A beautiful Air B&B home with well equipped kitchen and seating space for all guests to socialise. As our stay was short whilst attending a wedding at the Crazy Bear we didn’t make the most of the facilities but would definitely recommend. Ann was a superb host, responding to queries immediately and offering us a late check out which was most appreciated.

We thoroughly enjoyed the house and location. Although not Sians issue, construction near the train station makes it difficult to get into town by taxi because you have to go around the city. However, if you don’t mind walking and bicycling, there are exceptional bike and walking paths right out to the house from Oxford. I’d stay again in a heart beat.

The house was lovely, had everything you could possibly think of for a comfortable stay. We stayed with three kids (one baby) and it was just perfect. Our kids LOVED the pool (super warm and Just right for the kids) and the games room. The welcome basket was amazing and super generous- best gift ever!

It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay for our family holiday. Good communication from the host. It is in a beautiful location, you will need a car to get around and explore the area. I would happily recommend it to others to stay in.

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Amazing Stay at Goose Farm – A Hidden Gem! I had an incredible stay at Goose Farm! From the moment we arrived, the peaceful surroundings and stunning countryside views took our breath away. The property was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The farm itself is a dream for nature lovers. We enjoyed watching the animals, taking serene walks around the grounds, and soaking up the tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect—secluded enough to feel like a real retreat, yet close to nearby villages and attractions for day trips. I can’t recommend Goose Farm highly enough for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle

I’d like to thank gardener Rex for answering all my questions throughout my stay. Without you Rex, it could have been tricky to communicate. Anyway, I and my family had a good time at Christopher’s place. It’s a place for both peaceful break or active sporting time. Great garden for a calm walk throughout a day, great pool with a hammam(a steam sauna), a tennis court…my family really enjoyed all the facilities. Also kitchen was really well equipped and a welcome bread and milk were delicious! Location was also great. Famous Cotswold big name spots, restaurants, farm markets are within 20 min by car.

Such a great house for a family get together - well equipped, plenty of room and in a lovely part of the world. Ian was super helpful and flexible to allow us a little bit of extra time before we left. Highly recommend

We had an amazing stay at Petra and Duncan’s cottage, everything was just how we expected it to be if not better. Petra was very responsive and helpful. Sydenham is a beautiful little parish with lots of great walking routes. Overall 10/10, look no further for a cozy and quiet little get away!

My clients were extremely happy with everything about the property. There was the added bonus of an electrical charging point for the car too. Would highly recommend and be using for other clients.

Our group of 7 stayed at Amy & Mark's Airbnb from Jan 19th to 24th, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We had booked the stay for a group of seven students who needed a comfortable and quiet place during their training and exam period, and this home turned out to be absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, Amy and Mark were excellent hosts. Their communication was clear, detailed, and timely, making the booking process completely hassle-free. They ensured that all our questions were answered and provided detailed instructions to make the check-in and stay seamless. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making our experience as smooth as possible. The house itself was a gem. It had such a positive and calming atmosphere that the students felt immediately at ease. The environment was conducive to studying, resting, and preparing for their exams, which was exactly what they needed.

Great location and lovely home, would definitely come back when visiting Oxford again!

We stayed in this house for a month while on sabbatical. It was a great home base—convenient to restaurants, supermarkets, and central Oxford.

Nick’s place was perfect for our needs. It was very easy to get into Oxford as the park and ride was very close. We had our dog with us and there is a field are a very short walk away so walking her was very easy. The house was very well equipped and warm. Communication was excellent. The only criticism we had was that the beds were smaller than we are used to and the pillows and mattresses uncomfortable , that’s obviously a matter of personal preference. The blinds in the main bedroom don’t shut out the light very well. However, apart from that all was good. Thanks Nick.

Séjour d'une semaine très agréable dans la maison louée par Katie. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et d'une propreté remarquable. Il permet à une grande famille (4 enfants + 2 adultes) de découvrir la région en retrouvant le soir une maison très agréable. Possibilité de se garer à proximité et de gagner le centre ville d'Oxford à pied en traversant les parcs. Quelques commerces sont implantés à deux pas de la maison et le bus permet de rejoindre la gare en 20 minutes. Katie est charmante et très réactive. Bref, je recommande +++

The house is in a great location for visiting Oxford and the surrounding areas. Hosts were very helpful. The house is lovely and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely return if in the area.

Booked the place for our three employees. It was nice and clean, had everything they needed.

It is bigger than the pictures, very spacious and it was really easy to get in. Very comfortable bed and sofas. All looked clean and organized. The heating was on for us when we arrived so it was really nice and cozy. Obviously the Sainsbury’s right next to it is a plus and the bus stop too. Very spacious for parking. Overall really good.
