Nagyon jó volt Josipnál a szállás, kiválóan felszerelt, modern, hatalmas terekkel, gyönyörű kilátással. Plusz pont hogy kisállatot is vihettünk. Minden nagyon szuper volt.

Fantastic stay. The outside area and private pool were excellent. Plenty of space for our 4 children. Perfect for our families needs. The inside of the property was very clean and well equipped with everything we might need during our stay and we much appreciated the air con! Vlad and Diva were the perfect hosts. Arranged our airport transfers for a very small fee and accommodated our earlier than check in time arrival without question. They were quickly on hand to answer any questions during our stay. The location of the property was a short stroll to shops, restaurants, centre and beaches, everything we needed in easy reach. Thank you both for a lovely holiday.

Absolutely fantastic! Beautiful house with a big swimming pool. Many olive trees and a couple of fig trees. Tanna went the extra mile to ensure that we felt at home and comfortable. Few members of our group fell ill during the stay. Tanna was extremely responsive to our requests. Thanks to her, we were able to go to the doctor and the family recovered in a day. All in all, Tanna made our stay comfortable. The house is very well equipped with lots of thought given to details. The whole experience with Tanna and the house exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!!!

Ana ´s apartment was just perfect! Location is super top. we had fiew minutes into the city. next is a nice grocery, bakery and cafe. We loved the privacy on our terrace, big living rolm, aircondition and the mosquito net agains biting (actually not so much this season). we are coming definitely back. Ana and her family were super nice, great parking next to the apartment. Lovely people and super vacation.

There are just a few places, where I let my kids walk and shower without the flip-flops, one of them is Villa Alkar in Razanj. Beautiful house and garden, perfect for families with younger and older kids. We're also delighted by the village. I will recommend to all my friends who plan to visit Croatia and Rogoznica area.

Great apartment with all need appliances and in the great location only 10 min walk from city center. Parking place is free and in front of the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to everyone!

Nada was very kind. She has always asking if you feels good and was there for a talk. We had a amazing time with our family at the apartment. I am sure we will come back 😊😇

What a fantastic house with everything you would need to be able to relax, and enjoy an amazing holiday. The pool was a big highlight for us which was cleaned daily and nice and warm to swim in. Asija, and her family were great hosts and always answered any queries that we had. For us, the location was great as we were driving to the many highlights that Croatia has to offer, we especially enjoyed the Krka Waterfalls and the beaches which were all within a short drive. The property was comfortable and had everything you needed to feel like a home-from-home stay. Thank you for letting us stay in your property, we will be back.

Piękna okolica, dom z wieloma udogodnieniami dla dużej grupy. Cały pobyt był bezproblemowy, a sami właściciele ugościli nas upominkami (np. winogronami z własnego ogrodu). Uzyskiwaliśmy odpowiedzi na każde pytanie. Bardzo polecam, czuliśmy się tam jak na wakacjach u rodziny.

Einfach ein Traum und nich schöner und größer als es auf den Bildern erscheint. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Selbst Fahrräder um damit mal schnell ans Meer zu fahren. Aber eigentlich möchte man das Grundstück gar nicht verlassen. Franka ist immer schnell zu erreichen und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Der Pool wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Außengrill, verschiedene Sitzbereiche zum Essen oder Chillen, einfach ein Paradies mitten zwischen Olivenbäumen und Weinreben. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We loved staying at Branka's and Hrvoje's place. It was very nice, calm, right at the end of the road, so no cars and only few people trespassing around. Their cottage was very cosy, offering direct access to the beautiful sea, offering lots of shadow and places to rest after swimming, private place at the sea for sun bathing or just resting. Branka and Hrvoje even let you use their beach chairs, SUPs, ... It is possible to dock your kayak or SUP at their buoy. The sea offers many trips for the SUP or kayak, small islands, other beaches. Branka and Hrvoje have the nicest and most comfortable sea entry from all the neighborhood. Sevid is just a small village, so expect one bakery, one supermarket and one beach restaurant with reasonable prices. There are two others around, but 50+ EUR per person. Anyway trips to Primošten, Rogoznica, Marina, Trogir are within reasonable range and offer nice change to your daily routine. We enjoyed the stay very much and we wished to spend more time th

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Ferienhaus von Iva in Kroatien. Alles hat uns sehr gefallen. Iva war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich, stets erreichbar und unterstützend. Das Haus selbst hat eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und steht in einer ruhigen, malerischen Gegend, die perfekt zum Entspannen ist. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen und können diesen Ort nur weiterempfehlen.

We had the great pleasure of spending our family vacation in this beautiful house, and it was simply amazing! The house itself is not only spotlessly clean but also decorated with great attention to detail. The stylish yet cozy interior immediately made us feel at home. The outdoor facilities are an absolute dream for anyone looking to have an active vacation. The pool was wonderfully refreshing, the hot tub perfect for relaxing after a tennis match on the impeccably maintained tennis court. Our kids had an incredible amount of fun, and we adults were able to truly unwind. A particular highlight was definitely the hosts. They were more than friendly, super charming, and made us feel welcome from the very start. I highly recommend this accommodation without any reservations!

Der Empfang bei Mario war super! Wir wurden mit Wein, Brot und einer Platte mit Schinken und Käse begrüßt 😊 Das Haus ist urig und gemütlich und wir haben alles ausprobiert, was im Angebot war. Schwimmen im Pool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Tischtennis und natürlich haben wir auch gegrillt. Perfekt! Ein Problem mit dem Internet konnte recht schnell gelöst werden. Eine schöne Ferienwohnung ruhig gelegen, in einer wunderbaren Landschaft nahe dem Krka Nationalpark. Wir haben von hier aus viele Ausflüge unternommen. Natürlich muss man hier auch Anfahrtszeiten von ca. 1 ½ Stunden einrechnen. Das war für uns kein Problem und so haben wir die Plitvicer Seen, Omis mit Bootsfahrt, Trogir mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt und vieles mehr gesehen. Die Jeep Safari über den Mali Alan Pass zum Tulove Grede war genial. Zum Abschied bekamen wir von seiner Mutter noch ein kleines handgemachtes Präsent und eine Schüssel mit landestypischem Gebäck. Wir waren eine Woche mit 4 Personen dort. Es war genau so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Eine wirklich sehr schöne Anlage. Wir haben hauptsächlich das gute Wetter am Pool genossen und konnten auch Wasserball etc. spielen. Zum größeren Einkauf muss man 15-20min fahren. Ebenso muss man diese Zeit einplanen, falls man essen gehen möchte. Da wir uns aber vorher gut über die Gegend informiert hatten, war alles für uns perfekt und wie erwartet.
