For what you’re getting with this spot, as well as the location, it’s a steal. Not only was the host super friendly and responsive, but the security guards were also amicable and willing to help you out if need be. Additionally, the stay is at a central location and not too far from the beach at all - just a 15 minute walk (or less if you have long legs like me). All in all, I recommend this place.

Hiccups! What hiccups?! was their response . meaning how quick they would respond to any of my unforseen encounters. I would recommend this rental to anyone. I stayed here for a month. The only time I started to get sad was when I only had 3 days left. The property was clean(unit and grounds) The dwelling was perfect. You will need nothing. Just come and enjoy yourselves . I wanna once again thank all the participants who was apart of making this month of my life filled with good memories.

My family of 5, including three young kids, stayed here for 8 days, and it really was wonderful. We loved having so much space, a pool, and easy beach access. The house was exactly as pictured and in great condition. While they had recently purchased a new washing machine, it had not yet been installed, but they made up for this by having Wendy, the lovely woman who cleaned daily, take our clothing to be washed. I asked a ton of questions about the area and very much appreciated all of their recommendations - specifically would recommend the cenote listed in their guestbook. Meaghan also helped connect us with Anna, a woman who cooked a few dinners for us at a very reasonable price. We went to the water park one day and bought guest passes to the Iberostar next door two other days. It ended up being a perfect combination of resort time and more relaxed days, and my kids have asked to go back every single day since we came home.

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

Era mi primera vez en Mexico, fue una experiencia increible ,la casa es acogedora, espaciosa, apenas para una familia, Alejandro siempre esta al tanto de lo que se requiera, por mensaje o llamada ,es amistoso, amable, te orienta si quieres ir a conocer algun lugar, me parecio un lugar seguro, sin duda volveria a rentar su casa 😃

Nos fue excelente, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente de nosotros, contestaba rápido. La casa muy cómoda y sobretodo muy limpia, en orden las cosas. En una privada muy segura, guardias amables en todo momento. La recomiendo al 100%. Nos recibieron con el clima de la sala encendido para una bienvenida confortable, tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar un largo tiempo en Playa del Carmen. Tiendas de conveniencia a dos cuadras, cuenta con piscina compartida. En general excelente, por eso las 5/5.

Excelente lugar para pasar las vacaciones familiares, nuestra anfitriona estuvo pendiente antes de nuestra llegada, en nuestra estancia y en nuestra partida. La casa se entrega tal cual se presenta en las fotos, realmente es muy cómoda y acogedora, se siente como estar en tu propia casa. La ubicación del fraccionamiento es muy seguro además de encontrarse en un punto intermedio entre Cancún y Playa del Carmen....punto aparte es Puerto Morelos que es simplemente espectacular. Sin dudarlo volvería a reservarla.

Had awesome experience! Everything was clean and up to date! Sergio was awesome responsive when we needed something to get checked out! Loved the cleaning by him! Left early in the morning and came back to fresh cleaned Airbnb which is the best thing! Place was perfect walking distance to beach which house has cooler and chairs! Walked to dinner every day no need for taxis! Thank you so much would definitely go back and recommend to others!

I loved my stay! Jessica is a delight. Even before I met her, she made me feel like more than just a guest. She gave me instructions on how to get tocher and how to catch a taxi. She checked on me to make sure I was safe and could find her. As soon as i arrived, she greeted me at the door and welcomed me with open arms. We sat outside and talked for awhile and I got to know her. She has a great personality and is very friendly. The Casita was amazing. Very clean and just like it was described. It has everything you need and Jessica checked on me. I felt very comfortable and safe. It's very close to the beach, grocery store, pharmacy, and atms. I extended my stay because I liked it so much. I highly recommend staying here. You won't regret it.

Excelente casa con espacios amplios para una estancia en familia. Se ubica en una calle cerrada muy tranquila y a 10 minutos caminando de la playa

We spent 10 days with family and friends in Christmas time. The apartment was perfect for us, and Karina was always ready to help us with every kind of request. We spent the Christmas day at the pool and it was fun, the kids loved the playground area. We liked to be close to the pueblo, the food was amazing and cheap. The beach is around 10 minutes drive. I recommend to have a car.

Tout était parfait, la toilette à l'étage avait des problèmes, mais si elle est changée tout est PARFAIT!!!

The house was perfect, clean and all the appliances including the washer and dryer worked beautifully, could not have asked for more. The bed and couches (indoor and outdoor) were very comfortable. Mercedes and her team were quick to respond to our questions and needs. A special shout out to Patricia who found a courier to bring to us, at the airport, a bag we had left behind at the house. All of this on the Saturday afternoon before Christmas! Very professional management team, 5 stars all the way.

Ohne Übertreibung das beste Airbnb, das ich jemals gemietet habe. Ein wunderschönes Haus, in das ich ehrlich gesagt ohne zu zögern, sofort komplett einziehen würde. Einfach alles ist perfekt. Ich war traurig, es verlassen zu müssen.
