William was awesome, very good communication and his place was as advertised and very cozy

Kevin and Amy were wonderful hosts. Very responsive and flexible for the check in time. The kitchen was awesome with all updated appliances and utensils. Huge smart TV on an articulated mount so everyone could comfortably watch. All in all and amazing place that me and my friends will most certainly be booking next year

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Peace and quiet, just to relax. Appreciate the eggs that Sharief left for us. They were delicious and a nice special touch.

What a beautiful piece of heaven in Windsor. A peaceful home in front of the Susquehanna river. I didn’t realize how sleep deprived I was when I arrived on Thursday. I work in health care and felt as if I haven’t slept in 4 years since Covid devoured and displaced my life . I slept for an average of 13 hours per night enjoying the ever deserving peace I needed away from the hustling and bustling of downstate New York/ Li. I also cooked most of the nights enjoying a great Caribbean meal. I also felt very blessed being at Amy’s and Bob’s place and just love the breathtaking atmosphere and feel this home gave me. Thanks again for having US. You were both amazing host.

This was a quick getaway with my teenage granddaughter that started with a message prior to our arrival from Charlene warning us of a bad storm in the area. She went to the property prior to our arrival making sure we had power; this was very much appreciated! My granddaughter was excited first with the listening and then seeing the accuracy of the photos when she walked in. As mentioned in previous reviews, the cottage is near a main road which is hardly realized. The sounds of the river, birds, and peepers are the focus. From all areas of the home is the view of the river, we ate breakfast at the kitchen table watching for an eagle which finally made an appearance much to our excitement. This place is pristine with a well stocked kitchen. We did not get to use the fire pit because of weather but seems there is everything to have a fire including chairs. We truly enjoyed the peace Wilma provided! We will be back!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Barbara was informative about the incoming snow and her husband even invited us to share the wood cooking fire. Unbelievably cozy little house with high ceilings. We got to walk on the frozen lake the next day before we left. Highly recommended.

I’ve never left a review before on here but these guys without a doubt deserve it. I felt like I knew these guys my whole life with how welcoming they were. By far the coolest, most peaceful experience I’ve ever had with an air b and b. The weather made things a bit more interesting but with a drop of a hat they accommodated and made life so easy. I will without a doubt stay here again. The cabin was perfect. They supplied us with water, coffee and zeb even had a fire started for us before we got there. If you’re reading this review and you’re in between places to stay, I promise you this place will become your new favorite home away from home. Thanks again for everything 🤘🤘

If you’re looking for beautiful views and somewhere peaceful this is the place to stay! It’s the perfect getaway for couples or solo travelers and a 30 minute drive to downtown Ithaca which has many great restaurants. 6 Mile Creek Vineyard is also definitely worth the stop for wine tasting. We look forward to staying here again!

One of my favorite Airbnb’s ever. Our family had a great time! The place is super nice, clean and well-appointed. Evan was an excellent host. Highly recommended for a quiet getaway in a rural setting.
