What an adorable beautiful condo! The interior was fun and eclectic, furnishings were tastefully arranged and comfy. Our kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for our weekend. The exterior community was beautiful with an amazing pool and clubhouse. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to all of our family and friends 😊

Absolutely loved this place. My wife and I spent a week here for our winter vacation. The space is as described - the pool is warm - the gym is pretty good - and Lavinia was very responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this location.

This is a beautiful spot on Treasure Island! The beach was clean and easy to access. You can see John’s Pass from the balcony. So many things supplied in the condo. The beach chairs and towels were perfect! No need to bring your own.

Aaron's place was lovely, not ostentatious, comfortable and with LARGE screen TV's! Loved the bracelets that afford us entry easily.

This place was truly amazing. The condo was organized, clean, and just as described in the listing. The washer and dryer were an added bonus with having a child with us. The beach chairs and umbrella were so convenient when going to visit the beach. Parking was easy as well. Diana was responsive when we asked questions. I would definitely recommend this place to enjoy Clearwater beach!

Very nice one bedroom condo for two people. The kitchen was furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed our week stay and would definitely go back.

Everything was as exactly stated! Immaculate and comfortable! Great location! Even had beach chairs, towels, sand toys and umbrellas! Well equipped kitchen for cooking! Most of all Marie-Claude was very prompt to answer messages!❤️ Our Chihuahua didn’t want to leave! We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks!

We have stayed at the oasis at Boca Ciega quite a few times. The condo is pleasant, with everything you need. If not, Russel is very responsive. There's a nice balcony and the view is spectacular. Pictures do not do it justice. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the other guests are friendly. All in all, it's a great environment to relax and enjoy the sun of Florida.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Loved our stay. Have stayed at the Yatch Club before, but loved the size of this home. The second bedroom has twin beds but also a roll away bed in the closet (even though we ended up not needing it). The rooms were very large! We had everything we needed for the beach available to us, but the beach cart does need an update (should be larger and needs replaced (if you are coming with a larger family than 2). Every other thing you could possibly use at the beach is there at your disposal. The swimming pool is directly beside the house, which was awesome! The beds were comfortable and it is quiet! Will return here! (We stayed here for 3 weeks)

It was a very nice place to stay, people were friendly, the pool was great! The layout of the condo was perfect and the place was clean! I definitely recommend this place to stay!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

we have stayed ar Sailport many times but this was the first time with Nikki. Her place was so attractive. The bathroom had so many amenities that we needed nothing ie, laundry soap, hair shampoo,plenty of towels and everything looked brand new. The kitchen had everything we needed for a great stay. One night we played yatzee with the games she had. The view over her balcony was awsome. Everytime i texted Nikki she always got back to me immediately. Thank you Nikki for making our vacation so special we look forward to staying with you again soon

Cody was an excellent host at our Airbnb in St. Pete Beach. Everything Cody described in the listing was spot on. Great view of the beach and the location is perfect. Didn’t get into a car for the whole week

The condo was excellent! Pet-friendly and we love the ground floor (no stairs to climb with the pup). Only small issue was the dishwasher didn’t work and although Lisa was very responsive and tried to have it rectified many times, we were without it for most of our stay. Not a big deal though as there was only two of us. We love the Avalon complex and this was our second stay here. First time staying at Lisa’s and it was a very comfortable and clean space! Kitchen was well equipped. Lisa keeps on top of maintenance and looks after the unit. She was always available whenever there was a question or concern. Thank you for hosting us. Hope to be back sometime.

Our stay couldn’t have been better, it honestly felt like we were visiting a family member’s home. Nothing overly fancy, but super cozy and welcoming! The beds and couch were really comfortable, and there was plenty of space for the four of us to relax without feeling crowded. The condo isn’t huge, but it’s laid out well, it felt spacious and gave us privacy with the bathroom in between the two sleeping areas. We couldn’t hear each other at all, which was great! We did hear a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbors, but that’s just part of staying in a condo and didn’t affect our experience. There was a box of sand toys that our husbands loved. Having both beach towels and regular towels provided was super convenient, too. We had such a great time and will definitely check availability here for our next trip! :)

We had a great time staying at Rnf's place. It was roomy, pretty and clean. We were close to the airport and downtown. We were also close to any store you wanted and close to many restaurants. I do think, however, it was a little far to the beach (40 minutes) but not too bad and we made a day of it. The beach had rental lounge chairs and umbrellas.

The best thing about this Airbnb experience compared to others are the additional amenities. Pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, toys, …. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and necessities. There was salt and pepper, spices, condiments, enough to start a good stay. It wasn’t necessary to go to the store and start from scratch. It’s a very nice home.

Kurt was easy to communicate with, provided lots of information. The golf cart was a fun addition, the mini pool was perfect for my kiddo, and proximity to the beach was fantastic. There were some great quick food options near by. Home felt clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved hanging out on the patios.

We decided to escape the cold and spend a month in Gulfport. This house met all of our needs. We used the bright dining room to do our work (and puzzles). We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the screened-in back porch, soaking up the sunshine and listening to the wind through the bamboo trees. The counter space was limited, but we didn't need anything bigger to make our meals. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the selection of pillows and the large closet. I had brought my throw blankets because I can't watch TV without one, only to find that this house had a nice selection of them already! The gym in the garage was a bonus, though we are YMCA members and there is a nice Y 10 minutes from the house with great classes. The location of the house is super. We joked that everything seemed to be a 10-12 minute drive from the house (and that includes the super long FL lights!) We loved hopping on our bikes and going to the park for pickleball or into town for entertainment. 5-stars!!!

This was the perfect stay for our vacation and trip to the Final 4 in Tampa. Pool was great and you’re 20 minutes from anything you’d like to do.

House is very spacious had everything we needed there was a kids park within walking distance and the beach was close as well
