Amazing weekend getaway . Perfect location next to the beach. Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The home was spotless and very cozy. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

The apartment is just as described in the listing: comfortable, pleasant, very well located and above all very clean. Upon arrival we found a welcome note accompanied by some sweets, which shows that NamPhong “Dawn” is truly a spectacular hostess, very kind and willing and who responds at all times to any concern. Both , she and Luis, her efficient handyman, were always attentive to any need that might arise. The property is really highly recommended, I cannot fail to mention its proximity to the beach and the beautiful view that can be seen from the family room, it has its own dock and you can see the boats sailing at all hours. You breathe peace and tranquility. I have no doubt that we will rent it again on our future vacations. Thank you Nam Phong “Dawn”!

Tom's 2BR Bayfront View and Beach at Riley's Retreat was simply outstanding. We enjoy the most that this location is close to both the beach on the Gulf as well as the Bay. The unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. The kitchen was updated and had all the things we needed to prepare our own meals. The living room was comfortable to enjoy an inside evening. The outside and back yard next to the bay was the best I've ever seen. There was plenty of places to sit. The dock had a wonderful place to sit to enjoy a drink, fish and watch for manatees and dolphins. The outdoor grill and bar was outstanding, a place to grill a great meal and watch TV. Tom is an outstanding host, who quickly replied to questions and helpful when answering questions. We can't wait to reserve our next vacation to Treasure Island!

This beautiful flat was the perfect little retreat during our Spring Training trip. Being right on the bay was just magical. We were frequently visited by pelicans and even saw dolphins by the dock at night, just a few feet from us! Although it was extremely walkable to many Clearwater shops and restaurants, it was so quiet and peaceful being tucked away on the bay. Some of the nearby places we enjoyed within blocks were Palm Pavilion for food and drinks, Caretta for fine dining, Soul Mediterranean, Bavaro’s for pizza, pasta, and wine, The Salty Crab, and several cute boutiques. Most importantly, the beach was a short, easy walk. The beach chairs and towels provided were so helpful. The condo itself looked brand new inside. Everything was extremely clean and pristine. The hosts quickly responded to every question we had. We’d definitely want to stay here again should we ever find ourselves back in Clearwater.

This home is very clean with comfortable beds on a quiet canal. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Carlos has supplied everything you need from a fully stocked kitchen to all forms of entertainment (games, puzzles, beach supplies, picklepall, corn hole, kayaks, and bicycles). Carlos is an exceptional host. During our stay, the washing machine went out. He responded quickly having one delivered as soon as he could and gave us a gift card for our inconvenience. We will definitely be back next year. If you are considering this home, do not hesitate to book!

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. Probably wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people, unless children (only 2 bathrooms - but very clean). Kitchen perfect for smaller family as well. Had basics for cooking. You would need to bring condiments, spices, oils, etc. Pans and pots were good. PLENTY of plates and bowls. Could use little more silverware, but we washed them as needed. Dishwasher small, but gets the job done. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; HOWEVER, the bunk room was very warm - ended up having to buy a fan - still not as cool as we would have liked (our only true obstacle). Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. But house is 10 min walk to beach. Two fishing poles but I had to buy things to fix them up. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Grace’s place for our annual girls trip to spring training. The house was amazing, very clean and modern. Stocked with lots of conveniences. Great place to make group meals and chill out. Slept all 8 of us comfortably. The water views were spectacular. Very walkable to the main road where there are some restaurants and ice cream. We had everything we needed!

The host was very responsive, the house was very clean and comfortable. The game room with pool and over 3000 video games was impressive. The smell made a great difference, fresh and clean. Although our family was out of the house most of the day there is plenty to do with a full stack shed , pool, and being on the canal able to go kayaking. The only thing I would say could be changed is maybe the number of guests, as we had two of our other family members in a hotel but i felt like they could have easily stayed with us there was more than enough room there. The quiet hours may could change until 1030pm, in case of wanting to be in the pool after 9pm. We didn't risk getting in there that late since quiet hours were 9pm and wanted to abide by the host rules. Unlike recent government we respect the rules. Overall, it was peaceful; my family enjoyed the house as we had enough space for everyone especially in the downstairs main bedroom and upstairs with patio overlooking the pool cool.

This house was absolutely gorgeous, clean and such a beautiful place where you can just sit out near the pool and watch the fish fly into the air and flop back into the water! My family and I enjoyed the place a lot. It was very close to anything you would want to do, restaurants, parasailing, fishing, jet skiing and even souvenir shopping!! Mark was a great host and very timely responsive on anything that we might have questions on. It will stay with me as a very memorable family vacation. Thank you Mark😊

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

Had a girls get away and what a perfect place to stay! Mike was amazing and by far the best host I’ve ever worked with. He made us feel like family. He sent dinner from his Resturant and that was such a great treat! Pizza was perfect! We kayaked and saw dolphins every day. Beach short walk away and clean. Mike gave us a list of restaurants to try and they were all excellent! Will definitely be back!

Ariana is one of the kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts that I have ever dealt with and I have stayed in many Airbnbs. I was staying in the house for 3.5 months with my parents while my Dad got cancer treatment. Ariana was very accommodating in making our long stay possible and was always quick to respond whenever little things came up. She's great. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tampa, but which is also close to grocery stores (Publix/ Whole Foods) and shopping. The backyard, which looks over a little lake with beautiful cypress trees and lots of birds, was also a nice plus. The bedrooms (aside from the master) were a bit on the small side, as were the bathrooms, but I think this was only an issue because we were there so long. For a few weeks this would not have been a problem. It was also hard to have more than one car there, and some of the furniture could use updating. Overall, though, this is a nice place to stay.

The owners were very proactive and eager to make our stay as wonderful as possible. They made sure that we had the right size life jackets for our children to be able to use the kayaks. We asked if they had beach toys anywhere for us to use. The next day the toys were on the front porch, complete with towels, beach chairs, and a cart to carry them all.

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

David was a great host! He was very responsive, helpful and a gracious host. The condo had beautiful views, and we especially enjoyed the heated pool by the ocean. Thank you for hosting us and helping us create fond memories of the sunny south.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

We had a great week! The condo was clean, quick, easy access to beach. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a nice touch. Enjoyed watching the dolphins from the balcony in the morning.

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!
