Great location for a quick Lexington weekend! It was perfect for our crew. Plenty of room and parking. Flexible check-in and check-out. Owner very responsive.

Debra was great! She met us at the house and gave us the tour. She let us pick any room we wanted since there were not other guests in the house. She is very outgoing and super friendly! It's like staying at your favorite Aunt's house!

Brooke was a great host, very proactive and friendly! She listed her home perfectly, matched pics and it was very comfortable and welcoming. Loved the backyard, able to sit out and enjoy the weather.

This was a lovely home with lots of space for privacy. We only had 3 guests for 3 nights, which made it a little pricey per person but the house could easily accomodate a couple more people. The outdoor area was very pleasant. The host, Heath, responded quickly to my questions.

The house had all the amenities described in the listing. If something went wrong with anything the Kentucky Life's support team was super responsive. Location was very close to stores and downtown, but far enough away to feel like you were not in the city. If you want to feel like you are in the board game Clue with separate rooms this is the house for you, plenty of room for our party of 7.

What a beautiful place to stay with our friends, and spend some time with our kids who are students at UK. Plenty of space, perfectly clean and so many little things provided (tp, coffee pods, cleaning supplies- even shampoo/body wash in the showers) Walkable to Rupp, downtown etc and short drive/Uber to campus. Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to be back!

We were one of four couples who gathered at the house for four days and three nights. The house was exactly as described—very clean, with spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom had a king-size bed and a TV. Dhru was very responsive to messages, providing local recommendations in a timely manner. Frankfort is a very friendly town, and we were close to the downtown area, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

Beautiful cottage, plenty of parking, and super quiet.

Brenda and John were so nice and welcoming!! They made us feel right at home and were so incredibly sweet. Will definitely be staying with them again when we pass by Kentucky in the future!!

Art on High was a great spot for me. Easy to find and just a block away from Main St. I loved being able to meander through the quaint downtown so easily. The room and especially the bed were very comfortable. Bear in mind, this is a very old house and is a work in progress, so the creaky floors and squeaky doors are part of the charm. I wish the patio had been available, the weather was perfect and it would have been nice to have a place to sit outside. Once that area is finished, this will be the perfect place to spend a weekend!

Suzann’s place is great! She makes the most amazing breakfast- gourmet food every morning. That alone is worth the price of admission. Wi-Fi is great, comfortable bed, nice sitting area downstairs. Will come back for sure.

My sister and I stayed over night for a quick trip to run a half marathon. Our room was great and the whole place was very cozy. Leslie and Tiffany made us feel so welcomed and went above and beyond with hospitality. They had a ton of snacks available for us and the breakfast was amazing! They also were able to accommodate a later checkout so that I could shower after the race. As a bonus we loved their animals- the peacocks and poms were an amazing surprise. We will certainly be back and will also recommend to others.

Leslie and Tiffany are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Beautiful house near the creek! Peaceful and private! They will fill you up at breakfast time with wonderful food! The 2 best lil Pomeranian’s and beautiful peacocks! Leslie and Tiffany have the most beautiful, caring hearts and you can see it in EVERYTHING they do! I want to personally thank the 2 of you and recommend this beautiful house and beautiful people for your stay anytime for any occasion!!!

Absolutely wonderful! We felt like we were welcomed home to family we hadn't met yet; we felt so welcomed. The home is so beautiful and comfortable. Then the breakfast - oh my goodness - it was amazing. Leslie and Tifanny are wonderful and we are so grateful to have found this place. ❤️
