Better than expected. Fantastic and well-stocked kitchen - everything we needed for a full Thanksgiving feast. So many thoughtful details for a comfortable stay. Hot tub and backyard were awesome. Nice walkable neighborhood. Close to all things horses and handy to downtown. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in town.

Great place near Buffalo Trace! We were part of a 3-couple excursion to enjoy Kentucky and the Bourbon Trail. Kyle's place was the perfect lodging for our time there! The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped and had plenty of room for us all to eat at the kitchen table. We used the hot tub every day and really enjoyed it. Overall this place had everything we needed and more. Just an FYI for those guests with mobility issues, which was not us, all the bedrooms were on the second floor so some stair climbing is necessary. Kyle is also a great communicator! This is an awesome Airbnb!

This was the perfect getaway for my husband and I. We had the most relaxing, peaceful trip. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was so cold we didn’t get to enjoy the many outdoor features of the property however the cozy fireplace was exactly what we needed. The couch is so comfortable perfect for winter afternoon naps. The bath and shower were so nice. The adjustable bed was an excellent touch. And the majestic river almost close enough to jump in was so peaceful to watch. Thank you so much! We plan to come back in the spring.

Wonderful place. Very close to College & Berea, Beautiful, New & Super Clean. The hot tub is great. We loved the back deck with night lights. Ty for the Coffee & snacks. It is more than a 5 star ...Its beautiful

The home was very nice and clean. The owner gave us suggestions of local places to visit when our plans had to change due to the flooding.

This place is amazing! If you’re in town for the bourbon trail , railbird, bourbon and beyond, louder than life or whatever this is the place. It has a massive dining area and huge kitchen. The hot tub , huge outdoor chess board and hottub are amazing amenities. Not to mention the outdoor room w an additional lounge area w ping pong , tv and an arcade game! Perfect for a huge group or big family!

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and close to 3 distilleries. The kitchen is well stocked with pots pans bakewear etc, and clean. bedrooms and baths are clean and comfortable. The hot tub and pool were clean and ready for us with plenty of space outside to sit and relax. over all it was a great location and very well taken care of.

This place was perfect for us and was as described in the listing. Super cute and the hot tub was great. Loved that it had some privacy from the other guests to our left and right, but still had a great view :)

Perfect place for a long weekend! We had 4 adults and there was plenty of space! Everything was clean and the hot tub was enjoyed by all. We loved the surroundings and it was a perfect hub for the Bourbon Trail. We will be returning next year for our trip!

Was very thankful for this location after a group of us were flooded out of our camping location that morning. The hot tub was perfectly what we all needed. The space was perfect for our groups (we rented more then one cabin). Beautiful location and thankful for the ability to check in a little early and rest.

The Villa met and exceeded expectations! It was much bigger than I had originally thought, which was a pleasant surprise. The hot tub was clean and was a wonderful amenity after a long week of camping. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great place to stay during the Railbird Festival! Tracie was quick to respond to my messages. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the hot tub! Thank you for being such a magnificent hostess (and the cheesecake). We loved getting to use the space. Great find!

John’s cabin was perfect for our family. It had more than we needed to make us feel right at home and live comfortably for a few days. We enjoyed the big porch and the beautiful, quiet scenery. This cabin is such a little hidden gem and we would love to stay again! If you have the chance to stay here then book this cabin!

The place was so beautiful, clean, and so relaxing especially the hot tub. The kids had an amazing time and everything you need to cook was basically there. The WiFi was well, beds were very comfortable and the place was gorgeous

We had a wonderful time at the cabin! The view was outstanding and our kids had the best time playing on the huge lawn and exploring the property. They loved the kids room and playing arcade games! The property was private and very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, the cabin was super clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! Our group of six adults and two kids found it to be the perfect getaway. The house was incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, and the amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. From the comfortable spaces to the thoughtful details, everything was just right. The hosts were fantastic—so communicative and helpful throughout our visit. We loved it so much that we even extended our stay for an extra day! If you're looking for a relaxing, well-equipped, and welcoming place to stay, this is it. We can't recommend it highly enough and would love to return in the future!

Our family rented the Airbnb to celebrate the holidays. The property was exactly as shown, it was perfect! The property owner had decorated the home for Christmas before we arrived. I would definitely recommend this property! 5 stars

We love this place! It's so perfectly appointed. We're a group of older women who go away together on a regular basis. 1.) We need to have enough beds that we don't have to share one (but will if its a king). No one needs to share here! We almost all get our own rooms which is incredibly wonderful!! 2.) Our mission is to get away from life for a few days and hang out together. The main living room offers plenty of seating for most - with super comfortable seats with reclining and foot rests - all circle the wood burning fireplace. Heaven! 3.) The kitchen has everything you'll need - and I say that on behalf of the 10+ plus women who have cooked for decades. 4.) Bridgette is so great with communication and responded quickly to our requests and even offered more than we asked we asked for, thank you Bridgette!!

This was by far the best AirBnb I’ve ever booked. For starters Jodi reached out to me privately via text and on Airbnb the day before my reservation with check in instructions as well as local recommendations and She was extremely responsive throughout our stay. The home itself was beautiful. Exactly like what you see in the pictures. It was immaculate. It is set up to feel like a home away from home with tons of comfortable seating and “hang out space” Kitchen was very nice. With anything you could possibly need to cook anything you wanted. Property was very private with a 1/4 mile driveway. And yet was very conveniently located especially for anyone wishing to visit local bourbon distilleries. Jodi also provided information on local distilleries and attractions as well as local airports including the distances to each. Which was extremely helpful in planning our stay. I am definitely planning on staying there again.
