El apartamento es muy privado, nos permitió estar con tranquilidad y seguridad, todo fue tal cual lo publicado y ofrecido por la anfitriona, es un apartamento muy completo. La terraza era divina y con una vista preciosa al atardecer. Mi única observación sería que la limpieza la realizaron con demasiado vinagre y pasaron como 2 días y la casa seguía con el olor muy pesado, pero se entiende que es por temas de aseo 🙂

I really enjoyed my stay here. Douglas, Krystal and their team were always responsive and helpful. Sergio, the onsite manager, was especially helpful and when a couple small things needed maintenance, got them fixed very quickly. He also helped me when we needed to prepare for the Hurricane that came through Playa. (The building is made very sturdy, so nothing broke). It's very close to 5th avenue, beaches, grocery, everything you need. Also very convenient is the washing machine/dryer just outside the apartment! I would stay again. We stayed two weeks with our 1 year old. The place was perfect for our stay. Great location, walking distance to the beach, 5th St. and numerous restaurants. The place is a lot bigger than the pictures suggest. The internet was fast and never went down. The hosts were great and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Muy cómodo alojamiento, a dos cuadras de la quinta avenida y supermercados. Claudio muy atento a todas las necesidades. El entorno muy tranquilo, buena piscina. Muy recomendable para viajes en pareja o con niños.

This was our second stay at Kennys, this time upstairs which we liked much better because there was a small balcony to sit outside. We love the short walk to the beach and the use of the bikes to go downtown and for groceries. Kenny is very responsive and professional. The hot water and water pressure was inconsistent but when I brought it to her attention, she improved the situation immediately. We found that the sitting arrangements quite challenging. The living room chairs are not comfortable and the stools for sitting at the kitchen area are small and not very comfortable. Doable though. Nice to see workers attending to the property, painting and fixing things. I always felt immediate attention and responsiveness with Kenny and her staff.

Me encanto, el lugar tiene todo lo que se necesita para una placentera estadía. muy central para los lugares turísticos como Tulum y Xcaret. Martin es muy amable. volvería sin pensarlo

Debo decir que todo el servicio fue excelente. Desde la comunicación fluida con Irais, la amabilidad de cada una de las recepcionista hasta la limpieza.

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

Es un lugar muy agradable, seguro y silencioso para dormir, me sentí como en casa, tenía toallas, agua caliente, nos dieron información con la chapa de entrada, todo funcionaba correctamente.

Beautiful house! Very private with lots of interesting birds. We also saw monkeys! It is off the main highway and it’s hard to turn on towards the beach from the housing community, but it was worth it to have such a beautiful space.

Excelente propiedad para familia, no es tan accesible sin transporte privado. Adecuado para actividades cerca de la zona. La casa y el amueblado de primera, sugiero que se puede hacer más placentera la estancia si hay disponible detalles como café, té, aceite, avena, y sobre todo agua para que las personas huéspedes beban.

This airbnb has everything you need, great pool, rooms, a/c, very cute place. Would stay again

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. A 1 cuadra del mar te da la libertad de ir almorzar tranquilo y regresar nuevamente, siempre atentos en lo que necesitábamos. Recomendable!

It was our second time at Francisco’s house, and we will be back. We always enjoy staying there. People in the community are friendly and so are the staff. Great communication with Francisco & Teresa. Any issues are always taken care of immediately.

L’appartement est très bien situé. À distance de marche des plages et du centre ville. On était à seulement trois coins de rue de la 5eme avenue. L’appartement est très calme, la piscine très agréable et plusieurs restaurants à moins de 5 minutes de marche.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

I researched a lot before finally landing on this place. First things first the LOCATION is spot on if you are someone who is wanting to adventure out each day. 5 minute walk to 5th avenue (shopping street), 2 minute walk to a large grocery store (which surprisingly had the best ceviche we tried all trip) , 8 minute walk to the beach, seriously it was great! The place itself smelt like a newly built home (very clean), my partner and I discussed how it was perfect for us two but anymore than that would feel crowded, it was stocked with all the cooking utensils for cooking. After being out in the hot sun all day it was very nice to come home to a lovely shower and well working AC unit. The dimmable lights really set the mood and were a nice touch. The key setup for entry to building/room was very easy to use. We peaked at the roof top pools and man it’s more amazing than photos! We unfortunately opted to spend time at the beach but for any of you who enjoy pools you will be shocked!

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

À beautiful condo, felt like home. Had a hot water situation but it got fixed right away. Would love to stay here again, and will definitely recommend. Great location, beautiful place :) thanks again for everything

Excelente servicio, tuvimos un problema con la segunda chapa pero no hubo tema en repararla y de ahí todo bien, teníamos todo a la mano, la lavadora excelente que era un plus y el AC buenísimo, volvería aquí sin dudarlo

Manolo was a great host! We loved our stay at the condo which could not have been closer to the beach. We had an amazing view of the water from our balcony, easy access to the beautiful resort pool, and great amenities. I would for sure stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family. My only feedback is that our keycards were temperamental, and would not work within the first swipe. It was such a great experience though and hope to go back.

Inmejorable, el lugar perfecto, tranquilo, seguro, el departamento precioso, con todas las comodidades, el estacionamiento excelente, el anfitrión siempre preocupado por nosotros, a nuestra llegada nos encontramos con una tarjeta de bienvenida, chocolates y una botella de vino de cortesía.
