Great place with a great host. Little overpriced but a great location.

El apartamento es muy privado, nos permitió estar con tranquilidad y seguridad, todo fue tal cual lo publicado y ofrecido por la anfitriona, es un apartamento muy completo. La terraza era divina y con una vista preciosa al atardecer. Mi única observación sería que la limpieza la realizaron con demasiado vinagre y pasaron como 2 días y la casa seguía con el olor muy pesado, pero se entiende que es por temas de aseo 🙂

We were pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with our stay. The location is spectacular—exactly as shown in the pictures. It’s in a safe area, just a short walk to some of the most beautiful beaches and close to the restaurants on 38th Street. The apartment is very comfortable and perfect for a family of four (in our case, with kids aged 9 and 12). The location is super convenient, and the hosts were kind and attentive. It’s also very safe at night and there was always easy parking available. Recommend! … we hope to come back soon!

simplemente sin palabras, el lugar tiene todo lo que necesitaba para pasar unos días increíbles con mi familia, Rodrigo, cheer y Renzo siempre atentos a mis preguntas , volvería mil veces , es más no queria ni irme , todo está centrico , no necesitas carro en lo absoluto, la playa hermosa , las instalaciones de lujo , estoy enamorada en general de playa del Carmen , la atención, y el departamento... mil gracias por todo

I had a great stay, I travelled alone and was there for 6 days. The place is a bit of a walk to the beach and restaurants, so just make sure you’re up for that. The space itself was really clean & looked like the pictures. My only issue was that the shower had a really awkward placement next to the toilet, but that’s really my only complaint.

Betty nous a accueilli de façon admirable. Nos hôtes étaient a l'écoute de nos besoins et questionnement et répondaient rapidement à nos appels. Le condo est facile d'entretien, complet et quand même assez bien équipé. Les lits sont fermes, et propres. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Sécuritaire et tranquille à deux pas de la piscine et des jeux pour enfant, le condo est vraiment près de resto, des épiceries et de plusieurs autres services. Tout était parfait. Le seul petit point négatif que nous soulignons est l'absence du BBQ qui dans la description est inclus. En faite, il est disponible sur demande avec une caution... et nous devons le remettre propre. Sinon des frais de 250 pesos sont demandés pour le nettoyage. Pour conclure sur une note positive parce que ce site le mérite amplement; nous gardons l'adresse en note pour nos prochaines vacances dans ce secteur et le recommandons fortement à d'autres vacanciers.

Place was very noisy from chairs being moved across the floors above our condo as they were being dragged on concrete floors. They need to put felt pads on the feet of all the chairs! Also the noise from the gym when people dropped the weights on the floor. The sound would resonate through the whole building.

El alojamiento está bien ubicado, hay un supermercado cerca y está cerca del centro de Playa y de la carretera federal que conecta a todo el estado. Ideal si van en auto. El fraccionamiento es muy familiar y tranquilo, las personas de seguridad fueron muy amables. La casa está muy bien equipada para hacer la estancia cómoda. La comunicación siempre fue puntual y muy clara. Volveríamos a alojarnos aquí sin duda alguna.

El departamento es muy amplió, las fotos no describen bien las proporciones ya que es más grande de lo que se aprecia, las camas son matrimoniales y muy cómodos los colchones. Hay un axxo muy cerca y la principal está a un par de calles, pasan constantemente taxis. Esta a unos 10 minutos de playa del Carmen centro (Chedraui). hay playas muy bonitas cerca, recomiendo la playa 88. En gral todo bien, tanto Cristián como la. señora Lulu estuvieron al pendiente y fueron amables con algunas dudas que tuve. Recomiendo mucho su estancia. Gracias.

La casa es muy grande y cómoda. De tres pisos, 2 recámaras en el segundo nivel y una más en el tercero, cada una con baño propio. Comedor amplio, cocina, sala de estar. Con utensilios de cocina para preparar alimentos. Para una familia grande es muy recomendable. A la vuelta de la calle hay una tiendita y a unos minutos está Soriana. A 10-15 de la 5ta avenida.

100% recomendable, la casa es muy amplia, te sientes muy agusto , tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable , la alberca es grande y tiene chapoteadero para los más pequeños , está dentro de un fraccionamiento con vigilancia y se ubica justo al lado de un Walmart para hacer compras , sin duda regresaría. La comunicación con el anfitrion siempre fue rápida y muy atentos.

This Airbnb was very close to Crocucun as well as the riviera maya resorts. We were also able to walk about ten minutes to a lovely Chinese restaurant (Wokfast). Communication was prompt and clear, the location is gated and so sometimes you need to let the front security know if you are being picked up in an Uber. I really loved how free of clutter this Airbnb is. We also went to the pool a couple of times during our stay, there is a deeper side and a more shallow side - we enjoyed both! We also asked for, and we were able to leave our bags there for a couple of hours after checkout, we really appreciated this to bridge the time between checking into our next location. Thank you!

Très belle maison sur 2 étages avec 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain et un grand salon/cuisine au rez-de chaussé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour pour notre groupe de 6 personnes. La maison est dans un complexe résidentiel privé et gardé, c'est rassurant, mais il faut noter que rien n'est accessible à pied et il préférable d'avoir un véhicule pour accéder aux commerces et à la plage. Le complexe dispose d'une piscine ce qui est appréciable. Les points à corriger pour rendre l'expérience parfaite : on entend le bruit de la route à proximité, la cuisine manquait d'équipement, et le débit des douches était trop faible.

This home is very well equipped to accommodate 4 couples comfortably. The home was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. We have made some great memories just being together in one home away from our separate lives, and we look forward to booking again in the future. The front booth security was so friendly, kind, and helpful., and made us feel welcome. They will be missed. The shared community pool was a huge bonus, because it was not used by others while we were there and it was a beautiful place to swim. The management team for this property was very helpful with recommendations for tours and taxis which was a huge help. It was easy to taxi into Puerto Morelos and then catch the Playa Express to Playa Del Carmen, and Cancun, which were jumping off places for other tours. One tour company picked us up right at the highway which was walking distance from the home. A huge thank you all the team for making this a wonderful family vacation.

Les hôtes sont très pro-actifs. Ils répondent très rapidement. La maison est vraiment belle, confortable et bien décorée. Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un magnifique séjour. Il y aussi tout le nécessaire pour les enfants. Le quartier est calme et sécurisé. Les restaurants, épiceries et commerces locaux sont à proximité. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.

Excelente departamento todo impecable, tiene poco que se construyó, cuidaron cada detalle para tener una excelente estadía con cosas de calidad, sabanas, almohadas, colchón muy cómodas para tener un buen descanso. En el baño todo de muy buena calidad toallas nuevas, secadora de cabello, buena regadera, buen lavabo con todo lo necesario para estar muy cómodo. La cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios para preparar comida, él refrigerador de buen tamaño, microondas, cafetera, licuadora, estufa todo esto de muy buena marca y calidad. En cuanto al edificio es muy bonito por ser nuevo, cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas, un pequeño gimnasio y en el rooftop una alberca muy limpia así como una terraza con asador y sillones. La ubicación es muy buena estás a unos pasos de la quinta avenida y la zona es muy tranquila no hay música alta, la playa queda a pocas cuadras, así mismo cercana a varios restaurantes y super, excelente el trato de eva, recomendado al 100%, para que disfrutes.

This was a very nice apartment and complex. The design of both was great. Our toddler aged daughter loved the pool and playground. There are friendly families in the complex who are full time residents, which was great. The apartment had everything that we needed. We had a couple of hiccups with entering the neighborhood. Some security guards would insist that everyone in the car wear their bracelets as well as show the QR codes that Olivia provides. This was frustrating but Olivia did everything she could to address it. After the first incident, we fastened the bracelets loosely and slipped them on just before approaching the gate. he neighborhood and condo have their own rules that must be followed. Some of the pool furniture could use a refresh. Otherwise, everything was perfect. The neighborhood was nice. You can walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. Overall, Olivia was a great host and we recommend this home.

We had a great stay here with our family. The apartment was in great condition. Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, gallon drinking water was provided which was so nice. Very comfortable beds, extra linens, pillows and towels. Blackout curtains. Great location, easy access, safe. Pool was great for relaxing. Easy instructions and recommendations. The location is walkable to beach and 5ta avenida with lots of shopping, a lot of restaurants around at walking distance. Restaurant right in front of apartments with delicious food. Sandra was great, communicated well and flexible and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay would definitely book again.

You can’t beat the location of this property. One block off 5th Ave and a taxi stand on the corner.

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at Cathy’s place in Puerto Morelos for two adult couples and a 2 year old. The place is quiet, private, and safe, but still close to all you want to be near in PM. It has everything you need and Cathy is an INCREDIBLE host (very responsive, quick to problem solve, and eager to please). You will have NO regrets about booking your stay here. Pool is clean and well maintained, beach is GORGEOUS, complex is quiet but very friendly, AC units inside work great, potable water is provided in the unit. Of note, as is common in the region, toilet paper cannot be flushed and must be disposed of in the trash (again, very typical for this area). We will definitely consider coming back on our next trip to PM!

This was the best place I have ever stayed. Everything was nearby, so even though it rained heavily, I could access everything on foot. The interior space was exactly as shown in the photos, and it was very clean. I was very satisfied with the value for the price.

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.
