Ryan’s place was perfect for my parents to stay for their trip to Northport. The space was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Ryan was helpful and responsive for their entire trip.

First of all I would like to thank Carmen for letting me stay at her beautiful home. I enjoyed the time I spent at the air bnb even though it was a very busy weekend for me. Carmen home was clean and comfortable, also a very convenient location close to so many places. The home is also pretty spacious I was able to have a nice family dinner and gathering there. I would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful air bnb, Carmen was a great host Thankyou again.

Excellent stay! Hosts were responsive and very helpful. The house is absolutely beautiful, the pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect and we had a wonderful time. It was a wonderful stay. We appreciated how open, bright and private this home is with a gorgeous pool and beautiful grounds. We enjoyed walking down to the bay and into town where everyone was friendly and helpful. Jamie was responsive when help needed with something in the house. Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

Absolutely superb hosts and such a great location. Steven couldn’t have been a better host, our kids and us loved his place and would highly recommend. Thoughtful touches everywhere and very clean. Hope we can stay again sometime.

The location was exactly as pictured. Cute place to come home to. Clean and cozy. The weather didn’t allow us to fully enjoy the yard, but looked very much like an oasis.

What an amazing place! The views and beach were spectacular. Took a weekend getaway with my girlfriend and pup and we all enjoyed it. Very cozy beach house. If we weren’t on the beach we were on the deck with ocean views. Sol was very responsive and answered all my questions. Definitely a 10/10 stay!
