Need to check this place out, great location, no parking issue, restaurants with in skipping distance, 3 or 4 really nice parks close, in walking. biking distance, only issue where the steps leading up to door are a little step, and smallish hallway, and please Dr. Christopher place needs a more comfortable futon, but don't let this take away you will be to busy to watch TV., 👍🏻bed, kitchen, bathroom, host was great. looking forward to getting back to Columbus Indiana,

we stayed overnight and the location could not have been any more perfect for the event I was attending. The instructions were clear and they were proactive about making sure you understood them. Unit was clean and as pictured. There are numerous walkable sites nearby. I would definitely consider staying again.

Phil was an amazing host. He was very helpful and responsive. His place is amazing and very clean. The building was nice and clean and very quiet. The tenants were super nice and friendly. I will definitely be using Phil again and I highly recommend him and his place.

The private parking was fantastic and Samantha gave great instructions on how to get there.

Had a great visit and really enjoyed our beautiful accommodations. Very clean and hosts were extremely responsive. Lots of little things made it feel like home. Loved the eyeglass and make-up wipes! Bed was extremely comfortable and linens were great. The fluffy towels were awesome too after a shower. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and really appreciated having a garage for our vehicle! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Indianapolis.

Dr. Eric's place was great! When we arrived, he had clear instructions on how to retrieve the key and check in. The place was clean too. He provides great additional amenities: Snacks, waters, oatmeal, soup, extra blankets and more. I really appreciated the comfort the place provided for the weekend. It is in a great location too. Downtown is nearby so you can walk or drive to delicious restaurants or grocery stores. The canal and walkway is right next to the building. We were able to access it, and our son loved the nearby playground. We really enjoyed our stay!

RoJoe’s place was exactly like the pictures, in fact it felt larger. It’s right in heart of downtown with several restaurants in walking distance. I was there for a game and Lucas Oil Stadium was a short walk. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again if I’m in Indy.

Briana's place was perfect. She responded immediately, when I had a question. Check-in was super easy. The building (and neighborhood) felt very safe. It was just a few blocks from Gainbridge Fieldhouse. It was clean and had everything I needed. My favorite thing was how comfortable all the furniture was. The chair and couch, in the living room, were great; but that may have been the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. This is the third rental I've stayed in, in this building, and it was, by far, my favorite.

It was a great place. it felt like home for the two weeks we were there. Except for the occasion late night train it was perfect.

We had a flawless stay. The directions to the house were precise, and the instructions for check in and check out were simple and clear. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to stay near Greenwood or Franklin. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. We had a last minute emergency where we needed to contact the host around normal check out time on our check out day to add an extra night. We were so incredibly thankful for a quick response letting us know this would be possible. We will definitely stay again the next time we are down in the area, and we will recommend this house to friends and family, too!

Me and my group of 8 girls greatly enjoyed our stay with Scott! Scott was very accommodating and hospitable host. Our flights had us coming in around 11 am and Scott was very kind in allowing us to check in at our arrival time instead of the set time of 4pm without any additional charge. The house is exactly as pictured and we felt very safe in the area. It honestly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend booking and will definitely consider booking again in the future!

Very comfortable house with all the amenities we needed! Great space for the group to gather over a meal and games.

Perfect size house for our group of four women. Raj was very responsive and addressed a minor issue quickly. Open kitchen, dining, living area is lovely and great place to relax each evening. While we only had snacks and breakfast at the house, the kitchen is equipped enough for prepping any meal. Beds and baths are great. The house is on a busy street but we barely heard any traffic noise. Its locale is near many stores and restaurants and only about a half an hour from the airport. Overall great stay.

This was a great place to stay with private parking area, plenty of towels and spacious interior.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were in the area for a dance competition. My daughter accidentally locked the wrong part of the door knob and they came and took care of it very quickly. They Also accommodated us for a later check out. Absolutely wonderful hosts! Would definitely stay again when in the area.

This place was phenomenal!!! EXACTLY like the pictures. Our family of 12 booked on a short notice for an overnight stay and I am so happy this place was available. We are a group of very picky individuals with different wants/needs and I must say every one of us were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed every aspect of the house. The backyard is an entertainment area for all ages (from little children to seniors) as it includes a play area, hot tub, two relaxing sitting areas, and so on. All of the bedrooms were equally beautiful so there were no complaints when we assigned rooms (which is huge stress relief). The customer service is unmatched!!! I've never had a more responsive experience as I received from both Afrina and Akshay. JOB WELL DONE!!! You truly made me feel like you were excited and appreciated to have our business and that means a great deal to me. THANK YOU! We can't wait to return!!! - Grace

We had such a fantastic stay! Everything was so clean and we felt right at home. Christy was so helpful and accommodating, and we’re already looking forward to our next stay when we’re back in town. Highly recommend!!

Was the perfect Airbnb for a quick getaway. James was super communicative and the place felt just like home. Parking was super easy, plenty of food, and walkable. Will be staying here again next time we’re in the Indy area

This place is in good shape and in a good location for wanting to do things downtown Indy

We went to a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium and Amanda's place was perfect for that. Easy walking distance to the stadium. There are also a couple of very nice restaurants on the same street. We will definitely return when we go to any other event at the stadium.

Nice area, within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Condo was very nice. Definitely a great place to stay near downtown Indianapolis!

Deborah’s place was amazing, so cozy for a couple of nights with my mom and I in Broad Ripple. Location was very easily drivable to lots of restaurants and shopping. Deborah was super communicative and it’s clear she puts a lot of thought into furnishing the space to make it comfortable

Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!

The space is very comfortable and is in a great location if you are looking for easy access to many downtown activities. I have stayed in one of Austin's properties before and will do so again in the future because he does a really nice job of hosting.
