We had an incredible experience staying at Billy's property! From the moment we arrived, Billy was an outstanding host, making sure everything was perfectly in place and ready for our arrival. The house was spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with plenty of room to spare. One of the highlights of our stay was being greeted with freshly baked blueberry muffins – a thoughtful and delicious touch that made us feel right at home. The house had all the amenities we needed, making it feel just like our own home. We particularly enjoyed the private access to the property and the hot tub, which was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. I had a very pleasant stay here, it felt like home straight away. Very clean , comfortable and the area was nice and quiet. Joanne is an amazing host , occasionally saying hi and having a nice conversation with me. I felt really happy here and will be staying again ! 100% would recommend as a peaceful and elegant getaway ! If you like nature and sunshine , Joanne’s garden is the place to be and Jesmond Dene just being a stone throw away for the perfect nature walk.

I recently moved back to South Shields and stayed here whilst searching for a permanent rental and would highly recommend! The apartment looked exactly like the pictures, was spotless throughout and had all amenities you could need. The location was ideal; walking distance to the centre of South Shields as well as the beach with shops and restaurants on the doorstep, yet extremely peaceful inside. The bed was extremely comfortable. Colin made my stay great, he responded quickly throughout and even had the heating on before I arrived so the apartment was cosy when I got there. I ended up extending my stay privately with him. Couldn’t recommend more!

We stayed in this peaceful and spacious flat due to having renovations going on at our property which didn’t quite go to plan. The time we did spend in wylam was great, some lovely walks for our dog 🐶 😊Everything we needed and great for my son to work from 👍Would be more than happy to stay again

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at Rosaleen’s place. The living area is spacious with large, comfortable sofas and a smary tv perfect for a cozy movie night. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a couple of meals and we saw a lovely sunset out the window there! The bathroom was super spacious and clean - the whole apartment was very clean. The main bedroom was very light and airy and spacious - both rooms we used were comfortable and peaceful. Would recommend a stay here and we would stay again if we were visiting the area again

The flat was warm and cosy on arrival and remained so despite the January weather. The welcome gift was a lovely touch. The front windows caught the winter sun all day, with great views over the Tyne. It was comfortable, relaxing and quiet, just what was needed. The location is excellent for all the village amenities and for the metro station, perfect for trips out to the wider Tyneside area with its wide variety of interesting places. The acid test is whether we'd go again - the answer is a resounding yes.

What a gem of a place. Comfortable and well equipped every thing you could want for a family stay. We had no problem parking our two cars right outside the house which made loading and unloading very easy. The beds are very comfortable, lovely quality bedding and towels. Good quality toiletries supplied. Fresh flowers in the sitting room was a lovely touch, thank you. A minute walk to the nearest pub, 3 minute walk to the supermarket and Greggs. Bus into town was easy. Don’t forget to bring dishwashing tablets to use the dishwasher. A well maintained and clean home from home experience. I would throughly recommend this property.

A lovely well maintained property that is exactly as shown and described. The property is in a perfect spot with the beach opposite and a couple of cafes or further restaurants and bars about 10 minutes walk away. The property has a fantastic host, who is fast to respond to messages or queries. Highly recommend it, definitely will be returning in future.

A lovely stay in The Annex. Beautiful property in open countryside. Accommodation was beautiful and very comfortable. I felt right at home. Just one suggestion, that would be nice to have, especially if you don’t have wall to wall sunshine as I did, is a smart tv. There were the normal Freeview channels, and quite a library of dvds, but a smart tv would be nice. Kitchen was extremely well stocked and the bed was very comfortable and snuggly. I will stay again as it was such a lovely place and Carlene is very friendly and helpful.

James and Mark were perfect hosts, always responsive to questions but not intrusive during our stay. The place is immaculate, very clean and comfortable and amazingly quiet for an apartment, the whole area is. Private parking which is a godsend as the visitor spaces are always taken and easy to check in, if staying in the area again I wouldn't stay anywhere else if it was available

Credit where it’s due, the house was super comfy and located a short walk into town. The Host, Munro was always avatars came to see us when we couldn’t quite grasp what he meant. Nothing was too much trouble. Thoroughly recommend this house if you’re in the area.

Great place to stay - lovely accommodation, handy for the metro and shops. We’ve been here a few times now and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we were coming up to Newcastle for a few days

Lovely apartment - immaculate and warm - with everything I needed for my short stay. Visiting family who live in Ryton, so very convenient. Very friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely apartment to stay in Durham! Chris was so nice to meet me there and show me everything with the apartment. The apartment is all new, very comfortable, with a beautiful peaceful setting on the river! He even bought me some food to get me through the mornings. It was so conveniently located to the town. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

Carla's house is a gorgeous house of dreams... really gorgeous especially if you like period properties like the little geeks we are. We were a little unsure of how it would be staying the the cellar of someone's house especially as we have a very vocal 18 month old but it was really private and didn't feel strange at all. Carla went the extra mile by providing a fridge full of essential food (and a little bottle of Prosecco), had a selection of toys for our little boy and had loads of great local recommendations. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

My work colleague and I needed a place for 4 weeks of work in Newcastle, and Thomas’ place was perfect. Great amenities, well equipped kitchen, with a dining table, lots of space upstairs, effectively we had a floor and bathroom each. The centre of town is only a 20 mins walk. Thomas was a superb host. It’s a charming home. Thanks so much.
