’s area and dream of one day living there. This was the first time staying at a property with beach access. While it was nice, it’s good to note it is a long walk from the pool area to the beach, including some muddy/grass dunes to go over. We ended up going over to the public beach access about a block over more this trip, due to the surfaces being slick due to rain. The condo was comfortable, and we appreciated all of the kitchen items. The location is great, we were close to everything we wanted to do! Minutes away from great restaurants. This was a great match for us this trip.

We enjoyed our stay. We had never been to Jekyll Island before. Luckily, we brought our bikes because the biking there is wonderful with trails going all over the island. We were there in April so it didn’t seem very crowded at the villas. It was very peaceful which was what we hoped for. Driftwood beach is very close. It is a good place for taking photos in the late afternoon if you want to get a nice family photo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for the week.

Wonderful place to stay; comfortable, peaceful, and lovely. We slept better than we do at home. The drive to the beach didn't take long. The island is well worth visiting and Jeff's place is in a perfect location with stores and restaurants very convenient to the townhouse. We will return.

Wonderful spacious home in an established upscale and private neighborhood with easy walking access ( 3 min) to a great beach . Perfect kid and pet-friendly home that is well-equipped with state of the art TVs including excellent WiFi. Willy is a fabulous Superhost.

Charming bungalow stay, about 15 min walk into town. Very quiet neighborhood. Adorable little space and quality home furnishings. First time in a long time I’ve felt like I’m in a real person’s home and not a rental, and that homey-ness went a long way to making us feel at ease all weekend.

This house was perfect for our family of 8. Beach access as well as proximity to the village was amazing( not to mention the ship watching from the veranda that the kids loved). Great house.

Parrot’s Landing was perfect for getting our kids & grandkids together. The little ones were so entranced by all the features of the house we had trouble getting them to the beach at first. But the beach was so handy we did get them there at least twice a day. The house is laid out so as to give everyone privacy when they want, but several great common areas for play, conversation or watching video. And Jekyll Island itself is a great place for walking and biking.

We arrived with take out from Southern Soul BBQ for our family weekend for 10 adults (21 to 71) and 2 children (11 and 15). We had plenty of room for 5 couples and 2 children to have their own space. The kitchen island and dining table provided plenty of seating for meals and board games. My daughter-in-law brought Mind The Gap (a generational board game) for us to play. It was lots of fun. We brought our shrimp pot and cooker to make a Lowcountry Boil and added some locally purchased crawfish for dinner Saturday. We also had a family ping pong tournament where our oldest son holds the title until next year. Our children took the golf cart and beach gear to the beach at 5th St. while we rode our bikes there. We had frozen yogurt, went to the Art Fair, played putt-putt, and had dinner at CJ’s Pizza. We asked our children if they would rather have a place “on” the beach next time, and they said, “NO! This place was perfect!” Enough said! We’ll be back!

Great house with beautiful upgrades. Easy walk to the beach and close to downtown restaurants. Pet-friendly but you wouldn’t know it based on how clean it’s kept. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend a getaway to St. Simons; a great little calm and peaceful place. Also, don’t forget to grab a donut at Dulce Dough. Featured on Triple D, the donuts are like no other!

Response times with Dedra great and she was always friendly. It is a modest place, but in one of our favorite neighborhoods on the island, within easy walking distance of some of the best restaurants. Inside was just right and very comfortable.

A blissful beach haven. Easy access, beach trails accurate and wonderful, and finally the openness of the space. This place is directly down from Saint Simon's Pier, easily spotted, and accurately described. The first thing was to walk toward the beach trails; they were plainly guided straight to the oceanfront. Lastly, you are right on the ocean but with all the decks, patios, and balcony_ the seaside aroma is always wafting through these beautiful open areas. The wind gently blows through to remind you that you are indeed in a peace of paradise. Highly recommend.

Beautiful spot on the beach and lovely complex with two hot tubs and lots of chairs tables around the pool. Also underground parking and lots of luggage carts available to use for loading and unloading

This condo was perfect for our stay! There was plenty of room for our 9 month old to play and everything we could’ve needed for a week stay. The location was great too— it was about a 20 min walk to the pier. We’d definitely stay again!

Very nice place! We will definitely be coming back! David was great at accommodating us with an early check-in. The place was extremely clean and the bed is super comfy!! 👌 It's very close to The Village area down by the water as well!!

We really enjoyed the condo! We had a great time at the pool and walked to restaurants and the park. We had great days on the beach. I enjoyed using the gym as well. There was an issue with the AC unit on day one and our hosts were able to send someone out asap to fix it. They were very communicative and responsive. We had everything we needed in the condo and found the beds to be very comfortable.

Beautiful space with amazing bathroom! Check-in was easy thanks to such clear instructions. We enjoyed cooking in a well equipped kitchen and going out to restaurants within walking distance. Josh was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our first visit to St. Simon

Great location right by the beach. Close to town for amenities. Pools were clean and easily accessible. Would not hesitate to return!
