La casa tiene todas las comodidades que uno necesita, con una hermosa ubicación y vista La casa super limpia amplia todo en excelente estado a mi familia y a mí nos encanto un lugar lleno de paz y relajante nos sentimos muy cómodos !! Y los anfitriones super atentos a cualquier cosa q necesitáramos muy amables !! 😃

Realmente recomendaría hospedarse en esta casa, precio, calidad e ubicación La alberca estaba climatizada para disfrutarla en cualquier momento !

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

It is an excellent two-bedroom property with two full bath, nice kitchen and nice living room area. One of the bathroom's sinks had drainage problem as water spilled on the floor. We did not use that sink. It appears to have been repaired before but not very well. We had a real challenge finding the place as there were no signs on the main street entrance. Owner sent us a video which was in Spanish which we do not understand. Next street neighbor was very helpful as she called the owner and then owner stood by the door on the main road. Main road to the house road is about 250 yard long and is not paved. Gravel path to the house stopped about 8-10 feet short and one has to walk over rocks to get to the house. We will love to rent this place again and hope these shortcomings will be addressed by then.

As good as it gets! A clean, well appointed space (especially the kitchen) with a lap pool and workout gym close by, this is a wonderful place to stay. Dom was responsive, helpful and flexible with requests. Helpful restaurant recommendations added value. Two thumbs up!

We absolutely LOVED this place. We came here for a girls trip for a friends birthday and it was spectacular. It’s a bit far from everything but definitely wonderful. The host was super friendly and had great recommendations and referrals for transportation. Would definitely stay again!

Great apartment in a fun neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The deck was spacious and had fabulous views. Karil gave us plenty of recommendations for places to eat around the area and provided very clear information about the apartment.

El apartamento es demasiado bonito una vista impresionante, aseado con utensilios a fácil acceso para mantener la limpieza, súper completo la cocina tiene todas las comodidades para la preparación de alimentos y una gran variedad de utensilios y muy espacioso la sala de estar y comedor son justos para compartir con libertad de espacio, por último y muy importante la atención de don Miguel es muy precisa, oportuna y muy cordial, brinda indicaciones claras y responde en tiempos cortos de espera. Sin dudar lo recomendaría el precio es justo y el lugar es muy agradable. Una particularidad es que en el condo las personas en general son muy respetuosas y amables.

Perfect place, a lot of restaurant nearby with good food and bars. The building is very nice, has a gym, a pool, a coworking space. It can get noisy, but thats the busy town of san juan. Very good communication with Jennifer.

El Lugar bastante lindo por dentro, muy Limpio y comodas las camas y muebles. No hay Ruido de la Gente.

Raul’s apartment on the 6th floor is absolutely stunning, including being nicely decorated and tasteful finishes, as everything was squeaky clean. Wall to wall glass to take in city views and a deck to look out over the valley. The location is perfect for city errands and walkable to restaurants and activities. In addition, safety and security are excellent, as well as an emphasis on maintaining a peaceful environment for professionals. We liked it so much that we’re returning next week! If you are looking for a great place to stay in San Jose this is the place.

Convenient location to Heredia and Cariari. We stayed here for my spouse’s birthday for a weekend in the GAM, and it was comfortable and convenient. Walkable to a few useful places (a handful of restaurants, convenience stores, and accessible to the bus line) while still feeling very private and peaceful. Check-in with the gate guard was painless and quick.

Noman is great to work with. Most important was bed comfort. It was fairly clean. It is very good value. Good enough, not the Ritz but if you want quiet, clean, order, value, safety, convenience, peace well-equipped, and superb response, highly recommend Norman's place for the cost. It's nice.
