The tiny house looked great from the outside and when you went inside it blews you away by how comfortable and cozy it is. This place beats out almost all of the local hotels. After spending a night in this place you won't feel like staying anywhere else when in town. The place is very organized and the extra amenities they offer for no additional fees are is outstanding. We really enjoyed our brief stay here and plan on heading back in the future. Rich and Lisa

We loved the location as it was close to a family member’s house where we were celebrating Christmas. It fit our 3 families perfectly and cost much less than us all getting a hotel. Thanks for sharing your wonderful space!

Such a cute place with historic charm. Had everything we needed, was nice and clean and the location across from the park was excellent. Hosts left plenty of info for anything I would have had any questions for so didn’t need to contact them, but they were super nice booking in. Overall it felt like really great value for the price too. We’ll definitely stay again 🙂

Had a great stay at this airbnb. Owners were very welcoming and the house was laid out well with plenty of extras in case we forgot anything. Was a great place to stay with a dog as the back yard was perfect to let her out to exercise and use the bathroom.

I always love staying there because as the title states it is a place of peace which is big for me cause I have a little boy who doesn't sleep well in hotels due to noise. Plus not worrying about bringing my pets is a great thing.

Comfortable, clean, well equipped, and great proximity to the downtown area! We were in town two nights for a wedding and Andrya's place fit our needs perfectly. Absolutely PRISTINE, clean, and cozy. There was quite a bit of ice while we were there and they even reached out to let us know where to find salt if we needed it. I cannot think of one think that could've been missing. I wish everywhere I went had a clean, full-sized coffee maker like this house 🙌. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and will recommend to friends in the future.

We were in town for an athletic event and needed to be close to the BOS convention center. Larry’s place was perfect at only 5 minutes away. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. My grandson particularly loved the couch/bed and didn’t want to leave. He’s already planning our next trip.

This was a neat and place. It is different from so many other places. It was fun to play all the games that were available on site. It would be really fun in the summer when you could enjoy the outside amenities. It is close to downtown and all the things to do in Springfield. We would definitely go back.

We had such a good time. It was the perfect spot for a fall getaway. It was beautiful and so comfortable. Great way to camp! We’re already talking about when we’ll be back.
