The place was beautiful… the surroundings were so nice and tranquil. The host was wonderfully responsive which was needed since the location was impossible to find via google maps. The road that is navigated to is closed by a gate and there is no cell service in the area. We needed a member of the team to guide us and we took notes as to which turns to take and landmarks so we could navigate back. Thankfully the host was so responsive and helpful and came right away to guide us to the location. Worth being kinda lost as the property is wonderful

My family and I had a great time staying. Hosts were very quick with responses and accommodated everything we needed. We have family a couple doors down so the location is perfect and it’s not too far from manyyy beautiful beaches ! But having your own private pool for days you don’t want to get sand everywhere was perfect ! The house is very spacious and perfect for a family vacation home to stay in. We can’t wait to come back and stay again ❤️

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

Stayed at Edith’s home with my husband and 3 kids for a week. There are many fans in the house and a few rooms have AC units…we never turned on the AC, it was perfect with the fans on and windows open. It was great to be able to do laundry, the beach chairs and umbrella were nice to use and the coolers were great. The beach at the end of the street was gorgeous and super private. The proximity to Old San Juan and the places we wanted to visit east of Loiza made this a perfect location for us. We cooked breakfast at the house most mornings, some lunches and some dinners and the space worked well for us for that. My kids loved the sweet outdoor cat Keke and enjoyed giving her food and water. There are many stray dogs around the streets but they didn’t approach us at all. There was a dog next door that barked many times in the middle of the night.,.it didn’t bother us much but might be an issue with people with babies. Overall we loved the home and would absolutely stay there again!

Sergio is an incredible host! The space worked for us and was perfect for our needs. The only complaint that I have is that you can’t flush toilet paper. You have to throw it away.

Elizabeth was a great host. She's very responsive and gave great recommendations for local beaches. Her instructions on how to get to the location are very accurate and helpful. The location is in a great area, very quiet and very safe. We had a small issue that was fixed within an hour.

This place was phenomenal!!! First of all, I don’t know if there is a better location that places you directly adjacent to all of the best excursions in and around the Rainforest. We were a 4min drive from Carabali Rainforest Adventure park where there’s horseback riding, ATVs, go carts and even a restaurant. We were a 7min drive from the meeting point for El Yunque zip lining, the BEST way to view the rain forest and 10mins to Luquillo beaches and restaurants. Secondly, the property is amazing. Chip and Joanna Gaines would love this house. The aesthetics of the interior are “farmhouse chic.” it felt like high and luxury, but still very close to the natural element. I would The views of the mountains and rainforest from the pool, the Master bedroom, the kitchen and the back patio are breathtaking. Each day our children as well as those of our travel companions wanted to head back early enough to enjoy the house and to have dinner together. PERFECT end to our PR vacation!!!

Wilmel's place is incredible; the view from the top of the mountain is breathtaking. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed; kitchen, laundry, pool, patio, tons of rooms/bathrooms, and TV. Wilmel gave us plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to visit. Our first time driving up the mountain to the house was challenging because of the narrow roads, hairpin turns, and steep elevation but we eventually got used to it.

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids under 7) had a great time at Aquátika. The condo is on the second floor, up a short flight of stairs. It was quiet and faced the pool. Inside, the accommodations were comfortable for us & clean. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee maker and ice machine which made loading the cooler (provided) for a day at the beach easy. There is no dishwasher so we washed as we went. The beds were comfortable. The layout of the condo is also nice if you have kids. The bedrooms are in the back of the condo so once you put them to bed you can still hang out without much disturbance. The hosts provides beach toys, floaties, cooler, etc for the beach/pools that are onsite. Pools onsite are great. The water slide works on wknds. Beach is ok. It was a little rough for the kids. There is a coved beach up the street which was considerably better for swimming with littles. Several restaurants & markets along the road. We would stay again!

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

We stayed at Ricardo’s place our last night in town and wish we had more days to enjoy it! Very clean and well stocked. The home had a fun vibe with tasteful decorations and games for the kids. Very spacious for our party of 6. The neighborhood is nice and modern and the pool was great for the kids to let out some energy the morning before our flight home. Would love to stay again!

I was excited to stay here from when I booked and it was everything I hoped it would be! The view is something you have to experience in person because pictures can’t capture how beautiful it really was. Rafael was very sweet from the minute my mom and I arrived. We can’t wait to stay here again.

I don’t even know where to begin—this stay was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The hospitality was next-level; every detail was thought through with care and intention. The hosts were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the service and the amazing food and beverages. Breakfast each morning was better than the restaurants—fresh, flavorful, and made with love. This was more than just a place to stay—it was a full-on experience. I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one truly raised the bar. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We will absolutely be back!

We were glad to book this place with Fredy and Suany. Got there at 4 pm, the place was ready on time. Very private, clean, spacious place with breathtaking views of mountains and ocean. The lockboxes are mounted on the parking lot concrete blocks!! There are 2 parking spots for this apartment-and they are not close by!! There is a private beach for the complex that is quiet. Please read the beach conditions for Puerto Rico. Stores close by, also large supermarkets in 7 miles. Don’t forget to get a Pizza takeout from D&D pizza nearby-thin crust (fine crust) with Pepperoni, pineapple and jalapeño :). Check out local bakeries (La Familia) for breakfast fun! Close to both San Juan or tropical forest hiking!!

Our family of seven, including three children and two grandparents had a great weeklong stay here. The first floor location, right next to the pool and playground were perfect for our group. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and had everything needed for a beach vacation - beach chairs, bag chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, etc. We enjoyed the beach at the end of the complex and a couple of nearby beaches with calm water for the kids and older adults. The market right outside the condo at the main road had many of the essentials we needed and we were able to pick up everything else at the walmart about 20 minutes away. The location is perfect for those wanting to spend time at the rainforest, beach and old san juan. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! This was actually our second stay here in just four weeks, and it was just as perfect as the first time. exactly what you need whether you’re here to relax or explore. The host is awesome. Always quick to respond and makes the whole process smooth from start to finish. Location is spot on too — close to great restaurants, beaches, and everything else you might need, but still nice and quiet when you want to unwind. Definitely our favorite spot in Rio Grande. We’ll 100% be back again!

Loved our stay here. Better than the photos! Lots of space. The best part was the location, 360 degree, gorgeous view. Cute pool. Just note, it’s quite a steep hill to get up.

the house was just as described and Felipe was amazing to deal with. he was very attentive and responded right away. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and peaceful but close enough to beaches and activities this is the place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again!!

location was great for us we wanted to drive up the pork highway and then the next day go to the rainforest. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. very nicely decorated, comfy bed, good shower with great hot water.

We had an incredible time! At first, I wasn't entirely sure about the location, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was perfect. The food from the restaurants down the street was amazing—some of the best we had in Puerto Rico. We were close to the beach, the rainforest, shops, and the airport. This was by far our favorite vacation, and we can't wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Puerto Rico! We were two families traveling together, and the space was perfect—plenty of room for everyone, and it never felt crowded. The house is in a private, peaceful location, yet just a short drive to the beaches, the city, and the rainforest. It was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including everything for outdoor grilling and cooking, which we used often. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool and enjoying the outdoor games. One of the highlights of our stay was the host’s outstanding communication—he was always available and incredibly helpful, especially during a wide power outage. He made sure we were comfortable and informed throughout. This home was ideal for a group or family trip, and we’d definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Un lugar muy espectacular para quedarse, muy limpio, organizado y acogedor. Sin mencionar que el personal encargado es muy atento. En mi caso Maryoris fue el personal encargado de mi hospedaje, estuvo muy atenta, muy amable y asegurándose que todo estuviera perfecto para así mismo pasar la estadía. Me explicó todo al detalle y a la perfección. De verdad que con el trato de ella y el lugar pasarán su mejor estadía.

Loved our time here everything was great. The room and amenities was as listed in photos. Everything was very clean and pristine. Lucy was so sweet and attentive. Restaurants and activities were very close by beautiful beaches, El Yunque, Culebra Island ferry just minutes away. Our stay was pleasant and everything we expected and more. When we get ready to return to this side of the island we would definitely love to stay here again.
