We had a wonderful stay!! The house has so much character and is tastefully updated to be comfortable. Great layout and sleeping options, plenty of room - it was perfect for our needs!

Staying at Mara's house was exactly what we needed to welcome in 2025. The house itself is immaculate, well appointed, comfortable and has incredible lakefront views to tie it all together. Getting around the Cayuga Lake area was so easy from where the house is located and there are even some incredible wineries and breweries minutes away. The layout and setup of the house was very thoughtfully done and everything we needed (and more) was there. 10/10 excellent stay.

Lovely home in a nice quiet neighborhood! There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, and everything was clean and well stocked. The only minor issue was that the front door was a little difficult to lock from the outside, but overall, everything was great and matched the listing very well. Would stay again!

I would highly recommend Hali's place to anyone! Very easy instructions to get in and we immediately felt at home. it was very clean and we loved the openness of the living area and kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed! We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely spot for my family with two young kids to stay - easily accessible to great hikes and food options, a 15 minute walk to the commons, many grocery stores (and a great bakery) nearby, and super comfortable for the family to sleep, eat, and play. Andrea kindly left out toys for the kids and we loved having drinks in the backyard. Highlight activities were Buttermilk Falls hike, Teaghannock falls hike and lake beach, Treman swimming hole, Watkins Glenn, the National Soaring Museum, the Science Center, and Stewart Park. Best meals were at The Rook, Lev Kitchen, and Thompson and Bleecker (plus baked goods at Wide Awake bakery, but beware their limited hours!). Hope we can come back to Ithaca again!

Perfect spot for our family of 5 for a conference in town. Cheryl was so proactive with her communication on our rental, which was helpful and timely! The house was just as the pictures indicated. The neighborhood was quiet and close to grocery, shopping and all that you may need. The house amenities included all that you would need for your stay. I would recommend.

Wilma was a great host, and the house is as advertised. We had a quick stay but everything went well.

Everything there are were perfect, but in one room the blanket had so strong smell of baby pee(

The apartment was very clean and cozy! I felt right at home at Jane's place. Speaking of Jane- she is phenomenal! Very responsive and a caring individual! She left us welcome gifts from local spots and everything she left was delicious and she recommended some great local places as well. My husband and I will definitely be returning and are super thrilled we had such a lovely getaway and lovely host!

I really enjoyed my stay. Keith's place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. There were a lot of nice little touches like quality coffee and different ways of making it. Two things I appreciated: the bed was comfortable and the radiant heat in the floors let me keep the bedroom cool and the bathroom warm. I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here before, great location, great light. This time we had local musicians staying here for a concert; they were so pleased with the accommodations. And Micheal and Margot even went to the concert!

Very private and quiet space. There were stairs to get to the walk out basement which was the entrance for the apartment. The front of the house that you see as you enter the driveway is not the same as the picture of the whole house so there was some confusion if I was at the right place. Inside was very spacious and clean.

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.

We had a great time at this unit. It was very convenient for frequent trips to Ithaca College. The host was always friendly and gave clear instructions. We would love to stay here again.

Roger is a great host. He is very friendly and I could have talked to him for hours, but we had wedding events to attend. When we needed something and could not find it, Roger quickly responded to let us know where we could find it. The house is charming and remind me of my grandparents place with quanlity workmanship of yesterday. Even though the place was historic it had all the amenities and comforts of home. I'm so glad we stayed at Charlie's place. It was huge, spotless and perfect, with the lovely coffee shop and restaurant making this the best place to stay in the area!

We had a wonderful holiday week at 4 Cliffside. It is a lovely property with a wonderful view. Kristin and Jeremy were very responsive and friendly. We can’t wait to book another week sometime in the future!

We loved our stay at Rachel’s place! The sauna was so nice. I was working remotely and the internet worked well. Rachel was so welcoming, helpful and communicative. She did so much to make our stay great. highly recommend! also love the location! thank you!!

Place was great, check in was smooth, very clean. Great place after a long day at letchworth. Also very easy to communicate with.

I highly recommend Elizabeth's place. It was clean and comfortable and located within walking distance of Blue Cross Arena. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Elizabeth was responsive and we loved her place. we would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was very convenient to the locations we were headed to. Did a day trip to Niagara Falls. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. One thing to take into consideration when choosing this place is the fact that it’s in the heart of town. We were awakened early in the morning from the traffic and garbage truck.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!
