Ich war jetzt zum zweiten mal zu Gast bei Annie…bei jeglichen Fragen hat sie sich sofort drum gekümmert und hat sich meistens innerhalb von 5 Minuten gemeldet! 😃 sehr zuvorkommend und sie achtet sehr auf die Privatsphäre der Gäste 😊 Ich liebe das Haus von ihr einfach, ich war dieses Mal 5 Wochen hier und fühle mich einfach wie zuhause! Annie ist so wie man sich den perfekten Gastgeber vorstellt! Wirklich sehr empfehlenswert und ich komme gerne wieder 😃

Muy bonita casa, cómoda, me agradó mucho y la zona está bien y muy bien vigilada. Y me encantó que todo el tiempo pendiente de uno gracias, hacen sentir como en casa.

We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Excelente lugar para pasar las vacaciones familiares, nuestra anfitriona estuvo pendiente antes de nuestra llegada, en nuestra estancia y en nuestra partida. La casa se entrega tal cual se presenta en las fotos, realmente es muy cómoda y acogedora, se siente como estar en tu propia casa. La ubicación del fraccionamiento es muy seguro además de encontrarse en un punto intermedio entre Cancún y Playa del Carmen....punto aparte es Puerto Morelos que es simplemente espectacular. Sin dudarlo volvería a reservarla.

La casa está muy bien equipada y cómoda, Bely nuestra anfitriona súper amable y atenta en todo momento 😊 la pasamos genial gracias!!

Todo muy bien y muy bonito, era tal cual en las fotos, solo un detalle con la limpieza de la piscina, pero de ahí en fuera muy limpio todo. Liliana fue amable y respondía a mis dudas.

Thank you. We all had a good time. It was a little tough to find the place but once we did we had a great time and it was a great place. We would recommend it and use your place again.

Beau condo avec tout ce que vous avez de besoin à proximité de la cinquième avenue et la plage. L' hôte communique rapidement et est prêt à vous aider. Le condo est au rez de chaussé donc peut être parfois dérangeant le soir/nuit avec les gens qui rentrent tard le soir mais mise à part cela, tout est parfait.

Hermoso departamento y muy limpio, con aire acondicionado. Me volvería a quedar, el único pero es que queda un poco lejos pero nada terrible, que se compensa con lo lindo y cómodo del departamento, además de estar en un lugar tranquilo. Las camas super cómodas también.

Ryan was incredible to deal with. If possible I’d give bonus stars for how easy it was and the attention paid to details. I would not hesitate in booking with him again!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Casa muy completa y muy segura. Todo muy cómodo y a gusto, y a menos de 15 minutos del centro de Playa del Carmen

The place is really comfortable and safe, the premises are great: pool, padel, running, etc. The apartment is new, with all the furnitures necessary to feel at home. Carlos was very kind, good communications and he gave us good restaurants recomendatios. I highly recommend it, I will be back soon!!

We had a wonderful time at Jamie’s place, balcony was great, we ate a few meals outside, which was nice. The complex amenities were great, they have a spa, onsite yoga, tennis courts and an enormous pool. We traveled with our 2 college kids and had plenty of space. The kitchen was well appointed and I had no problems cooking breakfast each day. We also felt very secure, as we passed through 2 security gates to enter the property. There was also onsite security. We pre-ordered groceries but were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to a stocked welcome basket and a water dispenser. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the condo and is gorgeous! Julia, Jamie’s partner was a wonderful host! She was so helpful before and during our trip, it was great to have her so close. She met us at the condo and showed us around and was always available for questions. We let her know that the dishwasher handle was loose and it was repaired the same day. We would definitely rent an again from Jamie

Malonie's place is clean and spacious. Very peaceful surroundings. Also great housemade food! Highly recommend!

Ana was wonderful from start to finish. She worked with us for both check in and check out times to work with our schedule. She was always quick to respond before and during our trip. The apartment is great and the balcony overlooking La Quinta was fabulous to sit on day and night, we loved being able to hear sound of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, and we stayed for a month so that was really important. The stove worked, the hot water in the shower was great and the neighborhood was lovely. There are some long term renters in the neighborhood and we met some great people. I would definitely stay at Ana's place again. We loved it.

Estuve solo dos noches, superó mis expectativas, excelente ubicación y precio, está muy cerca del centro y 5ta avenida (menos de 10 minutos caminando). El anfitrión muy atento e indicaciones precisas para llegar al lugar. Lo único negativo del lugar es la piscina, luce abandonada, (le falta mucho mantenimiento) agua se ve turbia.

Kelley’s place was ideal for our stay. It is well-stocked and walking distance to several stores and restaurants. She was very responsive to our questions and provided helpful advice.

My family of 5, including three young kids, stayed here for 8 days, and it really was wonderful. We loved having so much space, a pool, and easy beach access. The house was exactly as pictured and in great condition. While they had recently purchased a new washing machine, it had not yet been installed, but they made up for this by having Wendy, the lovely woman who cleaned daily, take our clothing to be washed. I asked a ton of questions about the area and very much appreciated all of their recommendations - specifically would recommend the cenote listed in their guestbook. Meaghan also helped connect us with Anna, a woman who cooked a few dinners for us at a very reasonable price. We went to the water park one day and bought guest passes to the Iberostar next door two other days. It ended up being a perfect combination of resort time and more relaxed days, and my kids have asked to go back every single day since we came home.

Extremely beautiful location, cenote and surrounding jungle. We saw lots of birds, bats, and an agouti! There is a full kitchen not really pictured as well! We brought groceries and cooked. It has always been a dream of mine to stay in a treehouse and it was so cool and lived up to expectations. Treehouse door doesn't shut properly but we just put something in front of it. Quite difficult to find but we came at night, would recommend going during the day and clarifying the directions with the host before you get on the jungle road where there is no service.

My fiancé and I decided to get an airbnb by cancun because we were visiting for a wedding and wanted a different experience than staying at an overly expensive resort. I thought this place looked really cozy in the photos, but didn't have any expectations . needless to say, this was my favorite airbnb experience my fiance and I have ever had and the photos do it absolutely no justice...it's a dream. Sebastian and his family created a space that is truly a little slice of heaven. Their level of hospitality is unmatched in my opinion. We thought we'd eat out a lot, but once we ate the food they prepared and cooked all we wanted to do was eat there. I feel incredibly grounded and inspired leaving this place and cannot wait to come again, and fill out belly's and hearts with traditional Mexican and mayan food/culture. p.s we fed monkeys bananas here and one was a tiny little baby monkey.
