The Rental was just as they described very clean and organized no clutter. the instructions were easy to understand. There was a person stationed at the entrance at all times and I felt safe. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and look forward to booking our vacation for next year. This is our 2nd year staying at this complex. The air-conditioning was great after walking around all day. It was nice to come back to a cool room were we decided what the temperature would be. Our stay was wondering.

Our stay at Irma and Danella’s Airbnb in Mexico was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel right at home. They were incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a seamless and enjoyable experience . The property itself was absolutely immaculate — beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and filled with thoughtful touches that elevated our stay. The serene and stylish decor provided the perfect retreat after days spent exploring. The location was fantastic, offering convenient access to all the attractions we wanted to visit, while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment to unwind. Staying at Irma and Danella’s place truly enhanced our time in Mexico, making an already great trip even better. We couldn’t have asked for more gracious hosts or a more wonderful place to stay. So wünscht man sich ein Ferienhaus: Gleich beim Eintreten fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Alles ist blitzsauber - Haus und Pool. Die Küche ist sensationell ausgestattet und alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Management des Ferienhauses ist praktischerweise gleich gegenüber- stets ansprechbereit, hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Mit den bereitgestellten Rädern kommt man schnell ins Stadtzentrum, wo man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet. Für einen ruhigen und familiären Aufenthalt mehr als empfehlenswert und deshalb in allen Bereichen volle Punktzahl. 👍👍👍

Had the best stay in my Mexico travel history. Have to go through 2 seperate secure checkpoints to get access to this neighborhood inside the neighborhood. All the homes are brand new. Positives: safe, had 2 small minor issues that were immediately fixed- they weren’t the owners fault just a drain was clogged and immediately fixed and then new toilet needed a fix and was done with ease. Cons: was so new that it’s difficult to find without coordinates but it’s far worth it. I don’t think there were any cons honestly. They don’t let randoms and strangers in unless you set up and approve it. It’s extremely safe and far better than resorts and hotels overall: Will probably do annual trips and group vacations here from now on. Thank you to the host for helping me experience an amazing bachelor party with my friends

Our family of six - including a 5, 12, and 15 year old - had a wonderful time here. There was plenty of space for all of us and accommodations were clean and comfortable. We loved having a wading pool outside our patio for our little one to play in. The pool area in the courtyard was huge and was never crowded. Plenty of umbrellas and lounge chairs available. The two restaurants on site were convenient and great tasting entrees for adults and kids. This place is a bit removed from downtown. It cost $600 pesos for a taxi to seat six people - make sure to bring pesos. If you pay with USD - price was $42 (even though exchange rate is $30). The resort is quiet and we felt very safe within it. We would absolutely stay here again. The hosts were super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We highly recommend!!

Villa conforme aux photos. Logement bien équipé, ménage 3 fois par semaine. Très belle piscine, le luxe d'avoir une plage avec bain de soleil personnel et plage très peu fréquenté. Très bon accueil de Alberto et Damian. Succulent repas proposé par le chef Beto. Lieu calme, très bien situé pour visiter la Riviera Maya. En bref, un séjour de rêve. Merci pour tout, nous sommes enchantés de nos vacances
