Our stay was absolutely perfect! My dancers and I felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed to relax and recharge. We truly enjoyed every second of our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great place close to Greek Peak resort which is where my kids wanted to go for activities. We stayed here with my daughter in law and her family and had more than enough space. Great space to sit and visit and play some fun games which Vickie had plenty of!

Very communicative host and a beautiful home with natural surroundings. Lots of stuff to stay entertained in the home (game room in the basement), huge TV in the living room and a gym. It's a old home but hahas a character to it. We checked in pretty late but Margaret was very accommodating and always responded to our messages. Highly recommend as a host.

One of our favorite AirBnb experiences! This place was perfect for our family to get together under one roof. Joan and Leo were very pleasant and easy to communicate with and were extremely flexible with our requests. The home was beautifully decorated and we were able to have great family dinners in the huge dining room! The amenities were many which made for a fun, relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back to stay again!

This home was a piece of heaven on earth during graduation week. It felt so good to have a homestead for our daughter to come to, and have all three generations of us together during such a special time.

Everything was as expected and Yamilet was a responsive and excellent host. We enjoyed exploring the downtown area. Found some great restaurants and shops.

The place was just as described. Charming older home in a quiet neighborhood. Inviting enclosed front porch and a small sitting area in the back. We had an issue with the heating and Joy replied to my message within 10 min and had someone over to look at it within the hour. Despite the inconvenience, we felt right at home. We’ll be back!

This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! We would happily come here again. We came for my husbands birthday and it was a perfect kidless retreat weekend. The creek running is so peaceful to listen to. I always bring my own cooking stuff when traveling and I was surprised to find I didn't need to bring anything. They were fully stocked with everything you need. The visitors guide/mannual is so helpful for everything you need to know

My employees stayed there while working out that way. Stephanie was amazing and the house was lovely also. My employees enjoyed there stay with well rested night and relaxing on there off time. Will definitely book again.

This place was great for what we needed. There were enough beds and bathrooms for the number of guests we had, and it was a quaint, cozy retreat from our long days of visiting Binghamton campus. The three showers really came in handy for us as some in our group wanted to use separate bathrooms. Plenty of extra towels and blankets for those who get cold at night. There are comfortable couches to lounge around on, and blackout curtains to help you sleep! The kitchen cooking vessels were a bit small, but we should have known that and asked before coming. Would recommend bringing your own pots and pans and cooking utensils if you plan on cooking and eating a meal together on your trip. We had a small hiccup with some missing amenities, but the host quickly resolved the issue and were responsive the whole time! Would definitely stay here again to visit Bing!

We enjoyed a relaxing few days at the Nichols River Home for a getaway for my husband's birthday. It was great to be able to include our dog as well! The space was bright, clean and cozy. We felt right at home. Especially loved the wonderful shower!

This house is BEAUTIFUL. My family and I came to visit friends in the area during January, so we didn't use anything outside, but inside was absolutely amazing. My husband and I LOVED the space that we had so we weren't on top of each other like we are when we rent a hotel room, my daughter fell in LOVE with the pink room, and my son was excited to watch movies on the BIG tv. When everyone is happy, I am VERY happy. Jose was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly in his correspondences. It felt more like talking to a friend, than a complete stranger. Before we left, we got to see a couple of bald eagles across the river hanging out in one of the trees. Everything was absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for our family. If we come back down to that area, I will definitely try to rent this house again.

Great place to stay for the three of us visiting a sick relative. Lots of room, comfy beds and very homey feel. Nicole Lee was great with some flexibility on our schedule. Would recommend her place to anyone staying in the area!

The house is roomy and at a beautiful location. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It worked very well for our family of three couples.

The house was beautiful and fit our family comfortably. The bathroom and kitchens and bedrooms were pristine. Jade had all the necessities to handle cooking and cleaning both inside and outside of the kitchen. It was an easy drive to elk Mountain. Jade was very responsive and friendly.

Margie's place is always excellent! Never any issues. communication is great, house is clean and plenty of room inside and out. We would recommend Margie's place all day long and it will be our go to place if we need to stay in the area again.

Stephanie’s place was beyond perfect. Scenic views, private but not secluded. The home itself is beautiful. Super peaceful. I’ll definitely be staying here again.
