Excellent stay! The home was very clean and well kept. Lots of outdoor amenities! The furniture and beds were so comfortable. Excellent stay!

Perfect location for our short trip to Austin. Had lots of stuff available in the house, everything was in working order, comfortable. About 20-30 minutes to downtown and was a great place to land in the evenings.

WOW!!! This house is GORGEOUS!!! Such history! The clue hunt was so fun! Very comfortable space and Jourdan is a wonderful host! Next trip to Fredericksburg, we WILL be booking again! Thanks for the wonderful space, Jourdan!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

Our daughter got married at the Preserve Canyon Lake, our Air BnB was a great location for our event. We hosted our family and out of town guest and it was perfect!

The house was exactly what we needed. It had Plenty of space for 8 adults. The house was in a quiet neighborhood but close to the main attractions in Gruene/New Braunsfels. We would definitely stay here again.

Emily‘s house is absolutely STUNNING! There are loads of games, activities, and fire pits on site. However, nothing compares to the lakefront view from the back of the house. This was a 10/10 birthday venue and I will definitely be coming back for the summer!

We really enjoyed our quick getaway! The apartment was so nice and I loved the amazing bathroom. We would love to come back.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Scott

Second time staying at Georgia and Eric’s in Canyon Lake! It was just as peaceful and cozy as the first time! Enjoyed exploring Wimberly and going back to our favorite spots in New Braunfels. The place is clean, quiet, private, and the hot tub is a great plus.

We really enjoyed our stay. Matt's communication was A+. The private gated entrance was great. The patio outside was secluded and really nice. We found everything so nice and clean. The bed was really comfortable. Good location for us also. We plan to stay again the next time we are in town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Beautiful views!! Wanted a quiet relaxing getaway & I’m so glad we went with this listing. Very roomy, stocked kitchen with appliances, and host is very responsive. I do recommend Smiling Donuts :) definitely book if you’re thinking about it

It was a great place to stay, just like in the pictures clean and nice.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!
