My girlfriend and I loved our stay. I know our rabbits enjoyed the quiet area as well. Needed a place last minute and were able to check in only 30 min after booking. Fantastic host, would definitely want to stay again in the future if back in the area.

We rented the house for a funeral where we could all gather afterwards and be nearby family. It was the perfect place. We felt right at home and plenty of space to spread out but still all be together. We are already talking about going back this summer.

We were in Durham for a family gathering. Everyone who stayed at Brad's house were very pleased. The house is spacious, clean, neat and had everything we needed. Brad was helpful every step of the way...and we had lots of questions! We like to walk and the location is blocks from downtown...making for a pleasant walk. We highly recommend this house for your visit to Durham.

The house is wonderful. We felt very peaceful, and we really needed to be. The day we arrived was my brother's funeral, and as a family, we needed to get away somewhere, and the stay was perfect. Thank you so much for having everything we needed in the kitchen, as well as games and movies. We hope to return when the pool is open.

This house was the perfect setup for a multi-generational family vacation. Everyone had ample space to retreat to and the common areas were spacious enough to come together for meals and hanging out. The pool + lake view was AMAZING and is even more beautiful in person. The private pool and covered dock allowed us to make the most of a mostly rainy trip, taking advantage of every break in the rain that we could. We also highly recommend the pontoon rental - it was super easy and convenient and was the highlight of our one sunny day! Alex was great to communicate with and was very attentive & responsive to every question. We hope to return for future trips! Loved it!

My wife and I planned a weekend away with our children and parents. We got there and the pictures could not tell the story of how beautiful this house is and the lake. The view from the balcony will be a picture in our home. The kids had a great time bonding around the fire pit. And playing games. Because of my very busy schedule, it’s hard to get away and this is just what was needed. I would highly recommend this home, however, I don’t think that would be a surprise.

We use this for our pastors annual retreat and it provided plenty of room for them to gather and also spaces for them to find solitude when necessary and also provide a great community space outside which they really enjoyed

Beautiful and large home with generous space which ideal for families or a group. The neighborhood is quiet at night. It is probably walkable but we did not take advantage of that. Sam was helpful via messaging.

This area was really cute. The house was very well equipped, lots of additional items that made the stay pleasurable. The house and amenities appear fairly new and in great shape.

Overall a good stay! The neighborhood was quiet, clean and in a good location. Not far from downtown Durham which is nice. There was more than enough space and overall comfortable stay for a long term stay. Our dog loved playing in the front and back yard, getting to explore a little. We loved that there was a park across the street to go on walks and hang out. The only downsides was the driveway as it was a little hard to get the car back up if we didn’t have a good start since it’s gravel and due to it being wooded it’s buggy (not their fault, just bring some bug spray :) )

Beautiful spot on the lake. Gentle slope to the water. Deck got just enough sun, but not too much. The house is just as described and was fine for 3 couples. Two of the bathrooms have very small sinks, perhaps they should be called "sinkettes", but we were warned of this ahead and they show in the photos. Just an FYI.

My wife and I stayed here with our two American Akitas for my college reunion. It was exactly what we were hoping for: a very nice, clean, and updated home with a very large (bigger than expected from the photos) and completely fenced-in yard for our dogs. Our dogs seemed so comfortable and at home in this house, and we loved watching them enjoy the yard from the raised deck above. Check-in, check-out, and other communications all went smoothly!

This was a perfect place for an event at Gentry Farm. It was so close by and Kristen was a wonderful host. She is very responsive and accommodating. There was plenty of room and parking was plentiful. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place near Gentry Farm or VIR. The bedrooms were very nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Amazing big southern mansion and a very comfortable bed. Glad I spent the money. Hope to return with more friend and family. This house could absorb a lot of people and there are so many cool areas to hang inside and out.

We were there for two months while my husband had treatment at Duke. The place was very clean and as pictured. Our son came and stayed with us for the last three weeks. The house was a perfect size and layout for allowing my husband his own space when needed. It was an easy 10 minute drive to the Duke Medical complex. Communication with Nethania was outstanding. She was very responsive to our questions as we were getting settled in and to any other questions we had later. When my son wanted to grill, Brett assembled a grill for us to use on the back patio. The house was impressively stocked with all the little things you need when you stay multiple months. The neighborhood was very quiet and an easy drive to anywhere we needed to get to in Durham. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thanks Nethania!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very large with a huge kitchen and living room. Everything was clean. We were attending a function at VIR which was about 20 minutes away.

This was a great property that met all the expectations that were presented on line. The host was great with communication and very gracious and accommodating. The house was very clean and well-maintained in a nice private area. We enjoyed our stay greatly and would recommend this to anyone traveling to the Weldon area.

VERY clean and peaceful. I felt right at home. I can't say ONE negative thing our my experience it was ABSOLUTELY perfect 👌🏾 ❤️. No WIFI, but it forced us to sit up and talk all night. I traveled with my 3 friends for my 37th Bday and had a blast. 90s vs 2000s event at the winery 🍷

My family stayed at Maria’s place so we could be near relatives for Thanksgiving. Her house was as described and very homey. It was well-appointed with lots of kitchen amenities (the nicest fridge I’ve ever I’ve seen!). The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home. We were grateful to have a lovely place to stay while in the area. Definitely recommend!

Had a group stay while working at the casino. Very happy with the place. No issues. Had to extend the stay and was very responsive in communicating with the change.
