We stopped here for one night after landing in San Jose on our way to the next location. The driveway was a little intimidating (we did it in the dark) but doable. María was very responsive and helpful getting us checked in, and the space was clean and comfortable. The views were incredible, overlooking the city was a pretty surreal welcome to Costa Rica!

Logement très bien situé pour un transit entre la côte Caraïbe et La Fortuna. Pratique également pour une excursion à la journée à Tortuguero. Les hôtes sont très charmants et serviables et ont mêmes étendu notre linge lorsque le soleil s’est montré en notre absence. Des restaurants et commerces sont disponibles à proximité et vous pouvez garer votre voiture en sécurité dans une court fermée avec cadenas. A noter : la piscine n’était pas accessible lors de notre passage (vide, peut-être dû aux conditions météos), cela n’était pas important pour nous, mais si cela l’est pour vous, vous pouvez demander plus d’informations à l’hôte. Bernd Y Irmgard were wonderful hosts; very accomodating and easy to talk to. The apartment was exceptional and very nice. They gave me directions to the grocery store and other locations. Their hosting was outstanding and would definitely stay with them again. They are definitely 5-star airbnb hosts!!

I had a great stay here. The kitchen had everything you could wish for, there was not one but two coffee makers and a blender. The private garden was nice and I enjoyed making use of the pool and gym. The only slight downside is that there are a lot of dogs in the building so it is inevitable to hear a bit of barking, but other than that it was a perfect place to stay in San Jose!

Angelita's listing is exactly as described. My wife and I are very comfortable staying at the house. We have everything we need to make our stay a wonderful experience. The neighborhood is lovely, private, and secure. We feel that this house is our home away from home. Thank you, Angelita and William, for the hospitality. Much appreciated and hope to see you again during our next visit.

Great place. We felt safe. The home is cool and not too hot. The home is right across from a grocery store MasxMenos. Very nice comfy home. The owner is very responsive and friendly.

We only stayed for one night but it’s a great spot walkable to Barrio Escalante where we had dinner and drinks. The place is very large with plenty of space for an even larger party than us 4. FYI there is no A/C (weather and breeze were just fine for us) and there is a subway that runs right outside the place. It stops overnight but starts up again around 0530 so if you’re a late sleeper bring ear plugs. Great spot, would recommend.

This home is beautiful & so comfortable. In a safe & quiet location right outside of san jose. One of the nicest airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The host was very nice & communicative

Beautiful place! Specious and my kid loved the toys in the play room! Very clean kitchen full of amenities and nice outside area. Highly recommended for families with kids. Great location, two nice parks walkable distance. San Pedro mall only 10min drive.

Daniel and his team were amazing hosts! They were incredibly kind, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. We absolutely loved our time here and will definitely come back in the future. Highly recommended!

Tudo na Costa Rica é incrível e como não seria Janet e seu apartamento? Muito bem localizado, apartamento amplo e confortável com tudo que se precisa para ter uma ótima estadia, tanto curta quanto longa! A anfitriã é excelente, muito simpática, se você for brasileiro como eu, não tenha medo de seu portunhol, ela se esforça bem para entender, bem como fala inglês muito bem. Eu viajo muito pela América Latina e Europa e recomendo 100%! Gracias, Janet!

Ricardo’s place is great! San Jose downtown as well as the airport are very easy to reach from his place. Communication and check-in went very smoothly.

Mi sono trovata benissimo da Warren, host super gentile e disponibile! Appartamento in ambiente familiare, zona tranquilla, quartiere molto sicuro e vicinissimo a piedi da tutti i servizi, e da un bellissimo parco dove poter fare delle passeggiate fra la natura. Super consigliato!!

Great stay at Enrique’s! Beautiful 2nd floor apartment. Great view from the balcony with birds and butterflies coming by. Enrique is a kind and helpful host and the local neighbourhood has everything you need for groceries and restaurants. If I’m in San Jose again I won’t hesitate to repeat my stay.
