Beautiful home and property and the hosts were very quick to respond to request and very kind. My boys loved the playground area and the space to play. The seclusion, views and peacefulness of property were great as well.

A cozy spot in a very nice and quiet part of town, away from the city center but also steps away from actually great cafes and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Cathy's place. The location was great and really enjoyed exploring the area. The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs around. We appreciate the place being dog friendly. Thank you, Cathy! Also, enjoyed the outside fireplace. Would definitely stay again.

Second time here love Chris and this place. Chris is such a funny and sweet guy. Great dad jokes. Will stay here again his puppy is just so cute. And the place smelled amazing.

Sweet charming Beach House!! I watched every sunrise on the beach and from the porch and yard, every sunset on the marsh :)!! I love the surrounding nature, outdoor shower, peaceful yard and porch and such comfortable and thoughtful amenities inside! You’re perfectly close enough and far enough from downtown. Folly is such a friendly special place. Thank you, Hunter and Stratton!!!!

Perfect location for exploring all James Island, Charleston and Folly Beach has to offer. The bnb was very clean and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The hosts provided detailed instructions, the space was clean and well kept, and the large backyard was great for our dog. The WiFi connection was a little unpredictable, but otherwise our stay was easy and relaxing. We loved being so close to both downtown and Folly Beach - super convenient location.

Sarah was a great host! She was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. It was the perfect place for us to stay as we explored Charleston for the first time.

Darby was a fantastic host! Quick to respond and great communication from even prior to booking. The apartment is just enough space for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids. It's clean, very nicely decorated (coastal, light, and bright), and well appointed with a small kitchen. The location is pretty central to Summerville and Charleston. It was a perfect spot for my quick 2 night work trip. Thank you, Darby!

Had an absolutely awesome time there lots to do around the area. The room was very clean with a lot of amenities. Amber responded quickly and was helpful.

Lauren was very friendly and responded in a timely manner! She provided great local recommendations and her place was so cute/ so private! Exactly what we needed for a girls weekend.

This was perfect for two people. 30 minutes from downtown Charleston and 30 minutes from Folly beach. I loved this little studio and felt it was perfect for my Husband and I. 5/5 stars would 100% recommend to another couple wanting to visit Charleston! The communication between I and the host was also 5/5. She was always so responsive and extremely easy to get a hold of. The checking in and checking out process was ridiculously easy also. Overall a 5/5 experience, I have no complaints.

Margaret's waterfront villa was one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in! The location is lovely with views of egrets from the back patio. Margaret provided us with free passes to Seabrook Island so we could watch the sunset from Pelican Island. Charleston was only 45 minutes away. The historic Angel Oak Tree in nearby Johns Island was another nearby treat. The villa was extremely clean, comfortable and included thoughtful amenities (including coffee/tea, beach towels and chairs). The kitchen was well stocked so cooking meals was easy. Despite having neighbors next door and upstairs, the unit was extremely quiet. Margaret was a great host, very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Jennifer’s place on James Island was a perfect lil space for a 4 day trip to Charleston. Affordable for the area and accessible with a short drive to downtown Charleston or Folly Beach.

Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The location was great since we were going all around the Charleston area. The only negative thing was the shower. The claw foot tub is beautiful, but it is difficult to get in and out of since I am 5'2"! And the shower curtain would cling to the person showering even when we used the magnets properly to hold the curtain back. Everything else was wonderful!

Lauren’s place is comfortable, inviting , and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Her response time is always fast and she is proactive to provide additional outstanding service. A consistent 5 star location.

Sunny spot smashed my expectations to pieces! Clean as a whistle, and a convenient location for any and all exploration of the Charleston area. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, a fully equipped kitchen made preparing coffee and munching on tasty leftovers a breeze. Thoughtful amenities are scattered throughout, and we were made to feel right at home. My wife and I will be staying here for any and all future adventures to the area! Mary Beth is a wonderful host who provided all the information we’d need well in advance, as well as answering any and all questions I had (even during the stay) promptly.

This was our first time at Charleston and we enjoyed our stay at Tim's home. We were also surprised with some additional amenities that were unexpected. We loved the location and it was very easy to walk around the area to sightsee many things. We found some nice restaurants/deli's in walking distance. The private parking was secure and fit a crew cab pickup truck. We didn't experience any outside noise during our stay. We would certainly stay at Tim's home again if we were fortunate to come back to Charleston.

Spic and Span Spotless! Loved the open concept living, dining and kitchen area, the large screened TV, the Brita water filter in the fridge, the comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood, proximity to grocery stores and the beach. We enjoyed eating at California Tortilla, Old Dog Cafe, Kairos and Baguette Magic. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Beautiful, beautiful home and outdoor space- so peaceful and serene. I enjoyed the outdoors space immensely, from the private dock to the tree swing. The home is modern and spacious, and beautifully decorated. I will absolutely the back.

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and within walking distance to Shem Creek, which was a huge plus. The backyard and garden area are absolutely lovely—perfect for relaxing after a day out. The bedroom was surprisingly more spacious than it looked in the photos, which was a nice surprise! The bathroom and shower are on the smaller side, but totally manageable for a short stay. Would definitely recommend for a Charleston getaway! Soeren was a great host and his recommendations were great!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Jasmine House! The location in Park Circle was perfect—such a charming area with a great selection of restaurants and bars, plus easy access to downtown. We also loved that there were parks and walking trails literally steps away. The apartment itself was a dream—private, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. It had everything we could possibly need, from thoughtful amenities to a wonderfully stocked kitchen. The shower was another highlight—amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water, making for a truly relaxing experience. What really set this stay apart, though, was the hospitality of the hosts. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering fantastic recommendations on things to see and do in the area. Their warmth and attention to detail made our visit even more special.
