Beautiful home! There was plenty of space for the seven of us that were there. The pool and rooftop patio were amazing! The house has everything you need. It’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Zadar and about a miles walks to restaurants in the local village. I would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Goran's place. 😎 Goran is super kind and helpful, with a great personality. The apartment is fully equipped and perfect for a larger group of friends. The beach is just a 3-minute walk from the house. A big highlight of our trip was getting to use Goran's brand new SUPs, which definitely added an extra layer of fun to our trip. 🏄🏽‍♀️ We highly recommend this place to anyone. 🫶🏼

Von Anfang bis Ende perfekt! Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und wahnsinnig sauber. Die Umgebung ist eher ruhig, aber das Meer, einige Lebensmittelläden sowie ein kleines Restaurant sind rasch erreichbar. Antonio war bei Fragen sofort erreichbar und hat uns viele umliegende Ausflugsziele, Restaurants und Aktivitäten empfohlen. Großes Dankeschön an Antonio für diesen tollen Service! Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub, den wir sehr genossen haben. :)

Die Unterkunft von Martin war wirklich super schön. Die Lage ist super wenn man mal etwas abschalten möchte und trotzdem auch mal ab und zu etwas unternehmen möchte wie zum Beispiel der Nationalpark oder eine Bootsfahrt in Zadar. Martin ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der einen herzlich willkommen heißt mit Getränken und Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

This villa was absolutely perfect! We stayed with 2 young children and there was everything there to cater for us during our stay. The views, proximity to the sea, the pool were all perfect and we had a lovely stay here. We would love to come back! The only slight negative which is unrelated to the villa was that we stayed end of sept/beginning of Oct and the bar and restaurant in the village was closed for the end of the season. They would have added a bit of something extra to our stay, but was just unfortunate timing on our part

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Hrvojka. L'appartement était conforme à la description et était très pratique. Tout est présent et très soigné. Nous avons pu bénéficier de bonnes adresses à proximité grace aux conseils de Hrvojka. Je recommande ce logement sans hésiter !

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in dem schönen Steinhaus Sandra. Es ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase und trotzdem waren Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

It is a wonderful place to relax. We can can only recommend this location. It's perfect locacated and a dream if you wish calm and relaxing holidays. I think in the future it's a a diamond for having a good time at the seaside and as I said, everything perfect. We like such places....

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Ivana gave us great recommendations for affordable food and great locations to explore. You can easily walk to the old town and we were provided a parking spot for our car.

Byl jsem ubytován se svým synem na 4 noci. Vše bylo v pořádku. Byli jsme spokojeni s čistotou a vybyvením bytu. V kuchyni snad nechybělo nic co by člověk očekával. Jde vidět, že hostitelka přemýšlela při vybyvení kuchyně a dalších prostor, jako by sama byla host. Za to velká pochvala, protože v jiných ubytováních máme opačnou zkušenost. Komunikovali jsme s otcem paní hostitelky, panem Zoranem, který byl velmi ochotný. Za to moc děkujeme. Naprosto nadstandartně nám bylo umožněno si zapojit do sítě a nabít náš elektromobil, nabízel jsem za tuto službu peníze, ale hostitel odmítl. Takže jsem vděčný za ochotu a přístup. Ubytování je velmi blízko od centra, kde jsme chodili na večeře a přitom není rušeno hlukem. Doporučuji využít tohle ubytování k vašemu pobytu. George

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Marina en haar familie waren zeer vriendelijk. Ze kookten zelfs een diner voor ons. We voelden ons erg thuis. De accomodatie is nog veel groter en mooier dan op de foto's. We verbleven met ons dochtertje van 1,5 en ook voor haar was alles aanwezig zoals een babybed en baby stoel. De accomodatie is zeer gunstig gelegen voor een bezoek aan Krka National Park. Daarnaast ligt er op 5 minuten afstand een prachtig meer om om te zwemmen en om te relaxen. We bevelen de accomodatie van harte aan.

We had an unforgettable stay in this apartment. The sea view was breathtaking, and the small beach nearby (a 10-minute walk from the house) was perfect for relaxing. We also explored the surroundings and discovered charming little villages. Marija's parents were exceptional hosts, always available and very generous

We had a great stay at Dino's place. It is pretty with great views of the marina and a large open space/garden in front (which provides for parking!). The place is clean, well-furnished and modern with comfortable beds. We mostly spoke to Dino's wife who was very friendly and super-helpful! She was understanding, helped us with washing (the place has a washer + dryer) and accommodated us with a late checkout though they had to start cleaning. Don't follow Google maps once you are in Skradin (it took us on a cobbled street that became too narrow for our car)..follow instructions Dino's shares that takes you along a proper road right along the Marina). I highly recommend Dino's family-run place!

Schöne, geräumige und sehr neue, moderne Unterkunft mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die man brauchen könnte (Waschmaschine, super ausgestattete Küche etc). Zaton ist ein sehr kleiner aber sehr schöner, romantischer Ort am Wasser mit wenigen, aber sehr guten Restaurants und Bars. Mit dem Auto hat man gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Franka war sehr freundlich und hat jederzeit schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Gute Kommunikation mit dem Host. Villa war sehr sauber und genau wie auf den Bildern. Top! Host war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem spitzen Urlaub.

Our two-week stay at this Airbnb was amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a delicious platter of local cheese, ham, fresh bread, a bottle of red wine, and a tasty apple pie. It was a perfect introduction to our stay. The hosts were incredibly generous, providing us with fresh local produce like potatoes, onions, and garlic throughout our visit. One evening, they even treated us to a traditional Croatian meal, which was absolutely delicious. The property has a large, peaceful garden with grapevines and rosemary, offering a lovely space to relax. There is also a beautiful pool, which the hosts clean daily, making it perfect for a refreshing swim. It truly adds to the charm of the place. The hosting family was amazing—kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We felt at home from day one. It was a wonderful stay, I strongly recommend it !

we werken super vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. karlo heeft ons door het huis rondgeleid en was heel behulpzaam. het huis zelf is ruim en alles was schoon. lekkere bedden en goed genoten van het zwembad. echt aan te bevelen!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Villa Medici. Idéal avec des ados, multiples activités qui plaisent à tous: salle de sport, sauna, billard, playstation, piscine… chacun a pu avoir son espace et en même temps des lieux spacieux où se retrouver tous ensemble.

Parfait! La communication nickel, si on avait besoin de quelque chose on l’avait, elle répondait directement. Le logement était hyper propre, la piscine entretenue TOUS les jours sans pour autant nous « déranger ». Quand nous sommes arrivés il y avait à boire et à manger dans le frigo. Tous les équipements essentiels étaient présents. Andrea avait envoyé des recommandations d’activités ou de restaus à faire, la villa à une vue incroyable et dégagée, le soleil tape bien sur la piscine et cela rendait la maison super lumineuse. La piscine était chauffée, nous avons pu nous baigner même à 23h, c’était parfait. Le village est calme, nos voisins étaient des moutons et des poules, c’était paisible et relaxant. Le logement est a 20 minutes de Zadar et à 1h30 de Split, les magasins sont aussi assez proche. Il est essentiel de louer une voiture selon moi. Bref, je recommande a 100% ce logement. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine wirklich tolle Lage mit einem super Blick auf die Bucht und Rogocniza. Das Meer und viele Badeplateau‘s erreicht man in 100 Metern. Als Urlauber muss man jedoch Berge und Treppensteigen mögen. Für uns war das garkein Problem! Der Ort Razanj ist klein und ziemlich verzweigt. Steile und enge Bergstraßen sind Alltag. Er bietet aber alles was man braucht und zum Haus kommt täglich ein Händler mit Brot & Co., sowie Fisch. Fazit: Tolles Haus im ruhiger Lage, mega Ausblick, fast direkt am Meer -> was will man mehr.

Booked last minute. House was perfect for our family of four plus two dogs. Great bbq area, nice sized pool and plenty of garden space. House was cosy and clean, with comfy beds. There is a small chicken/goat farm next door which was the kids thought was great! The owners were very responsive and super friendly, providing fresh bread and cheese on arrival and later cherries 🍒 from their garden. The neighboring town Sibenik was a beautiful day out, and the beaches in Murter were a must-see. Would have no hesitation to book again. Thank you, Tonka and Hrvoje!
