Really enjoyed our stay at this property. We had a total of 8 people staying on this trip. The home has plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed the beautiful views, privacy, and pool. Appreciated many amenities such as the a/c, full kitchen, beach chairs/cooler/umbrella to use. Also appreciated the small things listed in the amenities and the binder full of area recommendations at the house. The location was great. Easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo for all of the activities. Reached out to owner a couple of times for issues or suggestions via the app and got immediate responses.

It’s close to El Yunque which we wanted. House is fancy and smart. Clean and sheila responds quickly. The neighbor has maybe 6-8 dogs that go crazy at night. Bring ear plugs and sound machine. It’s off a busy street so you hear traffic too. The pool is not heated and the days we were there it was cloudy and raining so we didn’t get much pool time.

La Brisa was exactly as it was described! The location was perfectly situated in the rainforest in close proximity to all of the activities we wanted to do. The bedrooms were perfectly suited for both families. The kids loved sharing the room with the triple bunks. The pool was a great way to start and end the days at the beach, exploring the islands, visiting Old San Juan, and adventuring through El Yunque. We would highly recommend.

Our large family loved staying at Casa de Primo. Scott’s place is so wonderful it is off the charts! It is a beautifully decorated home with plenty of space and things to do. We were there with our four children and their families. Adults and kids enjoyed the pool and pickle ball courts. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and advice about shopping and restaurants. We took the ferry to Vieques, and hiked in El Yukon while we were staying there. I highly recommend this beautiful home and hosts!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was comfortable and clean, though it was a bit tricky to find at first. Once I got there, everything was perfect. There was a small issue with the bathroom when I arrived, but the host was super responsive and took care of it quickly. They also replied to all my questions promptly, which made the experience much easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was very clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time. The pool was spotless, and the backyard hangout area was a great place to unwind. The host was fantastic—very responsive and helpful. They provided great local recommendations and even helped connect us with a boat rental (even though it didn’t work out, I really appreciated the effort!). Another thoughtful touch was the provided towels, which made things even more convenient. One of my favorite parts was the shower—it had great water pressure, and felt like a mini spa experience! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-maintained stay with a great host. Would definitely return!

Perfect gated community with pool and access to beach. Apartment was just as pictured. 10 minutes a to luquillo beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) had a great time at Aquátika. The condo is on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. It was quiet and faced the pool. Inside, the accommodations were comfortable for us & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and ice machine which made loading the cooler (provided) for a day at the beach easy. There is no dishwasher so we washed as we went. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the condo is also nice if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the condo so once you put them to bed you can still hang out without much disturbance. The hosts provides beach toys, floaties, cooler, etc for the beach/pools that are onsite. Pools onsite are great. The water slide works on wknds. Beach is ok. It was a little rough for the kids. There is a coved beach up the street which was considerably better for swimming with littles. Several restaurants & markets along the road. We would stay again!

The host was very responsive and kind. Location on this end was very convenient. It was away from the main choice spot close enough to drive without an issue. My husband and 22-year-old son were also on the trip and we all found the space to be inviting and spatial. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

I was excited to stay here from when I booked and it was everything I hoped it would be! The view is something you have to experience in person because pictures can’t capture how beautiful it really was. Rafael was very sweet from the minute my mom and I arrived. We can’t wait to stay here again.

I rated our week-long stay at Lesley’s Villa a Rewarding 5* Lesley was always quick to respond; her villa was just as she had described; the view was great and it was very peaceful. Fueron unas personas amables en todo momento, excelente lugar, otra próxima vez en rio grande, los contacto de una, muy limpio y tranquilo el lugar.

We were in a pinch and needed a place fast due to a disappointing experience at previous airbnb so we booked Roberts place last minute and it was one of the bear rentals I’ve experienced so far. The apartment was clean, Robert was responsive as well as proactive in providing information. Neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet. There is a nearby beach which was secluded and easy to get to. If you want to sit on a balcony hearing coqui’s at night, this is the place for you. We would def rent again if we return and even recommend to anyone going to PR. Thanks Robert!

Beautiful apartment, the desperation of location on google maps or Apple Maps is off and the link, but after driving around awhile we found it. No beach access at all just giant rocks, the tile down stairs and on stairs was very tight and slippery be careful. House was pretty the little issue things were explained before arrival. Apartment is very pretty inside

Brad & Juanita condo was just right bed was conftoble water pressure was good The location was perfect, with many beaches nearby and We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. , our experience was amazing. We would highly recommend

This is a great place to stay in Puerto Rico. The condo looks just like the pictures, and there is plenty of room for our family of 4. There are balconies off almost every room and a big terrace up top, where we spent most of our time. 3 mins walk tops to the beach and less to the pool. Air conditioning works great in all the rooms. The community is gated, so I felt secure the entire time. Hector is a great host, gives you all the info you need and restaurant suggestions, and is quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again.

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

This was our second time staying here and we loved it again! It fits our family of four so nicely. We can easily make meals and hang out on the balcony looking at the beautiful ocean or walk down and be right on the beach in minutes. We even reached out once to Tom noticing something was missing from the kitchen and he went to the store and brought it to us the very next day. Totally not expected and way above and beyond! We hope to come back next year and would definitely stay again if it is available.

Our group of 3 had a lovely stay. Host was helpful and the place was clean and comfortable. Having a pool and beach amenities (chairs, towels, boogie boards) was a huge plus along with the welcome snacks. The beach out front was not great for swimming (we were also there during a windy period so that made it harder), but it’s an easy drive to some other more protected spots. Nice restaurants are a short drive, and it’s easy to get to the rain forest for some cool hikes and adventures. Overall, we were very happy with the condo.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was the perfect place for me, my husband and two young adult kids. The condo was super clean and looked just like the photos. The beach was gorgeous, and so convenient. We loved visiting the pools each day as well. It was quiet, friendly, and safe. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing Stay Again! This was my third time staying at Carmen’s place, and it was just as wonderful as always! The home is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back again!
