We stayed at this property for four days with our family of eight, and it was a great experience. Since we are from the plains, the first day felt a bit challenging—the property is at a high altitude, and the narrow roads through the hills were a little scary for us. But after that, everything just got better. The hospitality was amazing. Mohar ji, the owner, is kind and always ready to help. Amar ji, the chef, cooked everything we asked for perfectly, and the North Indian food was especially delicious. Tirathram ji, the caretaker, was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a refreshing stay, enjoyed a small bonfire and barbecue, and loved the peaceful surroundings. The view from the property is breathtaking, with beautiful mornings and starry nights. If you're looking for a quiet and scenic place to relax with great food and warm hospitality, this is the perfect spot. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

I only stayed at Mandukya for a night and wished I stayed longer! This place is luxury in the mountains, beautiful villa with stunning views and modern amenities in the room. The loft was my favourite besides the 5 beautiful dogs in the property. Staff were very friendly, super responsive and made my stay worthwhile. A plus is that they run a full fledged kitchen, with digital ordering facility! Loved the overall experience.

About the Host/Caretaker- Kaveti (Host) was responsive from booking till checkout. Although he was not there, but was checking up on us via phone continuously. Being a total new to this place, i wasn't aware of what to visit but our Host Kaveti had a guide book which helped us in deciding what to visit but unfortunately we couldn't because of snow and rain. Caretaker Pooja didi makes finger licking food and an amazing host. She even made local food for us which also tasted good. About the Property- It was a 10-15 min downtrek from an off road with steep slopes to short plain trail. We had a rucksack and a trolley bag (not recommended if planning a trip in woods) but Hemu bhai (husband of Pooja didi) and their children helped us in taking our luggage to the property. They were like goat of Himalayas compare to us. 😅 Who can visit- Couple, Group of 4-5 people, couple with pet. Believe me, your pet would love to revisit. Not recommended for old people with knee or heart or lung issue.

We had an amazing stay! The property was wonderful, and the staff (Preeti and Manish) were incredibly helpful and attentive even when Manish was a bit under the weather. We truly appreciated their thoughtfulness, and we’re already looking forward to coming back in the future.

chuniji is very nice host and very helpful host and he arranged all the transport for the trips and also for the reach the place. And he is the very nice cook he can make anything from the manu and as being vegitarian it was very helpful for us. we can have taxi from here to rome arround for site seeing. This place is very piece full and very far from city life. we enjoyed a lot in this tree house. The view is also very nice from the room. In total we had a great experience.

The place was just like we imagined. We visited during snowfall so it felt magical. Ravi bhiaya is such a kind caretaker. He took us for a small trek in snow, served us hot tea whenever we asked for it. The food was great as well.

The accommodation was excellent, making our stay truly enjoyable. The hosts were warm, responsive, and proactive. The food, served based on the menu, was delicious, with our top recommendations being Rara Chicken and Rajma Chawal. They also guided us to nearby attractions, providing clear directions. Additionally, Door Ji assisted us in coordinating with local taxi services, ensuring smooth travel and a hassle-free return. I highly recommend this cottage for a vacation—it’s a perfect choice for families or groups.

This place one of the hidden gem with aesthetic rooms. Moreover place becomes more good only bcz of the hospitality by the host & for that NIKHIL the caretaker waa outstanding. Imp points- 1-Rooms are very good with amazing view 2-In cottage(pine) the upside room is quite small. Two couples dont go for it. Its best for only girls or only boys kind groups 3. The common room is sooooo much good with the morning views. 4- Food is supper amazing trust me we ate 3 days meal over there only.
