The house was very clean and worked well for our family - my husband and I, my daughter and her husband, and their two young children. I liked that we didn't have to share bathrooms. Shanah was very responsive to any question I had. The beds were comfortable. We were there in November so it was good to have a good heating system. There is no real yard, but we were mostly visiting local family. The neighborhood is a little odd, being in a mobile home park, but the house itself is good with attractive furnishings.

High Desert Retreat

The place is spacious and very clean, has a well-equipped kitchen and just a short walk to Albertson's for whatever is needed. The 4 of us had a great Presidents' day weekend in Ridgecrest there.

This place was great ! Exactly what we needed. Olivia the host was very accommodating. The home was quiet and everything went smooth from check in to check out. I will definitely be calling this place again when I am in Ridgecrest. You won’t be disappointed.

If you’re looking for a pristine little cabin in the middle of the desert, you’ve found a gem! The cabin is close enough to town that shopping and food was easy to find but far enough from the noise and lights to provide a quiet and dark nighttime experience. Star gazing in the back yard was amazing on moonless nights. Super clean! A+ Close to Trona Pinnacles and Death Valley.

Stay with the Horses!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed staying here on a long weekend trip to Death Valley! Its super spacious, checkin was easy, it had everything we needed. Heater worked well, was fun seeing the horse out front. It’s not the closest location you can stay while visiting Death Valley (it’s around 2 hours from the house to landmarks inside the park) but we wanted the comfort of an Airbnb after long days in the park. It felt very private and safe.

Another great worktrip stay at Rene’s! Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, morning chilly walks, cooking meals, and the short commute into Mojave for work. The new bed is a plus!

This place was the perfect location for friends and family to visit within walking distance. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect landing pad for being close to the people important in our lives. It was homey and comfortable making the stay like a second home away from home. I am saving this location for future visits due to it's perfect location and amazing hosts.
