L’appartement de Nicolo est parfait. Tout est bien pensé, il ne manque rien. La décoration est sobre, tout à fait adapté à un Airbnb. Très bien situé, aussi bien pour accéder aux plages, que pour aller visiter Venise. Nicolo est réactif, tout s’est très bien passé, merci.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr ruhig und schön. Wir konnten jeder Zeit die Fahrräder nutzen und die Gegend erkunden. Wir waren außerdem oft in dem langen und tiefen Pool und haben tipps bekommen wie wir am besten zur Fähre/ Venedig kommen. Dies war mit Auto auch nicht weit entfernt. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Beide sind sehr Verständnisvoll und sorgen sich gut um einen. Soraia hat immer versucht uns bei fragen so gut wie möglich zu helfen. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht im Touri Zentrum, was wir sehr angenehm fanden, aber ist trotzdem an allem nah genug dran. Können die Wohnung nur empfehlen!

Alessandro was great: available, friendly, helpful and very nice overall. The location is great, in the nicest area of Mestre, the bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the city main square is at walkable distance for anyone. The neighborhood is filled with commodities, restaurants and services. The apartment is huge but cozy and Alessandro and his co-host are planning to make it even more amazing. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist super! Top Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, privater Garten mit schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, schöne Aufteilung und optimal mit zwei Bädern. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen ☺️

Stayed here for 2 nights with my husband and we enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is bigger than our previous accommodations in Italy/Switzerland, clean and nice as per photos. It comes with 2 room (1 queen, 1 single bed) and a small open kitchen. There is a washing machine but no dryer. We love the peaceful location in Venice Mestre, and there is a great Chinese restaurant Orientale in the area. Would definitely recommend one to eat there. Down side is that need to go up one flight of stairs so those with heavy luggage need to take note. The house is also around 10-15 min walk with luggage. Will be great if they can install some hooks in the toilet at high points so that we can hang our clothes when we shower or for the towels. Would definitely recommend people to stay here!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Venedig. Die Wohnung war perfekt für unsere Bedürfnisse als Familie und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel nahe des Bahnhofs. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden und in der Umgebung gibt es nette Restaurants und Geschäfte. Wir können Amelias Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren über Silvester bei Nicola. Es hat uns sehr gefallen, v.a. dass es immer angenehm warm war und das Bad war auch einfach toll. Auf jeden Fall auch im Winter sehr cosy. Preis-Leistung gs-Verhältnia passt absolut.

Pěkný, útulný a velmi dobře vybavený dům kousek od moře. Angelica reagovala rychle a ochotně. Doporučuji 🙂

The place itself has everything you need, nice and pretty. Comfortable furniture. Parking is offered on site, not much space but enough for one car. The road next to house is narrow so be careful when coming and going. Overall had a good experience, no problems !

Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, hat einen wunderschönen Garten inklusive Gartenmöbeln (Pool, Spielzeug, Sandkasten). Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich und authentisch eingerichtet. Alles was für ein Urlaub benötigt wird, ist vorhanden. Da wir im Herbst da waren, haben wir auch den Pellet Ofen ausprobiert, der eine wunderschöne, gemütliche Wärme erzeugt hat. die Wohnung war super sauber. Auch ideal für Kinder geeignet. Das Haus liegt fußläufig zum Wasser und Strand. Hier konnte gebadet werden und Strandgut gesammelt werden. Jesolo, sowie Einkaufszentrum/Supermarkt sind gut erreichbar. Am Ende der Straße befindet sich ein wunderbarer kleiner Bäcker, wir empfehlen die piccolo panino. Saskia war ein unglaublich netter Host. Hat uns kurz vor der Reise angeschrieben bezüglich der Betten, was wir für die Kinder bräuchten, Bettwäsche vorhanden… Schlüsselübergabe ganz flexibel und unproblematisch. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Es war ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einem süßen Haus mit großem Garten, Gartenmöbeln, Pool. Im Haus ist alles liebevoll eingerichtet und gut durchdacht. Meer, Geschäfte, Lokale in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder. Alberto ist immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Check in war total unkompliziert und früher möglich. Sehr empfehlenswert

Another excellent stay! We returned a second time for almost one month and it was another excellent experience. The place was impeccably clean and well stocked with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious, especially the bathroom, which is unusual for the area. It’s very centrally located just a few minutes from Mirano’s plaza and about 20-25 minutes to Venice. At the same time it is very quiet and private with independent entrance. The gate in to the property makes a difference. Stefania was as usual, an amazing host! Very accommodating and communicative, always attentive to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend this property. We’re rating it a 5 star again!

Nice house in a quiet and safe area at the end of a dead-end road. The house has a nice garden outside with plenty of sun and a fence all around the property. The host is super nice and responsive and everything is well organized.

Nicole is a absolute gem. Total sweetheart! She met us at check in and showed us how to use waterbus transportation, gave us directions to her fav restaurants nearby and suggestions on fun stuff to do in Venice. Her place is so clean and cute. She had espresso, water, orange juice and champagne for us! Location is super close to water transportation. She also gave us access to her bikes which we rode to pick up food twice. Super quiet and away from crowds. We loved it.

Naprosto krásné ubytování . Všude bylo čisto. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu. Paní Julia byla velmi milá a rychle reagovala na zprávy. Lokalita ubytování byla naprosto dokonalá. Poklidna vilová část, blízko od moře, autobus, supermarket, restaurace. Navštívili jsme nedaleké historické město Caorle a také jsme využili plavbu na lodi do Benátek z města punta Sabbioni. Jsme moc rádi , ze jsme si vybrali toto místo a ubytování u paní Julie. Naprosto doporučuji !! :)

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Für unsere Durchreise lag sie optimal in der Nähe der Autobahneinfahrt. Die Wohnung hatte eine sehr gute Grösse für unsere 5-köpfige Familie und bot mehrere Schlafgelegenheiten. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt :-) Nach der langen Autofahrt konnten die Kinder auf dem hübschen Vorplatz, der umzäunt war, spielen und sich austoben. der Kontakt mit Giovanni war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert! Wir durften sogar früher einchecken, was uns mit den Kindern sehr entgegen kam. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😀👍

Bon emplacement, proche du Rialto pour passer sur l’autre rive , proche du grand canal et d’un arrêt de vaporetto. Appartement paisible, literie confortable . Bon accueil. Terrasse sur le toit à partager sympathique. Attention aux moustiques, ils sont déjà présent en Mars . Enchanté de notre séjour dans cette magnifique ville .

Лучшее жилье, в котором мы останавливались в Италии. Я бы поставил 10 звезд, но можно всего 5. Очень удобное расположение, если вы на машине. Продуманный до мелочей кристально чистое и очень уютный дом. Обязательно приедем еще! Спасибо!

Volle 5 Sterne von mir. Das Apartment ist super sauber, groß, hell und perfekt gelegen, 50 Metern vor dem Meer entfernt. Kommunikation mit Michaela war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich hoffe bald wieder für meinen nächsten Urlaub in Venedig zuruckzükommen!

Totul a fost în regulă, dar dacă aveți probleme cu somnul sa va luați dopuri de urechi pentru ca traficul se aude destul de tare noaptea.

The place is apsolutely amazing, we gad 2 Terraces, of which one of them had a barbique place and a mountain view, and the other one was on the side of the beach. Enrico is a superb person, always available, friendly and you can count on him for every advise, also in regards to traveling to nearby places. We will for sure visit again!
