This is the perfect spot of you want to be near Deep Ellum and downtown! The house is tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood and is great for families or groups. Everything was clean and in working order. The host is responsive and friendly. We were within minutes of shops, galleries, restruants and nightlife. Loved it!

The house was great! Had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved using the hot tube every night to relax after work. Definitely would stay again!

This is definitely the best stay we have ever had in Dallas. The host is incredibly conscientious and anytime there was an issue. He was quick to address it. The backyard is a wonderful private oasis. The pool was warm and the beds were comfortable. There’s also a generous size TV in the living room. Overall, we will stay here absolutely every time we have the opportunity.

This was the best air bnb I have stayed at thus far ! Perfect location - beautiful home! The hot tub , pool, and pool table were awesome to have ! Was very spacious and had all essentials that were needed !!!!!! Easy check out instructions as well! Highly recommend and will definitely be our go to when we are in the ft worth area !

From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and provided clear instructions, making check-in seamless. The kitchen was well equipped, and the little thoughtful touches like fresh coffee and local recommendations was warming. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, and shops. The house was great! Super clean and has everything you need. It is in a great location and super close to AT&T Stadium. There are lots of eateries in the area and the neighborhood was safe. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

My family enjoyed our stay here. It was comfy and centrally located in the DFW area. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking which we took advantage of. Clean quiet neighborhood with plenty of groceries, restaurants etc very nearby.

The stay was great. Tim called us hours before check in letting us know it was ready early. Location was with in 20 min of everything we wanted to do between Dallas, Fort Worth, and Grapevine.

Very comfortable for 7 people, clean, quiet,easy access to things like groceries, and all necessities, kitchen was well stocked with those things you needed for preparing meals, lots of cooking utensil, silverware and dishes.

Loved staying here. Perfect little bungalow for my business trip. Just off of Lovers Lane for quick access to where I needed to be. No issues with checkin or checkout. Clean as could be. Will stay here again! Highly recommend.

The location of this house is ideal for a visit to Ft Worth. It's near the highway so it's easy and quick to get around to any part of the city you want to visit. It's also very close to a lot of great restaurants, stores and shops. You have neighbors right next to you but I never heard a single sound from either side. The backyard is adorable with the putting green and it has a great porch for sitting out and reading a book or just relaxing. I had two of my dogs with me and really appreciated the small side space in the backyard with grass for them. The inside of the house was spacious and had everything needed for a short or longer stay. And the bed was incredibly comfortable! I'd definitely stay here again!!

It was a very nice home. Well put together fast Wi-Fi. Everything worked and the free washer and dryer was a plus.

Erin’s home provided just the right environment with plenty of seating (inside and outside), dining table, bathrooms, fully functional kitchen and laundry area. We gathered from different locations to hold our yearly board meeting for our non-profit. Everyone was able to sleep well in the crisp bedding and comfortable beds. The (mother-in-law suite) worked well as we used the king bed as two twins with the bathroom attached. The backyard is a really great space with seating and fun lights. The landscaping is refreshing to look at as well both in the front and back yards. It was especially nice to have a washer and dryer with detergent to use as well. Erin’s communication was helpful and timely. Our group would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

This is one of my fav air bnbs I have ever stayed in! It was so cozy and perfect if you need to visit friends in Richardson. I will say the dryer and freezer need to be serviced. The dryer turns off automatically every few minutes and the freezer door won't shut which means your food won't stay frozen. Pest control also needs to be called to the property because there were lots of little friends there. But if those services can be made I would recommend this place to anyone! We really enjoyed it.

This was great stay close to UTSW! Robert was pleasant and communicative. Parking space for your vehicle can be a little tight outside of the Airbnb in the alleyway (space for only 1 compact car), so just check with host before booking. Street parking is also available.

Christanne was an amazing host. Very responsive, great place, perfect for hosting our family soccer trip at the Dallas Cup!
