Excellent location for visiting SMU. It’s a rare gem where you can walk to destinations, but this place also has a parking spot which is especially needed for the neighborhood. The floor plan works great for those needing to work remotely. The kitchen had everything I needed and the beds were comfortable. The hosts are kind and super responsive. We will stay again!

Perfect place to stay if your planning to attend a event at ATT stadium or anything close by. Lots of space compared to a hotel. Very clean and comfortable place.

Questo tipo ti viaggio 3 bagni 3 camere separate/ Tutto come nelle foto Zona con ristoranti e bar raggiungibili a piedi. Sicuramente ci torneremmo. Host super attenta e veloce nel rispondere alle domande

Couldn't ask for a better host than Quinn. Great location. Not counting traffic depending on the event, a 10 minute drive to AT&T Stadium. Place was clean and had tons of amenities which we did not necessarily need, but was a nice surprise. Only down-side was that it was a third floor and my wife has mobility issues, but the unit was near the stairwell and close to parking. Also, Quinn was nice enough to help with a suitcase on check-in, was super responsive, and lots of other small gestures, so it was definitely still 5 Stars from us and we are Superhosts ourselves.

Super close to the airport, very nice little condo! Perfect for my weekend stay visiting family.

I enjoy the accommodations but it would have been nice for us to cook a meal but no adequate cook wear or utensils.

Great convenient place to stay when visiting Dallas. The Traeger grill is great for cooking, there are patios on multiple levels to enjoy when the weather is nice outside.

Cota was an ideal host. She gave clear directions and responded to us right away via Airbnb and text. The place was very clean and nice inside. The only problem was that this is an apartment in an apartment complex, which we didn't understand from the description. However, for the price it was definitely reasonable and met our expectations.

Donna is an excellent host. I spent 5 weeks in Donna’s beautiful and peacefully decorated condo. She was always very responsive and accommodating. I brought by cat and needed to ship litter, food and a litter box and she brought it all in which was a huge time saver and relief not to have to go out after a long travel day. I would highly recommend both of Donna’s condos. I have no doubt I will be back before I move to Dallas.

Nick has been truly a super host . Right from day 1 he ensured I felt comfortable and he helped me get settled in. This place is strategically located with Downtown 10 mins away and it is located with majority of amenities close by (Kroger / DART bus Stop etc. walking distance). The house is exactly what is represented in the photographs. Once again Thank you Nick for hosting me :)

I stayed at Nick's place for 2ish months. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend to anyone, especially if someone has a pup as there is an enclosed small yard. Nick was great at communication and check-in was very easy. There is a parking spot right by the private entrance, which is very convenient. Nicely decorated and in a fantastic location. Some minor complaints for those that may be sensitive - the mattress is thin and not very good. I added a pillowtopper, which marginally helped so would recommend guests bring some sort of a topper if staying on a longer trip. Also, the walls/ceiling is very thin and the upstairs neighbor is very active, especially early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper, would recommend a white noise machine or similar. Finally, the workspace is a small counter in the hallway with a sort of stool as a chair. Fine for light work/checking emails, but if you need more, this may not be the place.

The place was great! Had everything that we were looking forward to right nearby! Looked exactly like the pictures and would definitely go again!

Ce logement est fantastique, l’emplacement et la quiétude sont un plus, je me suis sentie en sécurité et très confortablement installée. Cécilia était très réactive, toujours prête à aider et j’ai eu un petit soucis de clé, entièrement de ma faute, et Cécilia m’as appelé et elle a réglé la situation en un clin d’œil. Je n’aurais pu trouver meilleur hôtes et meilleur logement. Merci Cécilia d’avoir été un hôte présent et aidant. Je vous souhaite bonne continuation. Je reviendrai certainement à Irving/Texas.

Based on my Airbnb experiences, Tinker was one of the best hosts that I have had so far. Her place was exactly as described in the pictures and it was also aesthetic, spacious and spotless. Tinker was very responsive and accommodative as a host and went out of her way to see to it that I had a good stay. Her place was also well stocked up with all essentials. Would definitely like to return again in the future ! Thank you for a wonderful stay Tinker :)

Amazing stay. So clean, so cozy, we absolutely loved it!!

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

We spent 8 nights at Andre's place. It is one unit within a large condominium complex. The surrounding was quiet. We had a great stay. The home is well decorated to make it feel like someone is living there. We most appreciate the kitchen with utensils and kitchenware of all varieties. The dinner table is big and the computer table is big, too. The sofa bed is a little thin on back support so we ended up just sleeping on the sofa. In terms of locations, we found restaurants and supermarkets and department stores within 5 miles distance by car. So pretty convenient over all. Andre is very responsive to our questions and he brought us additional comforters when we requested them on the same day. Much appreciated!

Excellent location! Julian is a great host and was extremely helpful with my questions! Appreciate him going above and beyond with my situation on timing. I definitely recommend staying here for any activities downtown! The free parking is a plus!!

Great place to stay. Nice restaurants around. Only thing is my husband and I had to shower with Luke warm water the first couple nights because the shower handle was a little weird, but Ken helped us out.
