The Apartment was in Greenpoint and the views were amazing although not exactly the Appartement in the pictures. It was as Food as the ohne Shown. It is a Bit rare that you only get to Know the adress in the last minute but it worked well. Maybe that is due to NYC Airbnb politics

Eduardo's place was very clean and organized. Did not have any issues finding the house or parking. Eduardo was very friendly and provided excellent communication during our stay. Getting around was not difficult at all and I would certainly stay here again in the future.

I could not be happier with my stay! My dogs were so cozy and we all had an amazing time exploring the beautiful and fun property. There were so many fun and beautiful treasures of surprise to discover while walking the dogs. We were also lucky enough to get to talk to Leslie and it was such a treat getting to meet her! I was so cozy and felt right at home immediately. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING and we hope to come back soon for more happy dog adventures! From my mom: "What a wonderful little oasis - though the stairs are formidable for an old 72 year old like me they did provide needed exercise. And if you are really lucky you might get to share a few moments with the lovely warm-hearted host who has made such a safe space for you and your doggies. Thank you Leslie."

Great location and stay

Very clean and spacious apartment, even better than what I expected! Great location, very walkable town with very accessible public transportation (multiple bus stops close by, accessible through the Hoboken to nyc PATH train). Safe neighborhood with multiple food options (cafes, local markets, etc) nearby. Would definitely stay again!

I wish I could gatekeep this place for myself, but everyone coming to NJ and looking for an Airbnb needs to stay here. Lou was an elite host; he was so responsive and friendly. His place was more than I expected, the three bedrooms and loft was so spacious, everything was in immaculate condition and VERY clean. My 14-year-old son had his own private space in the loft, and he was ecstatic (I only saw him when it was time for meals lol). Very convenient location, close to all major highways and walkable to multiple restaurants (the farmers market was an added bonus). The house had every amenity you would need, I felt like I was at home. 10/10, this will be my go-to place when I am in NJ.

I am always so impressed with this experience at Devin's home, as this was our 2nd time staying there! Pure elegance and luxury from the moment you walk in! This doorman building is so gorgeous, I almost cried the first time I entered last year and this time, it felt like returning home ❤️ Thank you Devin and Luke for continuing to offer such a fantastic experience and we will be back every time we come to NYC ❤️❤️❤️ I cannot say enough good things, from the comfortable bed, the luxurious spa like shower, the well stocked kitchen, to dining at the fabulous table with THE BEST VIEW IN THE CITY!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ We will be back!!! The house was a perfect stay for a quick weekend with a couple friends and family members! The location of the house was perfect for when we did our beach day at Pier Village and then went out at night in Asbury. Jonathan was extremely helpful and always responded quickly. We had a great time!

We had a great time at Andrew’s. The location is perfect for views, walks, restaurants and access to the Sandy Hook Beach. Great stay, great host!

We loved our time in the Getaway! It suited our needs, was very clean, and all instructions given by James were “right on”! From the extremely complete instruction manual to his responsiveness when we needed help, James was the best! The Getaway was well kept, had a collection of eclectic and modern furnishings all very durable. We loved that it had a porta crib, beach chairs, and umbrella. We never had any trouble finding street parking right in front of the house. We would stay there again. Thanks James!

This house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend. It was spacious and clean with beautiful decor. The house lay out was perfect-we had 12 people stay and everyone fit comfortably. The beds were super comfortable. They also had everything you can imagine-playing cards, lighters, beach towels, charging stations, and much more. We really did not have to bring much as they had a lot already in the house. Would highly recommend this house and working with John was a pleasure!

Good place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the city.

Typically there are always Pros and Cons when renting on AirBnB since it's not really your own space, but we had no Cons with this rental! Everything was as described and pictured. The space is very well furnished and decorated and free of clutter, which we were particularly glad for traveling with a toddler. The entire unit is on one level, which was nice since we were traveling with seniors. Everything from beach to groceries to restuarants are within a 10min drive.

This was our second stay at this property and it was just as good as the first time around. Bobbie and Ralph are great hosts and very responsive/helpful. The house is perfectly located and has everything you could need. The house is very clean. Our family had a great week in SIC!

We loved the condo! It was cute and very comfortable. The place was a good size and had a nice layout. The beds were comfy and the thick walls made our stay quiet and peaceful. The host did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and tidy. We had great instructions and the host was responsive when we had an issue on our end. Highly recommend!

First, Ryan's communication and instructions were excellent. Getting in was easy; I am totally challenged by locks, both manual and digital. I was unsuccessful with the lock, but to underscore that it's ME, my daughter unlocked the door immediately. Inside was clean, comfortable and the provided amenities made our stay very pleasant. Beds were comfortable, trolleys were helpful in bringing in our luggage as was the elevator. The view was spectacular! We wouldn't hesitate to rent again, it was that great!

Fantastic location and completely updated, clean, and comfortable rental. Everything you need is provided, including beach equipment. Access to the beach couldn’t be easier. Paula and Dwight were extremely responsive and gracious hosts and went out of their way to answer any questions and provide support when needed. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic location. Clean, well appointed and RIGHT on the beach. The personal touches makes you feel at home. A great place to relax, unwind and recharge. Can’t say enough, this trip really was one of the best.

Our stay in Ocean City, NJ was absolutely fantastic! This Airbnb is top-notch, with amenities that truly go above and beyond. The house had everything we needed – from plenty of bath and beach towels to beach equipment and laundry supplies – every detail was thoughtfully covered. The location couldn’t have been better, just a hop, skip, and stone’s throw away from 9th Street and Manco & Manco Pizza. The convenience of the elevator was a huge plus, especially for my older parents and when carrying heavy luggage. We were so happy with the rental and all the thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!
